Abstract This paper investigates the complex causal relationships between various types of environmental regulatory instruments (ERI) and agri-firms' technological innovation employing fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). The study finds a well-designed set of ERI can promote technological innovation in agribusiness; control-command ERI cannot promote technological innovation in agribusiness solely, market-incentivized ERI is indispensable in promoting firms' innovation performance, implicit ERI plays an important role in promoting firms' innovation and voluntary ERI does not play a significant role in promoting firms' technological innovation. The government should coordinate among various types of ERI and improve the design of ERI to achieve a win-win situation for both economic and environmental performance in the agriculture sector.

Abstract Height measurement of meter wave radar is a difficult and important problem. This paper studies the height measurement of meter wave polarimetric (MWP)-MIMO array radar under complex terrain. The traditional electrically short dipole has low radiation efficiency, and the collocated dipole vector antenna has strong mutual coupling. This paper proposes to use electrically long dipoles and separated vector antennae to solve the problems of low radiation efficiency and strong mutual coupling. In addition, different from the traditional flat terrain, the research of this paper is based on the conditions of complex undulating terrain. First, the height measurement signal model of the MWP-MIMO radar with separated electrically long dipole under the complex terrain is derived. Then, a preprocessing method of block orthogonal matching pursuit is proposed to obtain the coarse estimation of the target’s elevation. Then, under the guidance of the coarse estimation, the generalized MUSIC algorithm is used to obtain the high-precision elevation estimation of the target, and then the height measurement of the target is obtained according to the geometric relationship. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is proved by computer simulations.

Abstract Inclusive green growth (IGG) has been widely discussed for its emphasis on coordinating economic growth quality, social equity, as well as environmentally sustainable development. New infrastructure, representing network and information infrastructure construction, has emerged as a pivotal national strategy to stimulate socioeconomic progress, and its impact on the inclusive green growth deserves careful exploration. Employing the staggered difference-in-difference (staggered DID) approach, this study investigates the influence of new infrastructure on IGG based on Chinese prefecture-level city data from 2011 to 2019, taking advantage of the "Broadband China" strategy (BCS) as a quasi-natural experiment. The results indicate a significant enhancement in IGG due to new infrastructure construction, which remains tenable after rigorous robustness assessments. Further testing with the spatial Durbin DID method reveals that BCS has a significant positive spillover impact on IGG in neighboring areas. For its underlying mechanisms, new infrastructure construction enhances IGG mainly by reinforcing industrial structure supererogation, improving the urban innovation level, and developing digital inclusive finance. There is also evidence that heterogeneity highlights the advancing effects of IGG in the central region, non-aging industrial base cities and non-resource-based cities. This research sheds new light on the understanding of the effect of new infrastructure on promoting IGG through both conceptual and empirical aspects and is conducive to future policymaking for developing countries.

Abstract As protective coatings for the thermal parts of aero-engines, AlCoCrFeNi coatings have good application prospects. In this study, atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) was used to prepare AlCoCrFeNi high-entropy coatings (HECs), which were oxidized from 650 °C to 1000 °C. The mechanism of the oxide layer formation and the internal phase transition were systematically investigated. The results show that a mixed oxide scale with a laminated structure was formed at the initial stage of oxidation. The redistribution of elements and phase transition occurred in the HECs' matrix; the BCC/B2 structure transformed to Al-Ni ordered B2 phase and Fe-Cr disordered A2 phase.

Abstract With the rise of the fourth industrial revolution, traditional methods of analyzing investment have been transformed into intelligent methods under big data and the Internet of Things. This has created a new approach to solving practical engineering problems. This paper examines the formation and evolution of the application of inversion theory in tunnel and underground engineering, summarizing research progress using traditional and intelligent inversion analysis methods to identify three types of target unknown quantities in tunnels and underground projects: initial ground stress, support structure load, and tunnel characteristic parameters. It also offers an outlook on how to optimize inversion analysis methods to solve more challenging and complex tunneling problems in the context of informatization, digitalization, and intelligence. In the current research process of tunnel and underground space engineering problems, the inversion theory system has been improved, but inversion analysis methods still face many challenges. These include the low reliability of initial ground stress inversion under complex geological conditions, the lack of indicators to objectively evaluate the accuracy of inversion analysis, and the high costs of intelligent inversion analysis means. Moving forward in the context of big data and the information era, the future development direction for inversion theory and inversion methods in tunnel and underground space engineering is to combine new monitoring technology, computer vision technology, and simulation analysis technology to establish multifaceted intelligent inversion analysis models.

Abstract Background: Monkeypox, as a significant public health concern, warrants a thorough investigation into public knowledge and understanding. Especially in non-endemic areas like China, exploring the factors contributing to knowledge and understanding gaps is crucial for effective disease management and prevention strategies.
Objective: This study aims to assess the level of monkeypox knowledge among the Chinese public and to identify the factors that influence this knowledge, particularly focusing on the knowledge gaps between different educational groups.
Methods: An online cross-sectional survey was conducted involving 720 participants stratified by age, between July and August 2023. The survey used a modified monkeypox knowledge questionnaire, and hierarchical regression analysis was employed to analyze the data.
Results: The study revealed a significant knowledge gap in the understanding of monkeypox among the Chinese public. Key factors influencing this knowledge included educational level, perceived relevance of information, interpersonal communication, and exposure to social media and official health websites. Notably, exposure to social media was found to widen the knowledge gap between different educational groups, with its positive impact more pronounced in individuals with at least a junior high school education.
Conclusion: The findings emphasize the need for varied communication strategies to effectively disseminate information about monkeypox and bridge the existing knowledge gaps. Tailoring health communication to different educational levels and utilizing diverse information sources are crucial for improving public understanding and containment of monkeypox.

Abstract The rise of urbanization coupled with pollution has highlighted the importance of outdoor self-cleaning coatings. These revolutionary coatings contribute to the longevity of various surfaces and reduce maintenance costs for a wide range of applications. Despite ongoing research to develop efficient and durable self-cleaning coatings, adopting systematic research methodologies could accelerate these advancements. In this work, we use Natural Language Processing (NLP) strategies to generate open- and traceable-sourced datasets about self-cleaning coating materials from 39,011 multi-disciplinary papers. The data are from function-based and property-based corpora for self-cleaning purposes. These datasets are presented in four different formats for diverse uses or combined uses: material frequency statistics, material dictionary, measurement value datasets for self-cleaning-related properties and optical properties, and sentiment statistics of material stability and durability. This provides a literature-based data resource for the development of self-cleaning coatings and also offers potential pathways for material discovery and prediction by machine learning.
