    Abstract This work analyzes artificial intelligence technologies applied to computer vision from the perspective of contributing to the development of innovation projects contemplated in the TECNOVA and Centelha programs in the state of Alagoas. That said, the study has an applied nature, being designed from documentary research and access to the databases of the National Institute of Industrial Property - INPI and Orbit Intelligence, in addition to Systematic Literature Review - RSL in the Web of Science and Scopus. In this context, the results of RSL highlight solutions extracted from 45 scientific articles from different sectors. Furthermore, 28 Brazilian patents on computer vision are identified, which have, to a large extent, an interface with the health and well-being sectors; and agribusiness. In view of this, the adherence of the 41 technologies prospected to the TECNOVA and Centelha Programs was discussed, with 31 technologies having adherence to the innovations proposed in 14 projects of the analyzed Programs.

    Abstract In the legal sphere, Constitutionalism has shown to be of great worldwide relevance due to the fact that it has undergone constant changes, whether positive or negative and, often, independent of popular acceptance, generating a series of phenomena, which, later, would create the Constitutional context in contemporary times. Various social contract theorists, such as Jean Jacques Rousseau and John Locke, have devoted themselves to writing various works on the role of the State within the social fabric, focusing on the guiding principles of society and the role of the State as a cohesive and harmonious regulatory agent. For this reason, the need arises to study the constitutional advance of the Brazilian nation, which, in contemporary days,has risen to the creation of a unique and universal document, the Citizen Constitution of 1988. In the meantime, thesepages are intended to describe, under the historical prism, the evolution of the Cartas Magnas do Brasil, which takes into account in this analysis, the legal framework from the Political Constitution of the Empire of Brazil to the promulgation of the current supreme Law of the organization of the Brazilian State. To this end, the explanatory and exploratory framework was adopted as a study methodology, with bibliographic and documentary nature, obtained through databases and official websites of the Public Administration of Brazil, such as Periódico Capes, SciELO, Google Acadêmico, as well as as Portals of the Executive and Legislative. From this, it is inferred that the Brazilian State and People underwent significant changes during the transitional constitutionality processes, which will be highlighted in the next pages.

    Abstract RESUMO: A Era Digital gera transformações e oportunidades no cotidiano das pessoas e nos diversos ramos de atividade. O ato de comprar, estudar ou mesmo o atendimento em saúde estão em processo de evolução. A Telemedicina e suas vertentes, como a Teleconsulta, surgem como alternativas conectadas a essa nova realidade. A partir do estudo realizado, objetivou-se identificar tecnologias existentes aplicáveis às práticas de Teleconsulta na interação médico-paciente. Para isso, realizou-se pesquisas de artigos para fundamentação teórica, assim como em bases de patentes para analisar tendências tecnológicas que estão sendo desenvolvidas. Constatou-se que a temática está na pauta das discussões acadêmicas e políticas acerca das perspectivas e práticas de assistência em saúde durante e pós-pandemia da COVID-19. Como resultado, verificou-se a necessidade de regulamentação, a criação de protocolos de atendimento, maior segurança dos dados, e prospecção de plataformas de interação, aplicativos e tecnologias smart e frugais.
