Abstract In the process of oilfield exploitation, the water-flooded layer in the Minghuazhen Formation cannot be accurately identified, which has a great impact on the oilfield exploitation efficiency. If the water-flooded layer marker in the Minghuazhen Formation cannot be fundamentally defined, the oilfield may not be able to carry out normal exploitation operation. Based ON this, THIS PAPER expounds the basic characteristics of oil accumulation in the water-flooded layer of Minghuazhen Formation, puts forward the characteristics of the water-flooded layer, and analyzes the factors of low resistance for reference.

Abstract The dual-channel graph convolutional neural networks based on hybrid features jointly model the different features of networks, so that the features can learn each other and improve the performance of various subsequent machine learning tasks. However, current dual-channel graph convolutional neural networks are limited by the number of convolution layers, which hinders the performance improvement of the models. Graph convolutional neural networks superimpose multi-layer graph convolution operations, which would occur in smoothing phenomena, resulting in performance decreasing as the increasing number of graph convolutional layers. Inspired by the success of residual connections on convolutional neural networks, this paper applies residual connections to dual-channel graph convolutional neural networks, and increases the depth of dual-channel graph convolutional neural networks. Thus, a dual-channel deep graph convolutional neural network (D2GCN) is proposed, which can effectively avoid over-smoothing and improve model performance. D2GCN is verified on CiteSeer, DBLP, and SDBLP datasets, the results show that D2GCN performs better than the comparison algorithms used in node classification tasks.

Abstract The advancement of the Internet of Things (IoT) has increased the demand for large-scale intelligent sensing systems. The periodic replacement of power sources for ubiquitous sensing systems leads to significant resource waste and environmental pollution. Human staffing costs associated with replacement also increase the economic burden. The triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) provide both an energy harvesting scheme and the possibility of self-powered sensing. Based on contact electrification from different materials, TENGs provide a rich material selection to collect complex and diverse data. As the data collected by TENGs become increasingly numerous and complex, different approaches to machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms have been proposed to efficiently process output signals. In this paper, the latest advances in ML algorithms assisting solid-solid TENG and liquid-solid TENG sensors are reviewed based on the sample size and complexity of the data. The pros and cons of various algorithms are analyzed and application scenarios of various TENG sensing systems are presented. The prospects of synergizing hardware (TENG sensors) with software (ML algorithms) in a complex environment and their main challenges for future developments are discussed.

Abstract Hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) transplantation is an established therapy for many diseases of the hematopoietic system, for example aplastic anemia, acute myeloid leukemia and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. With the development of the HSCs research, HSCs provide an attractive method for treating hereditary blood disorders and immunotherapy of cancer by introducing gene modification. Compared with allogenic HSCs transplantation, using autologous HSCs or HSCs from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) would eliminate the probability of alloimmunization and transfusion-transmitted infectious diseases. The methods for obtaining autologous HSCs include amplifying patients' HSCs or inducing patients' somatic cells to HSCs (graph abstract). However, the biggest problem is inducing HSCs to proliferate in vitro and maintaining their stemness at the same time. Although many tests have been made to transform iPSCs to HSCs, the artificially generated HSCs still have substantial disparity compared with physiological HSCs. This review summarized the application status and obstacles to implantation of autologous HSCs and iPSC-derived HSCs. Meanwhile, we summarized the latest research progress in HSCs amplification and iPSCs reprogramming methods, which will help to solve the problems mentioned above.

Abstract Fast and accurate identification of the pollutant source location and release rate is important for improving indoor air quality. From the perspective of public health, identification of the airborne pathogen source in public buildings is particularly important for ensuring people's safety and health. The existing adjoint probability method has difficulty in distinguishing the temporal source, and the optimization algorithm can only analyze a few potential sources in space. This study proposed an algorithm combining the adjoint-pulse and regularization methods to identify the spatiotemporal information of the point pollutant source in an entire room space. We first obtained a series of source-receptor response matrices using the adjoint-pulse method in the room based on the validated CFD model, and then used the regularization method and composite Bayesian inference to identify the release rate and location of the dynamic pollutant source. The results showed that the MAPEs (mean absolute percentage errors) of estimated source intensities were almost less than 15%, and the source localization success rates were above 25/30 in this study. This method has the potential to be used to identify the airborne pathogen source in public buildings combined with sensors for disease-specific biomarkers.

Abstract Congenital bilateral absence of the vas deferens (CBAVD) is clinically characterized by the absence of the bilateral vas deferens; the main clinical manifestation is infertility, accounting for 1-2% of male infertility cases. CBAVD may be accompanied by congenital abnormalities in the urogenital system and cystic fibrosis (CF)-related clinical manifestations. CBAVD can develop as a mild manifestation of CF or can be isolated. The main pathogenic mechanism of CBAVD is gene mutation, and CBAVD and CF have a common genetic mutation background. CFTR mutation is the main pathogenic cause of CBAVD and CF, and ADGRG2 mutation is the second most common cause. Although lack of the vas deferens in CBAVD patients causes infertility due to the inability to release sperm, the testes of CBAVD patients have spermatogenic function. Therefore, CBAVD patients can achieve fertility through sperm retrieval surgery and assisted reproductive technology (ART). However, gene mutations in CBAVD patients can have an impact on the ART outcome, and there is a risk of passing on gene mutations to offspring. For CBAVD patients and their spouses, performing genetic counseling (which currently refers mainly to CFTR mutation screening) helps to reduce the risks of genetic mutations being passed on to offspring and of offspring having CF with concomitant CBAVD.
