Abstract In the era of experience economy, consumers no longer pursue simple material life, but pursue higher levels of satisfaction. They begin to pay more attention to sensory and spiritual enjoyment, and the requirements for products are not only common basic functions. Major clothing enterprises and brands have started the service of personalized clothing customization, and the market for personalized clothing customization has become competitive. In this context, how to create a personalized clothing customization platform that can bring good user experience to consumers from the perspective of consumers is of great significance to those clothing enterprises that cannot play an advantage in products and those who want to gain long-term competitive advantage on the basis of having good products. Based on the needs of consumers, through the core content of interactive design, and through a detailed survey of the clothing personalized customization platform, this paper draws the feasibility and advantages of interactive design applied to clothing personalized customization.

Abstract Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a rare inflammatory disorder with a high mortality rate and a wide range of symptoms. Solid organ transplantation, which provides patients with a unique immunosuppressive state, is a less common predisposing factor for HLH. HLH after solid organ transplantation (HLH-SOT) is very rare and fatal. It is hard to diagnose and treat and extremely understudied. The use of immunosuppressants makes the situation of HLH-SOT more complex. This review summarizes the existing literature on HLH after solid organ transplantation and describes its triggers and symptoms, focusing on its diagnosis and treatment. We performed a literature search of case reports, case series, letters to the editor, and clinical quizzes describing patients with HLH after solid organ transplantation (HLH-SOT). We provide recommendations on the diagnosis protocol and treatment strategy based on the existing evidence.

Abstract An interfacial solar steam generation evaporator for seawater desalination has attracted extensive interest in recent years. Nevertheless, challenges still remain in relatively low evaporation rate, unsatisfactory energy conversion efficiency, and salt accumulation. Herein, we have demonstrated a biomimetic bilayer composite aerogel consisting of bottom hydrophilic and vertically aligned EVOH channels and an upper hydrophobic conical Fe

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to validate the 2018 FIGO staging system of cervical cancer (CC) by determining the metabolic and radiomic heterogeneity of primary tumors between stage IIIC1 and IIIC2.
Methods: 168 patients with squamous cell CC underwent pre-treatment fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission computed tomography (
Results: The IIIC1 and IIIC2 groups did not differ significantly in age, weight, height, or the 10 major metabolic parameters (P > 0.05). The AUCs of the 4 models were 0.577, 0.639, 0.763, and 0.506, respectively, in the training cohort, and 0.789, 0.699, 0.761, and 0.538, respectively, in the testing cohort. The model fit of the logistic regression model based on CT + PET data was good in both the training and testing cohorts.
Conclusion: Our study offers additional diagnostic options for PALN metastasis, which could impact treatment decisions. Our results indirectly support the conclusions of previous studies recommending that primary tumors should be considered during IIIC staging.

Therefore, it is necessary to understand the underlying mechanisms by which genetic alterations promote sarcoma progression. Here, we demonstrate that loss-of-function of

Abstract Seeds of the plant Eucommia ulmoides Oliver, have prominent dormant characteristics. In the present study, seed dormancy and germination of E. ulmoides were investigated by treating them with exogenous GA3 and different water temperatures. The results revealed that exogenous GA3 and warm water soaking treatments were beneficial to the dormancy breaking and germination of seeds. The germination rate of seeds treated with 50℃ water was 84.67%. In comparison, the seeds treated with 300 mg·L-1 GA3 had only a germination rate of 45%. This low germination rate resulted probably due to the low temperature of the GA3 solution. Another important reason is the presence of eucommia gum in the seed coat of E. ulmoides which hinders the germination process. During germination, the SOD activity in the seeds treated with GA3 (300 mg·L-1) and warm water (50 °C) increased significantly. Increased SOD activity reduced the degree of oxidative damage of the plasma membrane and resulted a continuous decrease in TBARS content. Thereby, the seeds were prompted to develop in a direction conducive to germination. In addition, GA3 (300 mg·L-1) and warm water (50℃) treatments increased the content of endogenous GA3, IAA, and ZR in the seeds, and decreased the content of endogenous ABA. This had resulted significantly higher ratios of GA3/ABA, IAA/ABA and ZR/ABA than those ratios of distilled water (room temperature) treated plants. In short, 50 °C warm water treatment has a more marked germination promoting effect on E. ulmoides seeds.
