Abstract In industrial and engineering fields including lamination, melt-spinning, continuous casting, and fiber spinning, the flow caused by a continually moving surface is significant. Therefore, the problem of ternary hybrid nanofluid flow over a moving surface is studied. This study explores the stability and statistical analyses of the magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) forced flow of the ternary hybrid nanofluid with melting heat transfer phenomena. The impacts of viscous dissipation, Joule heating, and thermal radiation are also included in the flow. Different fluids including ternary hybrid nanofluid, hybrid nanofluids, and nanofluids with base fluid ethylene glycol (EG) are examined and compared, where magnetite (Fe

Abstract Urine cytopathology is a cost-effective method to diagnose and follow patients with high grade urothelial carcinoma (HGUC). However, some benign, reactive and metaplastic changes may mimic HGUC and pose a diagnostic challenge for cytopathologists. Summary: Our comprehensive review focuses on summarizing common pitfalls encountered in urine cytopathology, based largely on the experience of the senior author (AC) utilising the diagnostic criteria described in the 2nd edition of The Paris system (TPS) for reporting urinary tract cytopathology and in recent published literature. These include urothelial tissue fragments, instrumented samples, degenerative changes, treatment effects, viral cytopathic changes, iatrogenic and metaplastic changes. Our aim is to provide a clear understanding of these challenges to assist cytopathologists in making accurate diagnoses. Key Message: It's crucial for cytopathologists to recognize benign, reactive and metaplastic lesions that could resemble HGUC. Awareness of these cytological features is essential to minimise diagnostic errors.

Abstract Vaginal non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is a rare entity. We report a case of a 38-year-old lady who presented with complaints of lower abdominal pain for three to four months and vaginal bleeding for one month. Her examination under general anesthesia revealed a hard vaginal mass which was biopsied and immunohistochemistry was performed. Diagnosis of diffuse B‑cell NHL (DLBCL) was made. Imaging plays an important role to reach the diagnosis. Chemotherapy is the treatment of choice.

Abstract Objectives: To determine the diagnostic accuracy of the extended sick neonatal score (ESNS) in neonates admitted in a resource-limited neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Peshawar. Study Design: Cross-sectional analytical study Place and Duration of Study: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, CMH Peshawar Pakistan, from Mar to May 2020. Methodology: Primary data was collected from 60 neonates admitted to NICU after taking consent from the parents. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was plotted to determine the clinical score (ESNS) cut-off value in predicting mortality. Result: The sensitivity and specificity of the Extended sick neonatal score to predict mortality among neonates was 93.3% and 97%, respectively, for a cut-off of 12.5. The area under the ROC curve was 0.990 (95% CI: 0.971–1.000). This was statistically significant with a p-value of <0.001 Conclusion: Extended Sick Neonatal score is an important tool that helps predict the risk of mortality of a neonate without the help of any invasive diagnostic procedure, thus enhancing the prioritization of health care to the most deserving neonates.
