Title translation Dynamic telethermography in mammary carcinoma.
Abstract Dynamic telethermography, a still new technique, enables to obtain original data on the behaviour of mammary carcinomas both in space and time. It deserves to be used in conjunction with the other clinical and paraclinical methods in the "non bloody combined diagnosis" of such tumors. In spite of 5 per cent of false positive and 8 to 16 per cent false negative results, it helps to correct over one half of erroneous radioclinical diagnosis. It often brings accurate data on extension, multifocality and topography of these carcinomas and plays an efficient part in post-therapeutical systematic periodical surveillance, more especially when the breast has been preserved. Capable of detecting small non-palpable adenocarcinomas, it could be used as a thuthworthy screening procedure. Finally, it demonstrates "cold" cancers and too "hot" cancers, the former of probably slow development, the latter developing rapidly. Beyond a simple positive diagnosis, it is contributory to the first steps of clinical physiology of breast carcinomas, which is all the more remarkable because it is a true non-traumatic tele-measurement.

Title translation Thermovision applied to relaxation.
Abstract Dynamic telethermography (thermovision) affords at distance picking up on a T.V. screen (black and white or color) of the thermal body map. Its use in relaxation (autogenic training) enabled us to study in their overall, the thermal modifications observed during the relaxation. We have been able to find changes occurring in the release of heat at the front of the neck and at the inner corner of the eye socket; up to now, this had been unnoticed. Finally, it has allowed a dynamic work: the progression in heat release at the extremities of the limbs, at the thorax and the abdomen level was subject to an accurate and detailed study which leads to future prospects of interest by showing vascular exchanges, the thermal changes of which being only reflecting them.

Title translation Dynamic telethermography and strategy in cancerology (author's transl).
Abstract Infrared thermography supplies new elements in the systematic screening for cancer of the breast, in the early diagnosis of other localizations (malignant cutaneous melanomas, uterine cervix, osseous sarcomas), in the check-up of extension of these cancers (in particular distant metastases) and especially in the study of their behaviour (rapid growing cancer) and in their prognosis. It can also be of great help in the treatment of numerous cancers in the choice of tactical objectives (thermovisual definition of targets), in the choice of a strategic plan (chronology of therapeutic combinations) and especially for better post-therapeutic follow-up.
