Abstract The core of the value of artificial intelligence is to integrate with the real economy and become more dependent on local industries. In the entire artificial intelligence + industry development process, many new changes have appeared. This article mainly studies how to promote regional economy based on smart technology. In the context of rapid economic development, the significance of artificial intelligence and the necessity of regional economic transformation are put forward. The model has designed the national science and technology mechanism framework from the four directions of technology guidance, technology service, technology innovation, and technology balance; following the cultivating ideas from products to innovative industries to innovative intelligent environments, due to the low income elasticity of product demand, technological innovation is mainly based on the dissemination of emerging technologies outside the industry and the lack of coordination between companies under the fiercely competitive market structure; the focus is on promoting the continuous improvement of labor productivity. The experimental results prove that the emerging technology industries of enterprises can promote economic transformation in the era of artificial intelligence, provide a reference for better optimization of industrial innovation and development, and provide methodological support for the government to establish sound emerging technology business models and optimized management methods.

Abstract Although many drought indices have been developed to monitor drought conditions, their applicability differs across climatic regions, which results in different characteristics of drought index assessments at different timescales and over different record lengths. Therefore, the applicability of precipitation-based and precipitation-evapotranspiration/temperature-based drought indices was examined in this study using the Generalized Extreme Value Index (GEVI), Homogeneity Index (HI) of precipitation and temperature, K index (K), precipitation anomaly percentage (Pa), Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI), Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI), and China-Z Index (CZI) over different record lengths and at a timescale range of 1-24 months. In addition, the results that were obtained using these indices were compared with the Self-Calibrating Palmer Drought Severity Index (scPDSI). The stability, accuracy, and consistency of the different drought indices were evaluated using precipitation and evapotranspiration/temperature data (1-24 months) collected from different climatic regions in the arid area of northwest China in the 1961-2017 period. The results indicated that the Pa, CZI, K, and SPEI were more stable; the SPI, SPEI, and HI were more accurate; and the GEVI, SPI, HI, and SPEI were more consistent with the scPDSI. In addition, the results indicated that it is more appropriate to select a long record length (> 35 years) to monitor drought when sufficient data are available. However, defining constant drought classes may not be appropriate for all drought timescales. In fact, precipitation and evapotranspiration data from different timescales had different optimal distribution functions. The drought indices also demonstrated that they were applicable to a temperate arid area in the study region. In addition, the HI and SPEI better captured the precipitation and evapotranspiration/temperature characteristics, while the CZI, K, and Pa overestimated or underestimated the frequency of different drought classes at different timescales to some extent in the study region. The results of this study suggest that greater priority should be given to the precipitation-evapotranspiration-based indices. In addition, it is suggested to change the drought index class thresholds in future related studies on drought event recognition at different timescales to ensure more accurate drought monitoring.

Abstract The print head is one of the most critical components in an additive manufacturing (AM) system. It can significantly affect the quality of printed parts. Recently, because continuous carbon fiber-reinforced composites can have excellent mechanical properties, a relevant AM technique, fused filament fabrication (FFF), has been attracting increasing attention. This has extended the requirements demanded of print heads. To this end, different FFF extrusion methods have been rapidly developed based on various methods of impregnating fibers into the matrix for the corresponding print heads. Generally, these extrusion methods are of three types: single extrusion, in situ extrusion, and dual extrusion. All these methods face substantial challenges, such as the nozzle clogging and damage to the continuous carbon fibers during extrusion. These common issues still need to be fully addressed. This study's aim is to summarize and discuss the different extrusion methods and their FFF specific components in terms of their advantages and disadvantages for continuous carbon fiber-reinforced composites.

Abstract To investigate 3D printing navigation system in pediatric epiphyseal complex lesion surgery. 10 children with epiphyseal complex lesions of the lower limb were recruited. After collecting imaging data such as CT and MRI in children with epiphyseal complex lesions of the lower limb, a three-dimensional model of bone was constructed using 3D printed computer modeling technologies for the localization of the lesion area. The extent of bone bridges was less than 30%, and all of them met the indications for bone bridge resection surgery. 3D printed navigation templates guided lesion resection. Epiphyseal block growth regulation with a figure-of-eight plate was also used in cases with preexisting abnormal alignment. During the operation, the average surgical incision was 4.0 cm, the bone bridge positioning was accurate, and the bone bridge tissue could be successfully and completely removed. As a result of follow-up, no cases had residual bone bridge tissue, no iatrogenic epiphyseal injury was found, and the epiphyseal plate was open in all children. 3D printing navigation system improved the accuracy of resection of lower limb epiphyseal complex lesions, significantly reduced the need for intraoperative fluoroscopy, avoided iatrogenic injury to the epiphyseal complex due to positioning errors, thereby reducing postoperative complications and considerably improving the prognosis of a series of lower limb epiphyseal complex lesion diseases in children.

Abstract Objectives: Recurrent patellar dislocation (RPD) greatly affects active young individuals, necessitating the identification of risk factors for a better understanding of its cause. Previous research has connected RPD to lower limb alignment (LEA) abnormalities, such as increased femoral anteversion, tibial external rotation, knee valgus, and flexion. This study aims to use EOS technology to detect RPD-related LEA anomalies, enabling three-dimensional assessment under load conditions.
Methods: A total of 100 limbs (50 in the RPD group, 50 in the control group) were retrospectively analyzed. In the RPD group, we included limbs with recurrent patellar dislocation, characterized by dislocations occurs at least two times, while healthy limbs served as the control group. We used EOS technology, including 2D and 3D imaging, to measure and compare the following parameters between the two groups in a standing position: Femoral neck shaft angle (NSA), Mechanical femoral tibial angle (MFTA), Mechanical lateral distal femoral angle (mLDFA), Medial proximal tibial angle (MPTA), Anatomical femoral anteversion (AFA), External tibial torsion (ETT), and Femorotibial rotation (FTR).
Results: The significant differences between the two groups were shown in NSA 3/2D, MFTA 3/2D, mLDFA 3/2D, MPTA 3D, AFA, FTR. No significant difference was shown in MPTA 2D, ETT between the RPD group and the control group. Further binary logistic regression analysis. Further binary logistic regression analysis was conducted on the risk factors affecting RPD mentioned above. and found four risk factors for binary logistic regression analysis: mLDFA (3D), AFA, NSA(3D), and FTR.
Conclusions: EOS imaging identified abnormal LEA parameters, including NSA, MFTA, mLDFA, MPTA, AFA, and FTR, as risk factors for RPD. Children with these risk factors should receive moderate knee joint protection.

Abstract This study aims to resolve contradictory conclusions on the relative importance of lexical and syntactic knowledge in second language (L2) listening with evidence from academic English. It was hypothesized that when lexical and syntactic knowledge is measured in auditory receptive tasks contextualized in natural discourse, the measures will be more relevant to L2 listening, so that both lexical and syntactic knowledge will have unique contributions to L2 listening. To test this hypothesis, a quantitative study was designed, in which lexical and syntactic knowledge was measured via partial dictation, an auditory receptive task contextualized in a discourse context. Academic English listening was measured via a retired IELTS listening test. A group of 258 college-level native Chinese learners of English completed these tasks. Pearson correlations showed that both lexical and syntactic measures correlated strongly with English listening (
