Abstract Photovoltaic power generation industry, as a strategic emerging industry with heavy assets in China at present, the contradiction between the gradual reduction of policy subsidies and the rapid expansion of installed capacity of the industry is becoming more and more acute. Under the background of tightening bank intervention policy and insufficient matching of funds, China’s photovoltaic industry is generally faced with financing difficulties, and its development is slow and urgent. At present, financial leasing has become the second largest financing option for distributed photovoltaic manufacturers except bank loans. The purpose of this paper is to study how to revitalize the existing capital and optimize the capital structure by means of financing sale and leaseback, and try to discuss the rental pricing scheme by measuring the financial leasing cost of photovoltaic power plans.

Abstract The synchronization modes of a nonlinear oscillator system consisting of three identical flickering buoyant diffusion flames in isosceles triangles were studied experimentally and theoretically. Five synchronization modes, such as the in-phase, flickering death, partially flickering death, partially in-phase, and rotation modes, were experimentally observed and identified by systematically adjusting the flame distance and fuel flow rates. Two toy models were adopted to interpret the experimentally identified dynamical modes: one is the classical Kuramoto model, and the other is a complexified Stuart-Landau model, which was proposed through the introduction of the complex coupling term. The theoretical results show that the Kuramoto model successfully interpreted the dynamical modes except for those associated with amplitude death, and the complexified Stuart-Landau model well interpreted all the dynamical modes identified in our experiment. Remarkably, the proposed complexified Stuart-Landau model breaks a new path in the investigation of globally coupled nonlinear dynamical systems with identical oscillators, especially for the study of amplitude death mode.

Abstract Purpose: Pulmonary embolism (PE) is not a rare complication of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children. We sought to determine the incidence of PE in children with MPP who underwent clinically indicated CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) and to evaluate the risk factors for PE.
Methods: All 106 children with MPP who were clinically suspected of having PE and who underwent CTPA were retrospectively enrolled from June 2018 to December 2021. The clinical features, laboratory data, and radiological parameters were recorded (e.g., lung consolidation involved and the Qanadli score). A Cox proportional hazards model and area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve were used to evaluate the risk factors and prognostic discriminatory capacity for PE.
    Results: PE was detected in 26 of 106 (24.5 %) children (mean age, 6.2 years ± 3.3 years; 53 boys). Sixteen of the 26 (61.5 %) children with PE were boys. The mean age of the children with PE was 8.1 ± 2.9 years, and the mean Qanadli score was 15.3 ± 10.2. Children with PE had higher D-dimer levels (9.3 ± 7.1 mg/Lvs. 3.6 ± 3.8 mg/L) and a greater frequency of lung lobe consolidation (25 (96.2 %) vs. 64 (80.0 %)) (all P < 0.05). For children with MPP, age (hazard ratio (HR) = 1.96 (95 % CI1.04, 3.71; P = 0.037), D-dimer level (HR = 1.52, 95 % CI: 1.03, 2.24; P = 0.029), and bilateral lung consolidation (HR = 2.41, 95 % CI: 1.03, 5.58; P = 0.043) were found to be independent predictors of PE.
Conclusion: Clinical and CT radiological predictors could be used to predict PE in children with MPP. The use of risk factor assessment as a tool has the potential to guide more appropriate use of CTPA in children.

Abstract Background: Background: Chemotherapy resistance is one of the main causes of clinical chemotherapy failure. Current cancer research explores the drug resistance mechanism and new therapeutic targets. This work aims to elucidate the mechanism of thyroid hormone receptor interactor 13 (TRIP13) affecting doxorubicin (DOX) resistance in colorectal cancer (CRC).
Methods: Bioinformatics analyses were employed to clarify TRIP13 expression in CRC tissues and predict the correlation of the TRIP13 enrichment pathway with glycolysis-related genes and stemness index mRNAsi. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot were adopted to analyze the expression of TRIP13 and glycolysis-related genes. Cell Counting Kit-8 was utilized to determine the cell viability and IC50 value. Western blot was employed to measure the expression of stemness-related factors. Cell function assays were performed to detect cells' sphere-forming ability and glycolysis level. Animal models were constructed to determine the effects of TRIP13 expression on CRC tumor growth.
Results: TRIP13 was significantly overexpressed in CRC, concentrated in the glycolysis signaling pathway, and positively correlated with stemness index mRNAsi. High expression of TRIP13 facilitated DOX resistance in CRC. Further mechanistic studies revealed that overexpression of TRIP13 could promote cell stemness through glycolysis, which was also confirmed in animal experiments.
Conclusion: TRIP13 was highly expressed in CRC, which enhanced the DOX resistance of CRC cells by activating glycolysis to promote cell stemness. These findings offer new insights into the pathogenesis of DOX resistance in CRC and suggest that TRIP13 may be a new target for reversing DOX resistance in CRC.
