Methods: The single-armed pilot study included a total of 29 infants diagnosed with IHs. Thrice daily (at an interval of 6-8 hours) topical applications of Tanshinone were used for each patient. The primary response was the skin erythema index assessed by investigators using SkinColorCatch colorimeter instrument (Delfin). The Achauer score and the satisfaction of parents were also evaluated.
Results: A total of 29 infants, 22 females (76%) and 7 males (24%), with a median age of 60 days (interquartile range, 45 to 99 days) were included. The position of IHs was distributed in the trunk (44.8%), head (34.5%), and limbs (20.7%). After 6 months of IHs treatment, the decrease in skin erythema index (baseline: 566.79±854.67
Conclusions: The topical use of Tanshinone compounds might be a potentially effective and noninvasive therapy in treating IHs.

Abstract In order to be able to make full use of domain knowledge to improve the performance of skill word extraction, this paper proposes a skill word extraction method based on a combination of deep learning and corpus features. Skill word extraction is transformed into a sequence annotation problem, and based on the basic model of sequence annotation, Bi-LSTM-CRF, corpus features are added to the input layer, and the output of the input layer is connected with the Bi-LSTM output as the input of the CRF layer. The experimental results show timely updating of the question bank, paying attention to the quality of vocational skill identification, and strictly managing the issuance of vocational qualification false certificates.

Abstract Background: Yokenella regensburgei is a gram-negative, opportunistic pathogen that is ubiquitous in natural environments. It commonly affects immunocompromised patients.
Methods: The patient was a 71-year-old female with skin and soft tissue wound caused by trauma. The surgical debridement and abscess drainage were performed by surgeons. The specie of infected organism was identified by the D2Mini semi-automated system and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF).
Results: The result of bacterium culture showed gram-negative bacillus was moist, grey-white, semitransparent, and regular shape. Then the D2Mini semi-automated system and MALDI-TOF revealed that the colonies are Y. regensburgei. According to the result for drug sensitivity, antibiotic therapy was switched to cefoperazone/sulbac-tam and levofloxacin.
Conclusions: Cooperation between clinical microbiology laboratories and surgeons is essential for the infected patient without typical symptoms. Agricultural activities and stab wounds may be related to Y. regensburgei infection.

Abstract Colchicine (COLC) is a natural alkaloid used to treat Behcet syndrome (BS), but its adverse reactions limit its clinical application in treating BS. However, the adverse reaction mechanism of COLC in the treatment of BS remains unclear. Herein, a network pharmacology-based strategy was designed to analyze the pharmacological and adverse reaction mechanism of COLC in treating BS. The biological functions of COLC and BS pathogenesis were analyzed through a series of network construction and analysis. The data above predicted the pharmacological and adverse reaction mechanism of COLC in BS treatment. The pharmacological mechanism of COLC against BS was predicted to control inflammatory responses. Interleukin-8, interleukin-18, integrin alpha-4, integrin beta-2, and tubulin targets are crucial in treating BS. The adverse reactions of COLC in BS treatment were predicted as neurotoxicity and hepatotoxicity. The mechanism of hepatotoxicity may be related to the decrease of cytochrome P450 family 3 subfamily A activity caused by various factors, such as poor hepatic function, the dosage of COLC, and combination with inhibitors. The mechanism of neurotoxicity may be related to the disruption of microtubules in the nervous system by COLC transport across the blood-brain barrier. This study provided basic evidence for the medication safety management of COLC used in treating BS. Moreover, this study demonstrated that it is feasible to analyze the adverse reaction mechanisms of drugs using a network pharmacology strategy, which facilitates systematic drug safety management and evaluation.

Abstract The spin-orbit coupling (SOC) effect of lead (Pb) atoms is a consequential attribute of the unique optoelectronic and defect properties of lead halide perovskites (LHPs). It has been found that the SOC effect varies significantly as the structural dimensionality changes with an anomalous dependence; i.e., while the SOC strength monotonically decreases as structural dimensionality decreases from three-dimensional (3D) to two-dimensional (2D) and then to one-dimensional (1D), the zero-dimensional (0D) SOC strength is greater than the 1D SOC strength. The underlying mechanism of such a SOC dimensionality dependence anomaly remains elusive. In this work, we show that Pb 6p energy splitting increases from 3D to 2D and to 1D LHPs due to the increased degree of distortion, leading to a reduced SOC strength. However, the degree of distortion decreases for the 1D to 0D transformation, resulting in reverse SOC enhancement. The mechanism described in this work can be employed to regulate the SOC effect in the design of perovskite materials.

Abstract Mung bean protein possesses several health benefits, and aqueous processing methods are used for its production. However, mung bean protein yields are different with different methods, which are actually different in conditions (e.g., pH, temperature, and time). Herein, liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry identified 28 endopeptidases and exopeptidases in mung bean protein extract, and the positions of 8S and 11S globulins on sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) gel were confirmed in our experimental conditions. The SDS-PAGE, trichloroacetic acid-nitrogen solubility index, and free amino acid analysis revealed that (1) 8S globulins showed strong resistance to the endopeptidases (optimal at pH 5 and 50 °C) at pH 3-9, and 11S globulin exhibit strong resistance expect at pH 3-3.5; (2) the exopeptidases (optimal at pH 6 and 50 °C) preferred to liberate methionine and tryptophan. These proteases negatively affected protein yield, and short production time and low temperature were recommended.
