Abstract Background: Corona virus is a phenomenon that has faced the world with a crisis due to its rapid spread and uncontrollable nature. Although this crisis is only related to the medicine and health system, it is a multidimensional phenomenon whose effects and consequences can be observed and tracked in various economic, social, and political fields. The purpose of this article is to investigate the results of the Corona Virus on the environment. Materials & Methods: The current study is a scoping review article that was performed based on the collection of information from articles published in the databases ScienceDirect, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and PubMed in the period from 2019 to 2022 with the aim of investigating the consequences of the Corona crisis on the environment. Results: The findings of this research illustrate that the corona virus crisis and the quarantine conditions have brought many consequences for the environment. On the one hand, as a result of the cessation of many human activities, there is a significant reduction in the emission of pollutants, including greenhouse gases, and on the other hand, waste, especially medical and plastic waste, has increased. Conclusion: Despite the positive effects of Covid-19 on environmental factors, its short-term and long-term negative effects are obvious. In addition, it seems that the economic activity of country will intensify after Corona, and therefore, with a comprehensive analysis of the effects of Covid-19 on several sectors, significant proceedings should be taken in this field.

Abstract Background: the assessment of P16 expression and Ki-67 proliferative index is now proposed as an adjunct test for the diagnosis of high-risk precursor lesions for cervical cancer. The aim of the present study was to elucidate the quality expression of P16 and quantification Ki-67 index in different types of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and also to determine the cutoff for Ki67 index to predict the severity of CIN lesions.
Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on patients with colposcopic indication. Selected samples with different CIN grades were examined for P16 and Ki-67 index by immunohistochemical (IHC) methods.
Results: All LSIL (CIN I) cases were negative for P16, while in 58.7% of HSIL cases (CIN 2/3), P16 was positive. The mean Ki67 index in the present study was 3.13 ± 2.65 in the upper two/third of the squamous epithelium in the LSIL group and 19.04 ±36.40 in the HSIL group, which was statistically significant. Also, the mean Ki67 index in full thickness squamous epithelium in HSIL group was significantly higher than LSIL. The sensitivity of P16 and Ki67 index in our study was 58.73%, 66.67% and the specificity was 100% and 100%, respectively.
Conclusion: Assessment of P16 expression and Ki67 index can be used to distinguish low grade (CIN1) intraepithelial lesion from high grade (CIN2/3) intraepithelial or precancerous lesions.

Abstract Introduction: The World Health Organization declared the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, emphasizing the ongoing importance of understanding and managing infections. Dentists, facing a direct infection risk, require proper training, making an educational needs assessment essential to address knowledge gaps. Material & Methods: A comprehensive questionnaire assessing COVID-19 awareness, attitude, and performance among dentists was developed and validated. Administered to 181 participants in Tehran, the data underwent quantitative analysis using nonparametric tests. Results: Participants (98 men, 86 women) from healthcare centers in Tehran, with a mean age of 44 and 15.29 years of service, scored averages of 51.97, 77.01, and 61.92 in awareness, attitude, and performance, respectively. Significantly, the study revealed a relationship between years of service plus age and awareness scores. Gender also played a role, with men exhibiting higher performance mean values. Conclusion: The study highlights the imperative for interventions to boost dentists' knowledge. Recommendations include workshops and informational brochures to enhance awareness and performance, particularly in the context of emerging pandemics.

Abstract In the 1- (4-fluorophenyl) -2,3-dihydro-1 H-naphto- [1 and 2-e] [1 and 3] oxazine-3-n, there are 4 rings, respectively, rings from the side attached to the halogen They are named C, B, A, and D. Calculations and studies show that the amount of aromatics in the halogen-ring A in all cases has the highest number. In the B loop, the predicted aromatism level is zero, and in the ring C and D, relative to the A loop, the aromaticity increase is as follows: A > D> C In the next stage of the study, with the replacement of the halogen ring A from F to I, the following process was observed. In ring A, when halogens were changed, the increase in aromaticity in halogenated compounds was as follows: F> Cl> Br> I

Abstract Substance abuse by women of child-bearing age and fetal in utero drug exposure has increased in the number of infants born with health issues. Prenatal exposure to psychoactive substances can lead to neurological and neurodevelopmental deficits later in life. Useful data concerning the effects of psychoactive drugs on fetal neurodevelopmental status are sparse. Understanding the neurodevelopmental consequences of prenatally drug-exposed children has become a pressing global concern. The aim of this review is to gather current evidence and information on neurodevelopmental outcomes of in utero drug exposure. A literature search was performed on the PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar databases using the terms "psychotropic drugs", "neurodevelopmental consequences", "prenatal drug exposure", and "pregnancy". Available studies on in utero drug exposure were reviewed and found to support the idea that some degree of health issues are present in fetuses and children. Different psychoactive substances have profound neurodevelopmental consequences, such as structural brain changes, poor attention span, Down syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, imbalances in neurotransmitter levels, and many structural deficits. The pervasive use of psychoactive drugs in women of child-bearing age is an important health concern. Further scientific efforts are needed to investigate the effect of prenatal exposure to psychoactive drugs on children.

Abstract Objective: There has been shown a relationship between "tongue coating" and "Simplified Oral Health Index, periodontal status, modified mallampati classification (MMC) of the oropharynx and oral malodor". The purpose of this study is to assess the frequency of tongue coating and relative factors (sex, age, smoking, systemic disease and oral health indices) among patients referred to Dental School of Kerman University.
Methods: In this cross sectional study 250 patients referred to dental school of Kerman university of medical sciences were examined. The data collection form was included demographic data (gender, age, history of systemic disease and smoking) and Oral health indices such as TCI (Tongue coating index), OHI-S (Simplified Oral Hygiene Index), MGI (Modified Gingival Index), MMC and lost teeth. The analysis have been done using SPSS21, T-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression analysis (significance level was set at less than 0.05).
Results: Tongue coating has been shown in 96% of patients with the mean percent of 45.83 ± 19.16%. Men had higher percent of TCI though it was not statistically significant. Smoking was the strongest determinant factor in people with higher TCI scores (P = 0.013). There was a positive significant correlation between OHI-S and TCI [(Pearson's coefficient(r) = 0.134, P = 0.034)].
Conclusion: TCI appears to be related to smoking and Simplified Oral Health Index. The evaluation of tongue coating is necessary to assess its impact on oral health status and also to motivate patients to clean their tongue as a part of their oral health care routine.

Abstract Coronary stent dislodgment is a rare complication of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Although stent dislodgment typically occurs immediately in the intraoperative or perioperative period, it can infrequently occur subacutely in the post-operative period. Diagnosis of stent dislodgment can be seen with various cardiac imaging modalities, from transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiogram to cardiac computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging to direct visualization on fluoroscopy during cardiac catheterization. Given the rarity of this entity, there is a lack of established common practice, gold standard for treatment, and/or procedural data. Instances are managed on a case-by-case basis, using the imaging modalities readily available at the institution and treatment modalities the interventionalist or surgeon is most comfortable with. Therefore, management of stent dislodgment consists of conservative, percutaneous, or surgical interventions on a case-by-case basis. We present a case of right coronary artery stent migration that was incidentally diagnosed with routine transthoracic echocardiogram.
