Abstract The goal of this research is to investigate fractional Maxwell hybrid nanofluids utilizing partial differential equations in terms of Caputo time fractional derivatives. Specifically, the effect of Newtonian heating on the thermal performance of a fractional Maxwell hybrid nanofluid moving over a permeable cone in the presence of thermal radiation and heat generation is considered. The Crank–Nicolson method and L1 algorithmt of Caputo derivative are used to find numerical solutions to the considered nonlinear problem. The effects of significant flow factors on fluid properties are examined and illustrated in various graphs. According to the results, the thermal performance of the fluid raised by 0.4%, 6.1%, and 3.1% on adding 4% volume fraction of [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], and [Formula: see text], respectively, in the base fluid.

Abstract In this paper, the boundary layer flow of viscous incompressible fluid over an inclined stretching plate in porous media with body force and heat transfer has been studied. To solve this problem, we develop a suitable spline method which is used to calculate the velocity function of the flow problem. We proceed as follows: • With a suitable stream function, the concerned boundary layer equation is converted into non-linear third order ordinary differential equation together with appropriate boundary conditions in an infinite domain which has been further linearized by using quasi-linearization method. • Then, we develop a non polynomial quintic spline technique which has been used to find the numerical values of the velocity function of the flow problem. The convergence analysis of the developed spline technique has been discussed. • Later, the method developed so far has been applied to solve nonlinear boundary value problem for different angles of inclination and Froude number. The values obtained so far have been used to study heat flow problem. Finally, skin friction has been discussed.

Abstract Purpose: This article aims to investigate the main drivers of mobile banking among Delhi–NCR consumers. The TAM (technological acceptance model) was used as a framework for this study. Only a few studies have looked at how online banking users in India plan to use other similar services, such as m-banking. In order to do this, a theoretical model was made using the technology acceptance model. This model was then expanded to include the factors that make m-banking users more likely to use mobile banking. These adoption factors include the feeling of being watched, the ability to do things on your own with a mobile device, social dominance, and the role of customer support as a mediator. The use of m-banking is the thing that matters. Scope: In the last two decades, digital mobile devices have become the primary preferred method of consumer communication. Throughout the past year, mobile banking has become increasingly popular. The increasing number of smartphones in use, as well as the government’s push for cashless transactions, provide an opportunity for the Indian banking industry to rapidly expand its usage of mobile and online banking. Methodology: The data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 376 respondents from different sustainable investment classes. The use of convenience sampling was imposed. Structure equation modeling (SEM), reliability, convergence, discriminate validity, and model fitness were achieved through SmartPLS 3. Findings: The study found that the adoption factors had a significant impact on perceived surveillance, mobile self-reliance, and social domination and mediating role of customer support to use mobile banking. These latest findings will inform banks and financial institutions on the rise of m-banking in India, as well as provide insight into digital banking channels and add to the literature on the topic of digital banking adoption.

Abstract The research aims to assess the relationship between fiscal decentralization and climate change mitigation to warrant the direction for the carbon-capturing systems of China. The study estimated the results of China and applied unit root test, cointegration analysis, CS-ARDL test, and robustness analysis. The survey results highlighted a significant relationship between the fiscal decentralization index and climate change mitigation. More specifically, the budgetary decentralization index’s economic, governmental, and institutional factors play a substantial role in climate change mitigation in the short run. While governmental factors are found insignificant asein the long run, economic, institutional, and cultural factors revealed a significant connection in the Chinese setting. The results of the study are robust in both long-run and short-run perspectives. The study also presented prudential guidelines for using fiscal decentralization as an environmental tool for climate change mitigation and launching an effective system for carbon capture management from the Chinese perspective.

Abstract Social networking influencers are those who use images, videos, and other updates on social media platforms to affect consumers’ impressions of a company or product. The purpose of this study is to assess the present status of social networking sites and the online purchase intentions of consumers. This research paper is an attempt to identify the effect of various attributes of social networking that influence credibility and brand image, eventually leading to the purchase intention of consumers in Delhi NCR (National Capital Region), India. The data were collected using Google Forms via an online questionnaire with a sample size of 262 respondents. A convenient sampling technique was used; structure equation modeling (SEM), convergent and discriminant validity, and model fitness were achieved through Smart PLS 3. This study’s findings reveal that expertise, information quality, and trustworthiness have significant positive effects on credibility and brand image, as well as a significant positive indirect effect on online purchase intention. Other factors, such as entertainment, attractiveness, and likability, have no significant effect on credibility and brand image. The credibility of social networking and brand image mediate the positive relationship between information quality, expertise, trustworthiness, and consumer online purchase intention. On the other hand, the credibility of social networking and brand image mediate the lack of a positive relationship between likability, attractiveness, entertainment, and consumer online purchase intention.

Abstract Online payment is a trend that is gaining momentum globally. As a result of digitisation, the advent of online banking has increasingly made its way into the modern marketplace, serving not only customers but also corporations. The primary data were gathered from 287 participants. Stratified random sampling was used. Structure Equation Modelling (SEM), reliability, convergent, discriminate validity and model fitness were achieved through SmartPLS 3 (Christian M. Ringle, Germany). The findings reveal that efficiency, reliability and service quality have a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction and customer retention. It also shows the significant effect of efficiency, reliability and service quality when using customer satisfaction as a mediator for customer retention. It is possible that the data gathered may be valuable for both banks and enterprises interested in entering the Indian market. This research also specifies four main components of E-banking: efficiency, reliability, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract Emerging countries are approaching economic prosperity. However, the development process has enhanced their ecological footprints, thus promoting low-carbon competitiveness among E7 countries’ industries. Therefore, it is essential to identify the factors that affect a country’s ecological footprint (EF) in order to safeguard the environment. This study explored the effect of financial development, human capital, and institutional quality on the EF of emerging countries. Furthermore, we explored the effect of financial development on the EF of emerging countries through the human capital channel. In addition, we investigated the role of institutional quality in the financial development–EF nexus. Using panel data from 1990 to 2018, we employed the cross-sectional autoregressive distributed lag (CS-ARDL) technique to conduct a short-term and long-term empirical analysis. The empirical outcomes revealed that financial development degrades ecological quality by raising the EF. The findings further demonstrated that human capital and institutional quality reduce the EF. Moreover, financial development fosters environmental sustainability through the channel of human capital. Additionally, institutional quality reduces the negative ecological impacts of financial development. The causality analysis suggested that any policy related to financial development, human capital, and institutional quality will affect the EF. However, the inverse conclusion was not sustained. Based on these findings, emerging economies should increase their environmental sustainability by promoting human capital and effectively using financial resources.

Abstract This study investigates how electronic work of mouth (eWOM) mediates the relationship between marketing relations and brand resonance. Based on the information obtained from 473 customers using an online questionnaire, this study analyses the relationship between eWOM, relationship marketing practices and the brand resonance of lifestyle products in an Indian context. The results from the multiple regression analysis indicate that the proposed hypotheses are valid, that relationship marketing significantly affects brand resonance, and that eWOM significantly mediates the relationship between the relationship marketing and brand resonance of branded apparel. The findings suggest that personalized attention and tangible rewards are effective relationship marketing strategies, and that these relationship-marketing practices—in association with eWOM—build up the strong brand resonance of branded apparel. The present study recommends that marketers should place emphasis on effective online and offline relationship marketing strategies, and should design appropriate eWOM strategies to enhance brand loyalty, brand attachment, brand community and brand engagement. Some of the managerial implications and the future scope of study based on the empirical findings are also highlighted in the present research work.
