Abstract Aiming at the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce industry, this paper attempts to combine the metabolic theory with the improved GM (1,1) power model. The article introduces the traditional GM (1,1) power model to enhance the adaptability of the model to the data series, and at the same time, a new parameter is introduced when constructing the background value, the background value is represented as a linear function of adjacent sequence points, and the form and solution method of the two specific models are given, with the goal of minimizing the average relative error, and the power exponential and new parameters are co-optimized by genetic algorithm. The optimal modeling dimension is determined through model testing, and on this basis, the metabolic GM (1,1,th,p) power model is established, and the model is applied to the prediction of the transaction scale of the fresh e-commerce industry. The results show that the improved GM (1,1) power model can significantly improve the fitting accuracy compared with the original model, and the metabolic GM(1,1,th,p) power model has good performance in the prediction problem of fresh e-commerce.

Abstract Long-term mapping of floodplain wetland dynamics is fundamental for wetland protection and restoration, but it is restricted to decadal scales using satellite observations owing to scarcity of spatial data over long-term scales. The present study concentrates on the centennial dynamics of floodplain wetland in Poyang Lake, the largest freshwater lake in China. Historical topographic maps and Landsat imagery were combined to reconstruct the centennial floodplain wetland map series. A robust random forest algorithm for the land cover classification was used to investigate the conversion of the floodplain wetland to other land cover types and quantify the magnitude of the influence of hydrological disconnection over the past century. Results show that the Poyang Lake floodplain wetland experienced a net loss of 35.7 %, from 5024.3 km

Abstract Density functional theory computations reveal mechanistic insights into Cu and chiral phosphoric acid (CPA) catalyzed enantioconvergent amination of racemic benzenesulfonohydrazide. The O-O bond homolysis of tert-butyl 4-phenylbutaneperoxoate was found to be the turnover-limiting step with a total free energy barrier of 19.1 kcal/mol. The enantioconvergent amination is realized to obtain the same intermediate through prochiral carbon atom. The order and mode of hydrogen atom transferred by CPA and tert-butyloxy have a significant influence on the enantioselectivity and energy barriers. The olefinic side product generated by β-hydride elimination is 9.9 kcal/mol thermodynamically less favourable. A series of phosphoric acids are predicted as promising co-catalysts with lower barriers for O-O bond homolysis.

Abstract In order to extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables, a sodium alginate-sodium carboxymethyl cellulose composite film loaded with poly(vinyl alcohol) microcapsules was prepared in this paper. The optimal film substrate ratios were obtained after the response surface optimization. Poly(vinyl alcohol) microcapsules were prepared, clove essential oil was loaded into them to investigate the effects of microcapsules on the composite film properties, and the microcapsule composite film with the best overall performance was selected to be applied to blueberry preservation. The results showed that the composite film of 0.84% sodium alginate, 0.25% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and 0.56% glycerol presented excellent mechanical properties after adding 1.75% microcapsules. It had a good inhibitory effect on

Abstract To maintain the freshness of the fruit during storage, sodium alginate/carboxymethyl cellulose films embedded with pH-senstive liposomes encapsulated green tea extract were developed (SA/CMC/TP-Lip). An orthogonal design was used to optimise the preparation of TP-Lip and SA/CMC/TP-Lip was prepared through response surface. The stability of TP-Lip structure was measured. The morphology of SA/CMC/TP-Lip was characterised by SEM, and the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of films were measured. Special attention was paid to the pH sensitivity of TP-Lip and the improvement of film properties. The zeta potential and encapsulation rate of TP-Lip were -45.85 ± 2.13 mV and 61.45 ± 0.23%. The average release rate of TP encapsulated into TP-Lip at pH 3 was 41.08%, an increase of 23.07% over pH 6 during 12 h. SEM and FTIR showed that TP-Lip was structurally stable and had good compatibility with SA/CMC. Tensile strength was increased by 30.55% and DPPH radical scavenging capacity was increased by 7.16% with the addition of TP-Lip. SA/CMC/TP-Lip is applied to blueberries to reduce their weight loss and improve the loss of freshness of blueberries during storage. Thus, SA/CMC/TP-Lip could provide a new way to extend active packaging materials and maintain fruit freshness during storage.
