    Abstract A monopole antenna operated at 2.45 GHz and embedded with artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) for wearable communication systems is investigated in this article. The proposed antenna is composed of a metalized loop radiator with a coplanar waveguide microstrip feedline which is affixed on a cotton fabric material substrate. As well, a cotton-based AMC surface is utilized to eliminate the body's absorbed radiation and enhance the gain of the antenna. It is composed of 5 × 5 array unit cells etched with I-shaped slots. Using this configuration, simulations show that the specific absorption rate (SAR) level was significantly reduced. Considering flat and rounded body parts, it was found that the SAR values averaged over 10 g at a distance of 1 mm away from the tissues model were only 0.18 W/kg and 0.371 W/kg, respectively. Additionally, the antenna gain was improved up to 7.2 dBi with an average radiation efficiency of 72%. Detailed analysis with experimental measurements of the cotton-based antenna for different operation scenarios is introduced. The measured data show a good correlation with the electromagnetic simulation results.

    Abstract Background and objectives: Numerous therapeutic and dietary interventions have been examined in the last thirty years for pediatric patients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our interventional study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF) diet in a cohort of Egyptian children with ASD.
    Materials and methods: The present clinical trial was conducted as a prospective 12-month, open-label, case-controlled interventional study. Thirty-six ASD children who were newly diagnosed and had not taken any prior psychiatric or rehabilitation therapy were included in this study. The patients were randomly assigned into two groups: group A, which received the GFCF diet, and group B, which served as the control group and was not restricted to food containing gluten and casein for 12 months. All patients were followed up for 1 year.
    Results: Following the implementation of the GFCF diet in group A, significant improvements in CARS scores were observed compared to group B after 6-month and 1-year follow-up periods.
    Conclusions: The introduction of the GFCF diet could be helpful and promising for autistic children. Conclusive evidence regarding the effectiveness of the GFCF diet remains a subject of controversy. Nonetheless, our study contributes some evidence supporting its potential benefits for children with ASD. It is recommended that future research on the GFCF diet employ a more sophisticated research design, incorporating a consistent baseline measure that can effectively assess the therapeutic effects of these interventions for individuals with ASD.

    Abstract An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of novel α-aminophosphonates (AAP) (3 a-m) through a one-pot three-component reaction of 1,3-disubstituted-1H-pyrazol-5-amine, aromatic aldehydes, and phosphite using lithium perchlorate as catalyst. All newly synthesized compounds were characterized via different spectroscopic techniques. The synthesized compounds' mode of action was investigated using molecular docking against the outer membrane protein A (OMPA) and exo-1,3-β-glucanase, with interpreting their pharmacokinetics aspects. The results of the antimicrobial effectiveness of these compounds revealed a broad spectrum of their biocidal activity and this in-vitro study was in line with the in- silico results. Additionally, it has been demonstrated that these compounds exhibited a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) with significant activity at low concentrations (7.5-30.0 mg/mL).     Abstract The entire tourism and hospitality industry has witnessed a considerable increase in the number of ethical difficulties that occur in the workplace. It has been discovered that unethical organizational behavior (UOB) is the most significant category in tourists' unpleasant experiences, driving them to switch and spread unfavorable word-of-mouth information. This study aims to explore the effects of three contextual factors on UOB (i.e., work intensification, job insecurity, and an unethical company-profit climate) and to investigate its possible employee-related consequences, including the feeling of guilt, emotional exhaustion, and customer-oriented citizenship behavior. A total of 970 employees working in hotels (5-star and 4-star) and travel agencies (Category A) participated, and the obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results asserted that work intensification, job insecurity, and an unethical company-profit climate stimulate unethical organizational behavior, and unethical organizational behavior leads to feelings of guilt, emotional exhaustion, and customer-oriented citizenship behavior. Significant insights into theoretical and practical implications were further discussed.

    Abstract Currently, all researchers are concentrating their efforts on countering the COVID-19 pandemic. The majority of patients are managed at home, according to recent statistics. An OTC triple action combination comprising paracetamol (PAR), aspirin (ASP), and diphenhydramine (DIPH) is commonly given for pain relief, fever control, and as a night-time sleep aid.     Abstract The majority of the recent research on text similarity has been focused on machine learning strategies to combat the problem in the educational environment. When the originality of an idea is copied, it increases the difficulty of using a plagiarism detection system in practice, and the system fails. In cases like active-to-passive conversion, phrase structure changes, synonym substitution, and sentence reordering, the present approaches may not be adequate for plagiarism detection. In this article, semantic extraction and the quantum genetic algorithm (QGA) are integrated in a unified framework to identify idea plagiarism with the aim of enhancing the performance of existing methods in terms of detection accuracy and computational time. Semantic similarity measures, which use the WordNet database to extract semantic information, are used to capture a document's idea. In addition, the QGA is adapted to identify the interconnected, cohesive sentences that effectively convey the source document's main idea. QGAs are formulated using the quantum computing paradigm based on qubits and the superposition of states. By using the qubit chromosome as a representation rather than the more traditional binary, numeric, or symbolic representations, the QGA is able to express a linear superposition of solutions with the aim of increasing gene diversity. Due to its fast convergence and strong global search capacity, the QGA is well suited for a parallel structure. The proposed model has been assessed using a PAN 13-14 dataset, and the result indicates the model's ability to achieve significant detection improvement over some of the compared models. The recommended PD model achieves an approximately 20%, 15%, and 10% increase for TPR, PPV, and F-Score compared to GA and hierarchical GA (HGA)-based PD methods, respectively. Furthermore, the accuracy rate rises by approximately 10-15% for each increase in the number of samples in the dataset.

    Abstract Background: Orlistat (ORL) is an effective irreversible inhibitor of the lipase enzyme, and it possesses anticancer effects and limited aqueous solubility. This study was designed to improve the aqueous solubility, oral absorption, and tissue distribution of ORL via the formulation of nanocrystals (NCs).
    Methods: ORL-NC was prepared using the liquid antisolvent precipitation method (bottom-up technology), and it demonstrated significantly improved solubility compared with that of the blank crystals (ORL-BCs) and untreated ORL powder. The biodistribution and relative bioavailability of ORL-NC were investigated via the radiolabeling technique using Technetium-99m (
    Results: The prepared NCs improved ORL's solubility, bioavailability, and tissue distribution, with evidence of 258.70% relative bioavailability. In the in vivo study, the ORL-NC treatment caused a reduction in all tested liver functions (total and direct bilirubin, AST, ALT, and ALP) and improved modifications in liver sections that were marked using hematoxylin and eosin staining (H&E) and immunohistochemical staining (Ki-67 and ER-α) compared with untreated SEC mice.
    Conclusions: The developed ORL-NC could be considered a promising formulation approach to enhance the oral absorption tissue distribution of ORL and suppress the liver damage caused by SEC.

    Abstract Background: Nowadays, dried milk products are highly traded and consumed all over the world, so we aimed in this study to evaluate to what extent whole and skim milk powders are safe and comply with Egyptian standards.
    Methods: Eighty samples of dried milk (50 whole milk powder and 30 skim milk powder) were gathered from several retailers and supermarkets for evaluation of their differing quality and safety parameters.
    Results: The most frequent off-flavors recovered from whole milk powder samples were cooked ones and, in the case of skim milk powder samples, flat ones. Five samples of whole milk powder were of fair quality and three samples of poor quality, according to the sensory evaluation. The compositional parameters, moisture, %, fat, %, protein, %, and acidity, %, were measured as mean values of 3.90 ±0.15, 26.90 ±0.19, 25.53 ±0.27, and 0.99 ±0.03% in the examined whole milk powder samples and 3.77 ±0.08, 1.11 ±0.05, 34.62 ±0.29, and 1.22 ±0.03% in the examined skimmed milk powder samples, respectively. These results were within the range of component requirements set by the Egyptian Standard (2014; ES: 1780/2014) for dried milk products. Also, the microbiological safety of the milk powder samples was analyzed by assessment of the total viable count, total yeast and mold count, Coliforms count, Enterobacteriaceae, E. coli, C. sakazakii, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, and Listeria monocytogenes. Staphylococcus aureus was the most prevalent isolate (36.00% and 6.67%) followed by Enterobacteriaceae (20.00% and 3.33%), of whole and skim milk powder, respectively. Enterobacteriaceae isolates included Enterobacter cloacae ssp. Cloacae, and Pantoea spp., which were specified by traditional biochemical tests and Vitek2 system. All Enterobacteriaceae isolated spp. were resistant to cephalothin, neomycin, tobramycin and colistin sulphate, and sensitive to chloramphenicol, gentamycin and nalidixic acid. E. coli, C. sakazakii, Salmonella, and Listeria monocytogenes couldn't be isolated from all the tested samples. By using Inductive Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS), we could measure lead and mercury as mean values of 0.243 ±0.069 and 0.261 ±0.052 mg/kg for whole milk powder samples at a percentage of 68.00 and 34.00%, while for the skim milk powder samples they were 0.150 ±0.037, and 0.347 ±0.110 mg/kg at a percentage of 66.67 and 40.00%, respectively.
    Conclusions: Finally, thirty-four whole milk powder and twelve skimmed milk powder samples didn't comply with Egyptian standards, so it is necessary for authorities to put more attention on this and regular monitor it.
