    Abstract The long-term and stable development of agriculture is the key to China's economic development and social stability. Agricultural total factor productivity and the digital economy have become new kinetic energy and new engines driving agricultural high-quality development. It is of great significance to verify whether there are significant spatial and threshold effects in the process of high-quality development of agriculture and to explore the intrinsic relationship between high-quality development of agriculture and agricultural total factor productivity and digital economy. This paper takes 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 as the research object. The coefficient of variation method is used to estimate the comprehensive evaluation index of agricultural high-quality development and digital economy. And Dea-Malmquist index method is used to estimate agricultural total factor productivity. On this basis, the spatial Durbin model and threshold regression model are constructed to explore the spatial and threshold effects of agricultural total factor productivity, digital economy and other factors and high-quality agricultural development. The conclusion is as follows: the high-quality development of agriculture has significant spatial autocorrelation. Agricultural total factor productivity and digital economy have significant direct effect and indirect spillover effect on the high-quality development of agriculture. Agricultural total factor productivity has stage differences in each range of digital economy level, but its influence on agricultural high-quality development shows a positive state. Based on this, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of agriculture.

    Abstract Protein adducts are important biological targets for traceability of organophosphorus nerve agents (OPNAs). Currently, the recognized biomarkers that can be used in actual samples in the field of chemical forensics only include Y411 in albumin and the active nonapeptide in butyrylcholinesterase (BChE). To explore stable and reliable protein adducts and increase the accuracy of OPNAs traceability further, we gradually expanded OPNAs-albumin adducts based on single and group adduct collection. Several stable peptides were found via LC-MS/MS analysis in human serum albumin (HSA) exposed to OPNAs in a large exposure range. These adducts were present in HSA samples exposed to OPNAs of each concentration, which provided data support for the reliability and stability of using adducts to trace OPNAs. Meanwhile, the formation mechanism of OPNAs-cysteine adduct was clarified via computer simulations. Then, these active sites found and modified peptides were used as raw materials for progressive expansion of albumin adducts. We constructed an OPNAs-HSA adducts group, in which a specific agent is the exposure source, and three or more active peptides constitute data sets for OPNAs traceability. Compared with single or scattered protein adducts, the OPNAs-HSA adduct group improves OPNAs identification by mutual verification using active peptides or by narrowing the identity range of the exposure source. We also determined the minimum detectable concentration of OPNAs for the adduct group. Two or more peptides can be detected when there is an exposure of 50 times the molar excess of OPNAs in relation to HSA. This improved the accuracy of OPNAs exposure and identity confirmation. A collection of OPNAs-albumin adducts was also examined. The collection was established by collecting, classifying, and integrating the existing albumin adducts according to the species to which each albumin belongs, the types of agents, and protease. This method can serve as a reference for discovering new albumin adducts, characteristic phosphonylated peptides, and potential biomarkers. In addition, to avoid a false negative for OPNAs traceability using albumin adducts, we explored OPNAs-cholinesterase adducts because cholinesterase is more reactive with OPNAs than albumin. Seven active peptides in red blood cell acetylcholinesterase (RBC AChE) and serum BChE can assist in OPNAs exposure and identity confirmation.

    Abstract The study of brain state estimation and intervention methods is of great significance for the utility of brain-computer interfaces (BCIs). In this paper, a neuromodulation technology using transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) is explored to improve the performance of steady-state visual evoked potential (SSVEP)-based BCIs. The effects of pre-stimulation, sham-tDCS and anodal-tDCS are analyzed through a comparison of the EEG oscillations and fractal component characteristics. In addition, in this study, a novel brain state estimation method is introduced to assess neuromodulation-induced changes in brain arousal for SSVEP-BCIs. The results suggest that tDCS, and anodal-tDCS in particular, can be used to increase SSVEP amplitude and further improve the performance of SSVEP-BCIs. Furthermore, evidence from fractal features further validates that tDCS-based neuromodulation induces an increased level of brain state arousal. The findings of this study provide insights into the improvement of BCI performance based on personal state interventions and provide an objective method for quantitative brain state monitoring that may be used for EEG modeling of SSVEP-BCIs.

    Abstract Brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) offer a way to interact with computers without relying on physical movements. Non-invasive electroencephalography-based visual BCIs, known for efficient speed and calibration ease, face limitations in continuous tasks due to discrete stimulus design and decoding methods. To achieve continuous control, we implemented a novel spatial encoding stimulus paradigm and devised a corresponding projection method to enable continuous modulation of decoded velocity. Subsequently, we conducted experiments involving 17 participants and achieved Fitt's information transfer rate (ITR) of 0.55 bps for the fixed tracking task and 0.37 bps for the random tracking task. The proposed BCI with a high Fitt's ITR was then integrated into two applications, including painting and gaming. In conclusion, this study proposed a visual BCI based-control method to go beyond discrete commands, allowing natural continuous control based on neural activity.
