    Abstract With the exponential growth of wireless devices and the demand for real-time processing, traditional server architectures face challenges in meeting the ever-increasing computational requirements. This paper proposes a collaborative edge computing framework to offload and process tasks efficiently in such environments. By equipping a moving unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) as the mobile edge computing (MEC) server, the proposed architecture aims to release the burden on roadside units (RSUs) servers. Specifically, we propose a two-layer edge intelligence scheme to allocate network computing resources. The first layer intelligently offloads and allocates tasks generated by wireless devices in the vehicular system, and the second layer utilizes the partially observable stochastic game (POSG), solved by duelling deep Q-learning, to allocate the computing resources of each processing node (PN) to different tasks. Meanwhile, we propose a weighted position optimization algorithm for the UAV movement in the system to facilitate task offloading and task processing. Simulation results demonstrate the improved performance by applying the proposed scheme.

    Abstract Enantioselective difunctionalization of alkenes offers a straightforward means for the rapid construction of enantioenriched complex molecules. Despite the tremendous efforts devoted to this field, enantioselective aminative difunctionalization remains a challenge, particularly through an electrophilic addition fashion. Herein, we report an unprecedented approach for the enantioselective aminative difunctionalization of alkenes via copper-catalyzed electrophilic addition with external azo compounds as nitrogen sources. A series of valuable cyclic hydrazine derivatives via either [3 + 2] cycloaddition or intramolecular cyclization have been achieved in high chemo-, regio-, enantio-, and diastereoselectivities. In this transformation, a wide range of functional groups, such as carboxylic acid, hydroxy, amide, sulfonamide, and aryl groups, could serve as nucleophiles. Importantly, a new cyano oxazoline chiral ligand was found to play a crucial role in the control of enantioselectivity.

    Abstract Objective: To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Jiejing Runmu decoction in relieving the clinical manifestations of dry eye disease (DED).
    Design and interventions: This single-arm prospective intervention study was conducted at the Peking University Third Hospital and People's Hospital of Yongqing. Of the 211 patients recruited, 200 completing the follow-up were included in the analysis. Patients received Jiejing Runmu decoction once a day for 4 weeks continuously, without any change in eye care habits. Individuals were evaluated at four time points: pretreatment (baseline), 2 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months (2 months after completion of treatment), using the Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI), tear film breakup time (TBUT), corneal fluorescein staining, Schirmer test I and meibomian gland assessments. Adverse effects were evaluated at each follow-up visit and systematic examinations were performed during the first and last visits.
    Results: OSDI, TBUT, corneal fluorescein staining, Schirmer test I, meibomian gland expressibility, and quality of secretions improved at 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months compared to baseline (P < 0.0001). No significant differences were found between the sexes. Patients above 45 years showed worse subjective symptoms and objective signs, and greater improvements in corneal fluorescein staining, meibomian gland expressibility, and quality of secretions were observed in this group. No obvious adverse effects were detected during any follow-up visit.
    Conclusion: Jiejing Runmu decoction significantly improved both the subjective symptoms and objective signs of DED, with favorable tolerance.

    Abstract This study investigated the patterns of hematological adverse events related to daptomycin (DAP), tigecycline (TIG), vancomycin (VAN) and linezolid (LIN) in the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS). Adverse event associations were analyzed through calculating reporting odds ratio (ROR), proportional reporting ratio (PRR), multiple gamma Poisson shrinkage (MGPS), and Bayesian confidence propagation neural network (BCPNN). A comprehensive descriptive analysis was also conducted considering factors such as age, gender, daily dose, cumulative dose, and time to onset. The leading hematologic adverse events were eosinophilia for daptomycin, coagulation abnormalities and thrombocytopenia for tigecycline, thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, and anemia for linezolid, and thrombocytopenia, eosinophilia, and neutropenia for vancomycin. Most of the affected patients were over 55 years old. Daily doses for the tigecycline and daptomycin groups exceeded the standard daily dose. The times to onset were 14.00 days for daptomycin (interquartile range [IQR], 4.00-21.00), 6.00 days for tigecycline (IQR, 2.00-9.00), 10.00 days for linezolid (IQR, 4.00-16.5), and 10.00 days for vancomycin (IQR,5.00-20.00). It is essential to intensify early monitoring and identification of these adverse events, especially in the context of off-label dosages and for elderly patients and individuals taking medication for over one week.

    Abstract Diabetes serves as a severe chronic disease that severely affects the normal life of human beings. Diabetes causes the complication of diabetic wound dysfunction, which is characterized by sustained inflammation, altered angiogenesis, delayed epithelialization and abnormal secretion of protease. Dang-Gui-Bu-Xue decoction (DBD) is a Chinese traditional medicine that comprises Radix Astragali and Radix Angelicae sinensis and is widely applied in treatment of multiple diseases owing to its functions against inflammation, lipid peroxidation and oxidative stress. Nevertheless, the impact of DBD on diabetic wound healing remains elusive. In this study, we aimed to explore the function of DBD in the regulation of wound healing. We observed that the gavage administration of DBD reduced the wound area, inflammatory infiltration, inflammatory factor levesl, and enhanced granulation tissue formation, wound extracellular matrix (ECM) production, and CD31 accumulation in the diabetic rat wound model, and the co-treatment of gavage administration and the external administration of gauze containing DBD further improved the wound healing effect, while the combination of Notch signaling inhibitor DAPT ((N- [N- (3, 5-difluorophenacetyl)-
