Abstract In recent years, cultural creative products as an important branch of cultural creative industries, have been widespread concern and promotion. It is not only a cultural heritage, but also the crystallization of the wisdom of designers, and it is one of the important means of cultural heritage and spread. The creative design is the interpretation of cultural heritage and the refinement of cultural spirit, and it needs to combine the characteristics of the present era and the series of cultural re-design activities carried out by the social aesthetic. The product design needs not only to embody the functionality of the product, but also to the inheritance of cultural spirit, and to pay more attention to people’s sense of identity and belonging to the culture. Based on the three-level theory of emotional design proposed by Professor Donald Arthur Norman, this paper analyzes its specific application in the design of cultural and creative products, in order to establish the emotional design criteria of cultural and creative products centered on user experience. It aims to help consumers establish a sense of design identity and cultural identity for cultural and creative products, and put cultural confidence into practice.

Abstract Background: Hyperuricemia has been linked to various health conditions. However, the relationship between uric acid (UA) levels and lung function remains debated.
Methods: In a cross-sectional study of 6750 participants aged 20-69 from NHANES, we assessed UA levels and lung function (FVC and FEV1). We conducted regression analyses while adjusting for potential confounders.
Results: After accounting for factors like age, sex, BMI, smoking, and more, we found a negative association between UA FVC and FEV1. Specifically, for every 0.1 mg/dL increase in UA, FEV1 decreased by 15.265 mL, and FVC decreased by 24.46 mL. No association was observed with FEV1/FVC. Subgroup analyses revealed similar negative correlations among various groups, particularly in non-Hispanic Black females under 60.
Conclusion: Serum UA levels are inversely associated with FEV1 and FVC in the American population, with a notable impact on non-Hispanic Black females under 60.

Abstract Background: Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an autoimmune hemorrhagic disease characterized by increased platelet destruction and impaired thrombopoiesis. The changes in platelet indices depend on the morphology and volume of platelets. Serum lipids have been found to affect platelet formation and activity in certain diseases, thus inducing the corresponding variation of platelet indices.
Methods: Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis was performed based on databases. The clinical data from 457 ITP patients were retrospectively collected and analyzed, including platelet indices, serum lipids, hemorrhages and therapeutic responses.
Results: MR analysis showed low high-density-lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), low apolipoprotein A-1, high triglyceride (TG) and high apolipoprotein B (ApoB) caused high platelet distribution width (PDW); high low-density-lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) increased mean platelet volume (MPV). In ITP, there were positive correlations between platelet count with TG, PDW with HDL-C and ApoB, and plateletcrit with TG and non-esterified fatty acid, and the correlation had gender differences. Bleeding scores were negatively correlated with cholesterol and LDL-C. LDL-C and homocysteine were risk factors for therapeutic responses.
Conclusions: Serum lipids, especially cholesterol were tightly correlated with platelet indices, hemorrhage and therapeutic effects in ITP patients. These results provide clinical references for the management of serum lipids, and highlight the necessity to further explore the relationship between lipids and pathogenesis of ITP.
Trial registration: No: NCT05095896, October 14, 2021, retrospectively registered.

Abstract During the last several years, the building and development of digital museums has grown in importance as a study issue of increasing importance. On the other hand, systematic and extensive literature study on digital museums is rare in the academic community throughout the world. This paper employs data mining technology to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the total amount of academic literature, research hotspots, frontiers, and trends in the field of digital museums in China since the beginning of the twenty-first century, including both historical and contemporary data. In this research, the CNIK database and the CiteSpace program are utilized. The findings revealed that the quantity of published literature expanded significantly between 2000 and 2021, with some variations along the way, but that the general growth rate remained consistent. Colleges and universities are the driving force behind academic research in the field of digital museums; research institutes and big museums play a key part in the academic research that is being conducted by digital museums. Cooperation between research institutes, on the other hand, is severely lacking. Furthermore, the advancement of digital technology is an unavoidable byproduct of the efforts to transform the digital museum into a smart museum, as previously said. When it comes to digital museum development in the postepidemic period, the optimization and updating of a user-centered information service platform is the most important step toward long-term success. In order to maintain the richness of Chinese traditional culture while also meeting the expanding cultural requirements of the general public, China’s digital museum research has as its ultimate objective the construction of sustainable digital museums that are appropriate for the country’s national conditions. The findings also demonstrate that the construction of a Chinese Digital Museum is a study issue with distinct Chinese features that has the potential to contribute to the preservation of Chinese ...

Abstract We report the case of a 59-year-old female patient, presenting with pustular rash on both hands and pain in the lumbosacral part and left lower limb. A magnetic resonance imaging examination of the left leg was undertaken and the result showed that a malignant lesion with bone destruction of the left femoral shaft could not be excluded. Subsequently, bone tumor was excluded by pathological examination. Lung computed tomography scan showed patchy consolidation and cord shadow in the middle left lung. Subsequently, lung cancer was excluded by pathological examination, and the histopathological changes of lung were consistent with those of organized pneumonia. Blood tests revealed elevated C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Antinuclear antibody, rheumatoid factor, and human leukocyte antigen-B27 were unremarkable. Whole body bone scintigraphy via technetium 99m-methyl diphosphonate showed increased radionuclide uptake in the left middle femur. Based on her clinical manifestations, imaging results and bone scintigraphy, the patient was diagnosed as having synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis (SAPHO) syndrome. Loxoprofen and Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F led to impressive clinical and radiologic improvement.
