Abstract With the development of smart logistics, current small distribution centers have begun to use intelligent equipment to indirectly read bar code information on courier sheets to carry out express sorting. However, limited by the cost, most of them choose relatively low-end sorting equipment in a warehouse environment that is complex. This single information identification method leads to a decline in the identification rate of sorting, affecting efficiency of the entire express sorting. Aimed at the above problems, an express recognition method based on deeper learning and multi-information fusion is proposed. The method is mainly aimed at bar code information and three segments of code information on the courier sheet, which is divided into two parts: target information detection and recognition. For the detection of target information, we used a method of deeper learning to detect the target, and to improve speed and precision we designed a target detection network based on the existing YOLOv4 network, Experiments show that the detection accuracy and speed of the redesigned target detection network were much improved. Next for recognition of two kinds of target information we first intercepted the image after positioning and used a ZBAR algorithm to decode the barcode image after interception. The we used Tesseract-OCR technology to identify the intercepted three segments code picture information, and finally output the information in the form of strings. This deeper learning-based multi-information identification method can help logistics centers to accurately obtain express sorting information from the database. The experimental results show that the time to detect a picture was 0.31 s, and the recognition accuracy was 98.5%, which has better robustness and accuracy than single barcode information positioning and recognition alone.

Abstract To control the post-acidification caused by the continued fermentation of Lactobacillus in fermented apple juice (FAJ) during cold storage and establish a shelf-life prediction model of the post-acidification process, the effects of nisin and ε-polylysine on the physicochemical and microbiological properties of FAJ during cold storage were evaluated. In addition, quality indexes and shelf-life prediction models of fermented apple juice with the addition of nisin (FAJN) were established and verified. The post-acidification control effect of 40 mg/L nisin was determined to be optimal. Furthermore, deterioration of quality indicators of FAJ treated with 40 mg/L nisin was significantly controlled, and the shelf-life was prolonged compared with FAJ. Prediction models of L*, a*, b*, ΔE, viable cell count, and the stability coefficient of FAJN were established and verified, and a shelf-life prediction model was established with the number of viable bacteria as the prediction indicator. Relative errors between the predicted and measured values of each model were within ±10%, indicating that the models could predict changes in each index and the shelf-life of FAJN when stored at 4 °C and 25 °C.

Abstract Exploring neural markers that predict trust behavior may help us to identify the cognitive process underlying trust decisions and to develop a new approach to promote interpersonal trust. It remains unknown how trust behavior may be predicted early in the decision process. We used electrophysiology to sample the brain activity while participants played the role of trustor in an iterative trust game. The results showed that during the trust generation stage, the trust condition led to higher frontocentral beta band activity related to cognitive inhibition compared to the distrust condition (item level). Moreover, individuals with higher frontocentral beta band activity were more likely to perform trust choices at the single-trial level (individual level). Furthermore, after receiving reciprocity feedback on trial

Abstract In search of new-structure compounds with good anticonvulsant activity and low neurotoxicity, a series of 3-(1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine)-7-azaindole derivatives was designed and synthesized. Their anticonvulsant activities were evaluated by maximal electroshock (MES) and pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) test, and neurotoxicity was determined by the rotary rod method. In the PTZ-induced epilepsy model, compounds 4i, 4p and 5 k showed significant anticonvulsant activities with ED

Abstract Background: Affective lability is an important feature of psychopathology. However, there is limited relevant research involving adolescents. To fill this research gap, the present study assessed the relationship between childhood trauma and affective lability among adolescents using a moderated mediation model.
Methods: A total of 3738 students were recruited from four high schools in Shenzhen, China, between September and December 2019. The participants completed self-reported questionnaires measuring childhood trauma, affective lability, body image dissatisfaction, and the experience of being bullied. Linear regression and moderated mediation analyses were used in this study.
Results: Linear regression analysis showed that emotional abuse and body image dissatisfaction positively predicted affective lability in boys and girls (all p < 0.001). Body image dissatisfaction mediated the relationship between emotional abuse and affective lability. In the moderated mediation model, being bullied moderated the direct path from emotional abuse to affective lability (p = 0.0236, p = 0.0188), and gender did not have a significant moderating effect on any direct or indirect path (all p > 0.05).
Limitations: A causal relationship could not be ascertained due to the cross-sectional design, and the results cannot be generalized to other populations.
Conclusions: The findings support that childhood trauma has an impact on affective lability in adolescents. Specifically, body image dissatisfaction and being bullied affect the relationship between emotional abuse and affective lability.

Abstract Apples are rich in phenolic antioxidants, which have various beneficial effects on human health. The purposes of our study were to evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus fermentum 21828 fermentation on the phytochemical composition and bioactivity of Aksu (Fuji) apple juice (AJ), and to evaluate the hypoglycemic effect of fermented AJ (FAJ) and its effect on intestinal flora. Fermentation altered the phytochemistry and enhanced the biological activity (hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities) of AJ. FAJ improved fasting blood glucose and insulin levels in diabetic mice, regulated blood lipid metabolism, reduced oxidative damage, restored damaged islet cells, and reshaped the intestinal flora of diabetic mice by increasing the relative abundance of Actinobacteria, Bifidobacteria, and Faecalibaculum. The results indicate that FAJ is a fermented product that is rich in bioactive components and has potential hypoglycemic and antioxidant activities.
