Abstract With the convergence of information technology and human production and life, as well as the rapid popularization of the Internet, the global data show an explosive growth. Accounting, especially cost management, is also closely related to external data. Therefore, the cost management also needs to apply the big data technology to realize its function and method synchronization optimization. This paper first USES the literature research method to sort out the relevant concepts and theories of enterprise cost management at home and abroad, then USES the data analysis method to analyze the current situation and main problems of wenzhou huafeng group co., ltd. in the cost management, and finally, combined with the background of big data, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures through the problems. In a word, through research and analysis, the problems and deficiencies in cost management of enterprises are found, and on the premise of the background of big data, Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems in cost management of enterprises.

Abstract In the context of rapid urbanization, scarce land resources have highlighted the importance of attached green spaces (AGS), which have received limited attention despite their critical importance in the urban carbon cycle. Analyzing the differences in carbon storage of different AGS types and proposing different optimization strategies can provide a reference for urban managers to scientifically enhance the carbon sinks of greenfield. This study estimated the carbon storage of AGS in central Shanghai using a series of detailed field survey data and remote sensing data. The results showed that AGS stored 296 Gg (1Gg = 10

Abstract A conventional metalens is designed with a fixed working environment, and its focal length depends on the background refractive index. In this study, we propose a dual-environment metalens that can maintain the same focal length in both media of air and water. The metalens consists of 16 types of meta-atoms with different geometries, which can cover the 0-2

Abstract In the era of innovation dividends, whether investors, as the main participants in the capital market, can tolerate enterprise innovation activities is the key to whether the capital market can help enterprises innovate. This paper takes the listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares in China that disclosed quantitative performance forecasts from 2016 to 2021 as samples, obtains the market reaction of performance forecasts through the event study method and uses them as proxy variables of investors’ short-term performance expectations, and uses multiple regression analysis to explore the impact of corporate R&D on investors’ short-term performance expectations. The results are as follows: (1) corporate R&D investment significantly reduces investors’ short-term performance expectations (that is, investors have a significant tolerance effect on enterprises with higher R&D investment); (2) the increase in the shareholding ratio of institutional investors weakens the tolerance effect; and (3) with the implementation of China’s innovation-driven strategy, the tolerance effect of its capital market on enterprise R&D gradually increases, especially for high-tech companies, but has a low tolerance effect on state-owned companies’ R&D risk. The results show that investors in China’s capital market are not completely rational in their response to corporate R&D, and investors are willing to bear more short-term performance losses for high R&D investment, which is consistent with prospect theory.
