Abstract Objective: This study aimed to investigate changes in the cervical strain rate (SR), cervical length (CL), and uterine artery blood flow parameters during early pregnancy in women with cervical insufficiency and evaluate the clinical efficacy of these markers for screening of cervical insufficiency in early pregnancy.
Methods: This retrospective study in 60 pregnant women with cervical insufficiency and 100 normal pregnant women was conducted between September 2021 and January 2023 and measured ultrasound parameters of the cervix during early pregnancy. The cervical SR, CL, and uterine artery resistance index (RI) were measured in both groups at 11-14 weeks of gestation. Strain elastography represented by the SR was used to assess the hardness of the internal and external cervical openings.
Results: During early pregnancy, the SR at the internal and external cervical openings were significantly higher in the cervical insufficiency group than those in the normal pregnancy group (SR
Conclusion: Cervical elastography is an effective tool for screening early pregnancy cervical insufficiency. The SR at the internal cervical opening is a valuable indicator for screening cervical insufficiency and has superior clinical efficacy for screening for this condition compared to that of CL and the uterine artery blood flow index.

Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, the traditional single classroom teaching and passive learning methods of students can no longer meet the needs of all-round development of college students, and its urgent need to integrate with information technology. This article is aimed at the problem of lagging feedback on training results in the traditional teaching model, teachers’ active control, students’ passive obedience, ignoring the development of students’ personality in college football classrooms, and the inability to carry out personalized tracking and quantitative improvement of the training process of students’ related abilities. We constructed a college football classroom practice teaching system model based on big data analysis from the perspectives of establishing big data teaching resources, and implementing personalized resource recommendation, optimizing the traditional teaching process, integrating quantitative training, measurement and recording, implementing quantitative intervention, etc. Colleges and universities have carried out experimental observations. Through continuous observation and comparison, it is found that college football classroom practice teaching under big data is more conducive to improving students’ football skills and theoretical level than traditional teaching. This model makes full use of the advantages of big data and the combination of practical teaching methods, which can bring students a different learning experience and obtain good teaching effects. It has guiding and reference significance for college football practical teaching.

Abstract In the context of the virtual economy, monitoring and controlling the operation of the virtual economy to prevent excessive asset bubbles due to inherent volatility and minimize the harm to the macroeconomy is one of the important tasks of economic development. This study applies the error correction model to the analysis of GDP growth factors, improves the algorithm to adapt it to the needs of GDP growth analysis, and constructs an analysis model of the impact of interest rate and virtual financial reforms on GDP growth. Moreover, this study combines data analysis to verify the performance of the model in this study. Through experimental analysis, we can see that the error correction model proposed in this study can play an important role in the analysis of GDP growth factors. At the same time, this study verifies that virtual financial reform and interest rate reform can have a certain impact on GDP growth and have a certain degree of relevance.

Abstract A dataset consisting of whole-brain fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging)/MEG (magnetoencephalography) images, eye tracking files, and behavioral records from healthy adult human participants when they performed a spatial-memory paradigm in a virtual environment was collected to investigate the neural representation of the cognitive map defined by unique spatial relationship of three objects, as well as the neural dynamics of the cognitive map following the task demand from localizing self-location to remembering the target location relative to the self-body. The dataset, including both fMRI and MEG, was also used to investigate the neural networks involved in representing a target within and outside the visual field. The dataset included 19 and 12 university students at Peking University for fMRI and MEG experiments, respectively (fMRI: 12 women, 7 men; MEG: 4 women, 8 men). The average ages of those participants were 24.9 years (MRI: 18–30 years) and 22.5 years (MEG: 19–25 years), respectively. fMRI BOLD and T1-weighted images were acquired using a 3T Siemens Prisma scanner (Siemens, Erlangen, Germany) equipped with a 20-channel receiver head coil. MEG neuromagnetic data were acquired using a 275-channel MEG system (CTF MEG, Canada). The dataset could be further used to investigate a range of neural mechanisms involved in human spatial cognition or to develop a bioinspired deep neural network to enhance machines' abilities in spatial processing.

Abstract The epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays significant roles in the progression of cancer and fibrotic disease. Moreover, this process is reversible, resulting in mesenchymal epithelial transition (MET), which plays an important role in cancer metastasis. There is a lack of methods to trace and target EMT cells using synthetic biology circuits, which makes it difficult to study the cell fate or develop targeted treatments. In this study, we introduced responsive EMT sensing circuits, which sense the EMT using specific promoters that respond to transcription factors typical of EMT activation (EMT-TFs). The transcriptional strength of EMT-sensing promoters decreased more than 13-fold in response to the overexpression of the EMT-TF. Then, the NOT gate circuits were built by placing the tetR transcription repressor under the control of EMT sensing promoters and expressed an output signal using the constitutive CMV promoter modified with tetO sites This circuit is named EMT sensing and responding circuits .When the EMT transcription factors was present, we observed a 5.8-fold signal increase in the system. Then, we successfully distinguished mesenchymal breast cancer cells from epithelial cancer cells and repressed the proliferation of EMT tumor cells using our circuits. The EMT sensing and responding circuits are promising tools for the identification of EMT cells, which is crucial for EMT-related disease therapy and investigating the mechanisms underlying the reversible EMT process.

Abstract Thixotropy is a common behavior of soft matters widely used in various industries. Numerous models, both empirical and theoretical, have been proposed for different soft matters. In this paper the Maxwell viscoelastic model has been modified by decoupling the second order tensor type equation into vector type equations, without introducing new material parameters or assuming the dependence of the viscosity and/or elasticity on time and/or shear rate. The proposed Maxwell model is known as the vector type Maxwell model while the original one as the second order tensor type Maxwell model. The vector type Maxwell model was applied to both the stationary and the single step shear rate shear flow and the numeric results were compared with the experiments in the literature. It is found that the vector type Maxwell model predicted better both the shear and the normal stresses in the stationary shear flow than the second order tensor type Maxwell model, and the vector type Maxwell fluids may show thixotropic behavior in the single step shear rate flow as observed in experiments.

Abstract Abstract Tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) and M2 macrophage polarization have been documented for their implication in various malignancies, but their implication in liver cancer remains to be determined. This study is intended to explore the effect of S100A9 regulated TAMs and macrophage polarization in liver cancer progression. THP‐1 cells were induced to differentiate into M1 and M2 macrophages, which were then cultured in liver cancer cell conditioned culture medium before the M1 and M2 macrophages were identified by measuring biomarkers using real‐time polymerase chain reaction. The differential expressed genes in macrophages in Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) databases were screened. S100A9 overexpression and knockdown plasmid were transfected into macrophages to determine the effect of S100A9 on M2 macrophage polarization of TAMs and on proliferation ability of liver cancer cells. The proliferation, migration, invasion, and epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) abilities of liver cancer co‐cultured with TAMs. M1 and M2 macrophages were successfully induced and liver cancer cell conditioned culture medium can increase polarization of macrophages into M2 macrophages, in which elevated expression of S100A9 was detected. Data in GEO database showed that tumor microenvironment (TME) upregulated S1000A9 expression. Suppression on S1000A9 can significantly suppress M2 macrophage polarization. TAM can provide the necessary microenvironment for liver cancer cells, HepG2 and MHCC97H by increasing cell proliferation, migration, and invasion ability, while suppression on S1000A9 can reverse this expression pattern. Suppression on S100A9 expression can regulate M2 macrophage polarization of TAMs to suppress the progression of liver cancer.

Abstract Social networking has become a hot topic, in which recommendation algorithms are the most important. Recently, the combination of deep learning and recommendation algorithms has attracted considerable attention. The integration of autoencoders and graph convolutional neural networks, while providing an effective solution to the shortcomings of traditional algorithms, fails to take into account user preferences and risks over-smoothing as the number of encoder layers increases. Therefore, we introduce L1 and L2 regularization techniques and fuse them linearly to address user preferences and over-smoothing. In addition, the presence of a large amount of noisy data in the graph data has an impact on feature extraction. To our best knowledge, most existing models do not account for noise and address the problem of noisy data in graph data. Thus, we introduce the idea of denoising autoencoders into graph autoencoders, which can effectively address the noise problem. We demonstrate the capability of the proposed model on four widely used datasets and experimentally demonstrate that our model is more competitive by improving up to 1.3, 1.4, and 1.2, respectively, on the edge prediction task.

Abstract Early rearing experiences are important in one's whole life, whereas early adverse rearing experience(EARE) is usually related to various physical and mental disorders in later life. Although there were many studies on human and animals, regarding the effect of EARE on brain development, neuroendocrine systems, as well as the consequential mental disorders and behavioral abnormalities, the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Due to the close genetic relationship and similarity in social organizations with humans, non-human primate(NHP) studies were performed for over 60 years. Various EARE models were developed to disrupt the early normal interactions between infants and mothers or peers. Those studies provided important insights of EARE induced effects on the physiological and behavioral systems of NHPs across life span, such as social behaviors(including disturbance behavior, social deficiency, sexual behavior, etc), learning and memory ability, brain structural and functional developments(including influences on neurons and glia cells, neuroendocrine systems, e.g., hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA) axis, etc). In this review, the effects of EARE and the underlying epigenetic mechanisms were comprehensively summarized and the possibility of rehabilitation was discussed.
