Abstract At present, the development of rural tourism in China is faced with the embarrassment of "small scale, flat resources" and the lack of creative planning methods, which leads to the serious problem of the simplification and homogeneity of rural tourism products. From the perspective of cultural creativity, this paper puts forward TAIM model of rural tourism product development, and takes "Guangxi district-level rural tourism poverty alleviation village" Xintian village of Quanzhou county as an example to make an empirical analysis of this model, in order to provide some inspiration for the development of rural tourism products in China.

Abstract Abstract Background The identification of essential proteins is of great significance in biology and pathology. However, protein–protein interaction (PPI) data obtained through high-throughput technology include a high number of false positives. To overcome this limitation, numerous computational algorithms based on biological characteristics and topological features have been proposed to identify essential proteins. Results In this paper, we propose a novel method named SESN for identifying essential proteins. It is a seed expansion method based on PPI sub-networks and multiple biological characteristics. Firstly, SESN utilizes gene expression data to construct PPI sub-networks. Secondly, seed expansion is performed simultaneously in each sub-network, and the expansion process is based on the topological features of predicted essential proteins. Thirdly, the error correction mechanism is based on multiple biological characteristics and the entire PPI network. Finally, SESN analyzes the impact of each biological characteristic, including protein complex, gene expression data, GO annotations, and subcellular localization, and adopts the biological data with the best experimental results. The output of SESN is a set of predicted essential proteins. Conclusions The analysis of each component of SESN indicates the effectiveness of all components. We conduct comparison experiments using three datasets from two species, and the experimental results demonstrate that SESN achieves superior performance compared to other methods.

Abstract Background: The method of action of Bushen Formula (BSHXF) in the treatment of intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) was uncovered in this work using in vivo and in vitro tests. To clarify the mechanism of action of BSHXF, we validated the rat intervertebral disc degeneration model and the nucleus pulposus cell degeneration model.
Methods: In an in vivo model of IVDD the study explores the impact of BSHXF on mitochondrial function, pro-inflammatory cytokines, pro-apoptotic factors, and matrix metalloproteinases. Additionally, it evaluates the induced degeneration of nucleus pulposus (NP) cells in an in vitro model stimulated by interleukin-1 β (IL-1β). The study measures the effects of BSHXF on both the inflammatory response and mitochondrial function.
Results: The MRI results showed that BSHXF reduced intervertebral disc volume reduction and degradation of NP tissue. HE, SO-FG and immunofluorescence further confirmed the protective effect of BSHXF on degenerative intervertebral discs. BSHXF reduced the inflammatory levels of IL-6 IL-1β and TNF-α in degenerative intervertebral disc tissue. Meanwhile, JC-1, mPTP and ROS detection revealed that BSHXF can restore mitochondrial function by regulating the expression of antioxidant proteins, playing a protective role in NP cells. Finally, the WB results showed that BSHXF can alleviate IL-1β mediate the degeneration of NP cells. BSHXF can alleviate NP cell apoptosis by inhibiting the expression of bax, cleaved caspase-3, caspase-3, and cyt-c, and increasing the expression of Bcl-2.
Conclusion: This study reveals that BSHXF inhibits the development of inflammatory factors, which may play a significant role in intervertebral disc degeneration. This implies that BSHXF is a suitable herbal medication for future research into inflammatory cytokine treatment.

Abstract ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence product developed by OpenAI. This study aims to investigate whether ChatGPT can respond in accordance with evidence-based medicine in neurosurgery. We generated 50 neurosurgical questions covering neurosurgical diseases. Each question was posed three times to GPT-3.5 and GPT-4.0. We also recruited three neurosurgeons with high, middle, and low seniority to respond to questions. The results were analyzed regarding ChatGPT's overall performance score, mean scores by the items' specialty classification, and question type. In conclusion, GPT-3.5's ability to respond in accordance with evidence-based medicine was comparable to that of neurosurgeons with low seniority, and GPT-4.0's ability was comparable to that of neurosurgeons with high seniority. Although ChatGPT is yet to be comparable to a neurosurgeon with high seniority, future upgrades could enhance its performance and abilities.

Abstract As one of the essential components of the braking system, the high-speed train brake disc is an integral part of ensuring the safety of the train. The main objective of this study is to conduct thermal analysis and reliable life prediction on brake discs. The research was conducted by developing a programmer spectrum of brake discs with high-speed train brake discs. According to the results of numerical analysis and the S-N curve of the material, the temperature distribution on the surface of the brake disc is determined, and the fatigue life of the brake disc is predicted. The comparison with the service life of the brake disc verifies the rationality of the calculation results. In addition, a fatigue damage probability model of brake discs is established based on the theory of fatigue cumulative damage. Through the relationship between the reliability of mechanical parts and the number of load cycles, the reliable life of the brake disc under different working conditions is predicted. This work establishes a method of reliable life analysis for brake discs of high-speed trains based on the load spectrum, which could analyze the life and reliability of brake discs more systematically.

Abstract VV10 is a powerful nonlocal density functional for long-range correlation that is used to include dispersion effects in many modern density functionals, such as the meta-generalized gradient approximation (mGGA), B97M-V, the hybrid GGA, ωB97X-V, and the hybrid mGGA, ωB97M-V. While energies and analytical gradients for VV10 are already widely available, this study reports the first derivation and efficient implementation of the analytical second derivatives of the VV10 energy. The additional compute cost of the VV10 contributions to analytical frequencies is shown to be small in all but the smallest basis sets for recommended grid sizes. This study also reports the assessment of VV10-containing functionals for predicting harmonic frequencies using the analytical second derivative code. The contribution of VV10 to simulating harmonic frequencies is shown to be small for small molecules but important for systems where weak interactions are important, such as water clusters. In the latter cases, B97M-V, ωB97M-V, and ωB97X-V perform very well. The convergence of frequencies with respect to the grid size and atomic orbital basis set size is studied, and recommendations are reported. Finally, scaling factors to allow comparison of scaled harmonic frequencies with experimental fundamental frequencies and to predict zero-point vibrational energy are presented for some recently developed functionals (including r2SCAN, B97M-V, ωB97X-V, M06-SX, and ωB97M-V).

Abstract Air leakage from surface mining-induced fissures can easily cause spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf, which threatens the safe production of the underground working face. In order to study the air leakage law of the goaf under the surface air leakage and the prevention and control technology of spontaneous combustion of residual coal. Based on engineering data from the 6104 working face of the Chuancao Gedan coal mine, this study uses a combination of theoretical analyses, numerical simulations, and field observations to study the dynamic distribution characteristics of the air leakage velocity of surface mining-induced fissures in shallow coal seams, the distribution characteristics of relative pressure, the air leakage velocity, the air leakage flow field, the distribution ranges for the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in the goaf, and a reasonable range for the pressurized ventilation of the working face. The results show that there is a quadratic relationship between the air leakage speed from the surface mining-induced fissures in shallow coal seams and the distance from the working face. The air leakage speed decreases as the distance from the working face increases, and the air leakage speed in the middle of the working face is slower than the air leakage on either side of the goaf. The pressure difference between the goaf and the surface mining-induced fissures is the root cause of air leakage into the goaf, and a change in the pressure difference has a significant impact on the air leakage flow field and the distributions of the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in the goaf. When the pressure difference between the ground surface and the working face is maintained within the range of 200~-200 Pa, air leakage is effectively reduced, and the spontaneous combustion of residual coal is inhibited. The research results reveal the air leakage mechanism in the goaf of shallow coal seams and provide a reference for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of residual ...
