Abstract In the context of serious urban air pollution and limited land resources, it is important to understand the environmental value of ecological land. Previous studies focused mostly on the effectiveness of a particular type of green space or the total amount of ecological land on PM2.5 and have rarely analyzed the association between ecological land structure and PM2.5 systematically and quantitatively. Therefore, we took 277 cities in China as an example, comprehensively compared the results of different models, and selected a spatial Durbin model using time-fixed effects to dissect the degree of influence of ecological land and different land types within it on PM2.5. The urban ecological land use structure was closely related to PM2.5, and the higher the proportion of ecological land use was, the lower the PM2.5. The degree and direction of influence of different types of land functions within ecological land on PM2.5 differed, with forests, shrubs, and grasslands causing a weakening impact on PM2.5, while wetlands and waters did not have a weakening role. The degree of reduction of PM2.5 by a single type of ecological land was significantly smaller than that by a composite type of ecological land. Green space should be comprehensively considered, designed and adjusted in urban planning to continuously optimize the ecological spatial structure, increase landscape diversity and maximize ecological benefits. The findings of this study help with exploring the effects of land use structure under the goal-oriented control of air pollution and provide theoretical reference and decision-making support for formulating precise air pollution control policies and optimizing the spatial development of national land.

Abstract Background Premature ovarian failure (POF) is defined as the cessation of ovarian function before the age of 40 years, imposing a significant health burden on patients. However, effective etiological therapy for POF is scarce. Thus, we aimed to explore the protective role and targets of hydrogen-rich water (HRW) in POF. Methods Based on cyclophosphamide (CTX)-induced POF rat models, the protective role of HRW treatment was mainly determined through serum 17-β-estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) levels, ovarian histomorphological analysis, and TUNEL assay. Tandem mass tag (TMT)-based quantitative proteomic analysis was then conducted on ovarian tissues, and the targets of HRW in POF were identified integrating differential expression analysis, functional enrichment analysis, and interaction analysis. Results In HRW treatment of POF rats, the serum AMH and E2 levels significantly increased, and FSH level significantly reduced, indicating the protective role of HRW. After TMT quantitative proteomic analysis, a total of 16 candidate differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were identified after the cross analysis of DEPs from POF vs. control and POF+HRW vs. POF groups, which were found to be significantly enriched in 296 GO terms and 36 KEGG pathways. The crucial targets, RT1-Db1 and RT1-Bb, were finally identified based on both protein-protein interaction network and GeneMANIA network. Conclusions The HRW treatment could significantly alleviate the ovarian injury of POF rats; RT1-Db1 and RT1-Bb are identified as two crucial targets of HRW treatment in POF rats.

Abstract High-performance electrochemical sensors have attracted intensive interest in real-time environmental safety monitoring, the Internet of Things, and telemedicine applications. A key limitation to field measurement of pollutant distribution is the lack of a highly sensitive and selective monitoring platform, thus severely hindering the decentralized monitoring of pollutant exposure risk. Hence, a sensor was developed in this study by using a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP). Specifically, Cu

Abstract The wide-field telescope is a research hotspot in the field of aerospace. Increasing the field of view of the telescope can expand the observation range and enhance the observation ability. However, a wide field will cause some spatially variant optical aberrations, which makes it difficult to obtain stellar information accurately from astronomical images. Therefore, we propose a network for restoring wide-field astronomical images by correcting optical aberrations, called ASANet. Based on the encoder-decoder structure, ASANet improves the original feature extraction module, adds skip connection, and adds a self-attention module. With these methods, we enhanced the capability to focus on the image globally and retain the shallow features in the original image to the maximum extent. At the same time, we created a new dataset of astronomical aberration images as the input of ASANet. Finally, we carried out some experiments to prove that the structure of ASANet is meaningful from two aspects of the image restoration effect and quality evaluation index. According to the experimental results, compared with other deblur networks, the PSNR and SSIM of ASANet are improved by about 0.5 and 0.02 db, respectively.

Abstract Graph network analysis, which achieves widely application, is to explore and mine the graph structure data. However, existing graph network analysis methods with graph representation learning technique ignore the correlation between multiple graph network analysis tasks, and they need massive repeated calculation to obtain each graph network analysis results. Or they cannot adaptively balance the relative importance of multiple graph network analysis tasks, that lead to weak model fitting. Besides, most of existing methods ignore multiplex views semantic information and global graph information, which fail to learn robust node embeddings resulting in unsatisfied graph analysis results. To solve these issues, we propose a multi-task multi-view adaptive graph network representation learning model, called M
