Abstract G3BP1 (Ras-GTPase-activating protein SH3 domain-binding protein) is responsible for normal RNA stress granule (SG) assembly and overexpressed in many cancer cells. Deletion of G3BP1 decreases the number and size of SGs. SGs are complex of RNA and proteins that stall translation of protein in response to stress. Given the function of G3BP1 in stress granule assembly and tumor suppression, it is believed that G3BP1 regulates cell growth and proliferation as well. Here, I constructed the recombinant protein expression vector and systemically optimized condition for the expression of human G3BP1 protein in E. coli. This research should be useful for investigating further functional analysis and atomic structure of G3BP1.

Abstract In order to reveal the relationship between new urbanization and carbon emission to provide reference opinions for the construction of low-carbon urbanization, an evaluation system between new urbanization and carbon emission was constructed. Then their matching degree relationship was analyzed by coupling coordination degree model based on the data from 2012 to 2021 in Anhui Province, and their development trend from 2023 to 2032 was predicted by gray prediction model. The results show that: (1) New urbanization and carbon emission have the co-trend effect, and the consistency of core impact factors is relatively significant. Among them, the level of new urbanization increases from 0.058 in 2012 to 0.699 in 2021 and carbon emission development increases from 0.023 in 2012 to 0.165 in 2021, which both showing an upward trend. Meanwhile, social urbanization and population carbon emission are the core influencing factors. (2) The coupling coordination degree between new urbanization and carbon emission is low, but the synergy trend is optimistic and there is a large room for improvement. Among them, the coupling coordination coefficient of the coupling system rises from 0.136 in 2012 to 1.412 in 2021 (antagonistic phase), and then reaches 0.820 by 2032 (highly coordinated phase) by forecast. It shows that their current development is unbalanced, but the development trend is good, and there is a chance for improvement. This paper deepens the understanding of the logical correlation between new urbanization and carbon emission, and the following views are formed: (1) Low-carbon development is still the mainstream of new urbanization; (2) The coordination development of new urbanization and carbon emission reduction should be strengthened.

Abstract The recent attention garnered by Internet of Things (IoT) technology for its potential to alleviate challenges faced by healthcare systems, such as those resulting from an aging population and the rise in chronic illnesses, has underscored the significance of smart healthcare. Surprisingly, no bibliometric study has been conducted on this subject to date. Consequently, this investigation aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the longitudinal state and knowledge structure of IoT in smart healthcare. To achieve this, a content analysis tool is employed for academic research, facilitating the identification of key study themes, the growth trajectory of the research topic, the top journal sources, and the distribution of nations based on subject areas. The bibliometric evaluation encompasses 614 publications published in 14 journals spanning the period from 2016 to 2022. Employing bibliographic coupling analysis, the latest developments in IoT have been uncovered within the domain of smart healthcare. The findings reveal 11 primary research topic areas that have been the focus of scholarly discourse during this period. This study highlights that the computing paradigm and network connectivity emerge as the most prominent topics within this research domain. Blockchain-based security in healthcare closely follows as the second-largest topic discussed by scholars. Additionally, the analysis indicates a significant increase in total publications for the most popular topic, peaking around 2018.

Abstract The development of deep geotechnical engineering is restricted by the complex geological conditions of deep rock masses and the unknown creep mechanism of rock in water-rich environments. To study the shear creep deformation law of the anchoring rock mass under different water content conditions, marble was used as the bedrock to make anchoring specimens, and shear creep tests of the anchoring rock mass under different water contents were carried out. The influence of water content on rock rheological characteristics is explored by analysing the related mechanical properties of the anchorage rock mass. The coupling model of the anchorage rock mass can be obtained by connecting the nonlinear rheological element and the coupling model of the anchorage rock mass in series. Related studies show that (1) shear creep curves of anchorage rock masses under different water contents have typical creep characteristics, including decay, stability and acceleration stages. The creep deformation of the specimens can be improved with increasing moisture content. (2) The long-term strength of the anchorage rock mass shows an opposite change law with increasing water content. The creep rate of the curve increases gradually with increasing water content. The creep rate curve shows a U-shaped change under high stress. (3) The nonlinear rheological element can explain the creep deformation law of rock in the acceleration stage. By connecting the nonlinear rheological element with the coupled model of anchoring rock mass in series, the coupled model of water‒rock under water cut conditions can be obtained. The model can be used to study and analyse the whole process of shear creep of an anchored rock mass under different water contents. This study can provide theoretical support for the stability analysis of anchor support tunnel engineering under water cut conditions.
