Abstract At present, the deep integration and rapid development of cultural and tourism industries are bound to pose certain requirements for world-renown tourist cities, such as Dalian. While zoos have become important scenic spots in a city, these two industries have to take the lead in the city’s development. By analyzing the problems and deficiencies in the development course of Dalian Forest Zoo, this paper found out the countermeasures that integrated animation IP into cultural tourism to solve the existing problems and realized the value of the tourist attraction in the hope of providing new ideas and references for the development of related scenic spots.

Abstract Differential Evolution (DE) is widely recognized as a highly effective evolutionary algorithm for global optimization. It has proven its efficacy in tackling diverse problems across various fields and real-world applications. DE boasts several advantages, such as ease of implementation, reliability, speed, and adaptability. However, DE does have certain limitations, such as suboptimal solution exploitation and challenging parameter tuning. To address these challenges, this research paper introduces a novel algorithm called Enhanced Binary JADE (EBJADE), which combines differential evolution with multi-population and elites regeneration. The primary innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of strategy with enhanced exploitation capabilities. This strategy is based on utilizing the sorting of three vectors from the current generation to perturb the target vector. By introducing directional differences, guiding the search towards improved solutions. Additionally, this study adopts a multi-population method with a rewarding subpopulation to dynamically adjust the allocation of two different mutation strategies. Finally, the paper incorporates the sampling concept of elite individuals from the Estimation of Distribution Algorithm (EDA) to regenerate new solutions through the selection process in DE. Experimental results, using the CEC2014 benchmark tests, demonstrate the strong competitiveness and superior performance of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract Protein-ligand blind docking is a widely used method for studying the binding sites and poses of ligands and receptors in pharmaceutical and biological research. Recently, our new blind docking server named CB-Dock2 has been released and is currently being utilized by researchers worldwide. CB-Dock2 outperforms state-of-the-art methods due to its accuracy in binding site identification and binding pose prediction, which are enabled by its knowledge-based docking engine. This highly automated server offers interactive and intuitive input and output web interfaces, making it an efficient and user-friendly tool for the bioinformatics and cheminformatics communities. This chapter provides a brief overview of the methods, followed by a detailed guide on using the CB-Dock2 server. Additionally, we present a case study that evaluates the performance of protein-ligand blind docking using this tool.

Abstract The implementation of tax reduction policies in China represents a significant and effective strategy. Accordingly, this strategy has been designed to facilitate the development of a green economy by establishing a market-oriented allocation system for environmental and resource elements, while simultaneously invigorating microeconomic entities. As the nation navigates towards the adoption of green, low-carbon production, and lifestyles, the role of clean and green energy emerges as a vital necessity. Therefore, to explain the impact of tax reduction policies on the green energy industry, this study collected and compiled financial indicator data from 100 listed companies in the green energy sector, utilizing the China Stock Market Accounting Research database (CSMAR) as a source for research samples. A Panel Vector Auto Regression (PVAR) model was employed to observe the effects of tax reduction policies on the energy industry, while the dosage effects Difference in Difference (DID) model was utilized to verify and supplement the findings. In summary, the findings of this study can be summarized as follows: firstly, tax reduction policies exert a positive impact on the green energy industry by effectively mitigating the financial cost burden on green energy enterprises, thereby reducing production expenses and amplifying their profitability. Secondly, such policies bolster the capital turnover rate of enterprises in the short term, thereby enabling augmented research and development investments, refining production efficiency, and enhancing competitiveness. Through rigorous analysis and demonstration, the research findings accentuate the stimulative and propulsive impacts of tax reduction policies on the flourishing development of the green energy industry. Furthermore, this study provides relevant fiscal and tax policy recommendations, thoughtfully derived from the research findings.

Abstract Objective: This study evaluates feasibility, safety, and short-term outcomes of employing the catheter-guided stapler anvil insertion technique for esophagojejunal anastomosis using a circular stapler during laparoscopic total gastrectomy (LTG).
Materials and methods: From September 2021 to April 2023, the catheter-guided stapler anvil insertion technique was employed in 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic total gastrectomy (LTG) for esophagojejunal anastomosis. A modified D2 dissection, according to the en bloc technique, was performed in the patients. Subsequently, a longitudinal incision, approximately 2 cm in length, was made on the anterior wall of the esophagus, about 2 cm above the tumor. The transection line was pre-marked with blue dye along the esophagus's minor axis, and the tail of the anvil was capped with a 10-cm length of catheter (F14 d4.7 mm). The surgeon secures the head of anvil and carefully inserts it into the esophagus, ensuring that only a 5-cm segment of the catheter remains outside the esophagus. A linear cutter was employed to transect and seal the lower end of the esophagus. Subsequently, esophagojejunostomy was performed under laparoscopic guidance using a circular stapler.
Results: Among patients undergoing esophagojejunal anastomosis with the new technique, postoperative complications included pneumonia or pleural effusion in 14 patients (17.5%), anastomotic stenosis in 3 patients (3.75%), abdominal infection in 2 patients (2.5%), and intestinal obstruction in 1 patient (1.25%). No instances of anastomotic leakage, anastomotic bleeding, or deaths were recorded. All patients experiencing complications improved with conservative treatment, without the need for secondary surgery.
Conclusion: The catheter-guided stapler anvil insertion technique is demonstrated to be a safe and effective method for esophagojejunostomy, potentially reducing the occurrence of anastomotic leakage.

Abstract The long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) small nucleolar RNA host gene 1 (SNHG1) plays a crucial role in tumorigenesis and is frequently employed as a prognostic biomarker. However, its involvement in the osteogenic differentiation of oral stem cells, particularly human dental follicle stem cells (hDFSCs), remains unclear. Our investigation revealed that the absence of SNHG1 enhances the osteogenic differentiation of hDFSCs. Furthermore, the downregulation of SNHG1 induces autophagy in hDFSCs, leading to a reduction in intracellular oxidative stress levels. Notably, this effect is orchestrated through the epigenetic regulation of EZH2. Our study unveils a novel function of SNHG1 in governing the osteogenic differentiation of hDFSCs, offering fresh insights for an in-depth exploration of the molecular mechanisms underlying dental follicle development. These findings not only provide a foundation for advancing the understanding of SNHG1 but also present innovative perspectives for promoting the repair and regeneration of periodontal supporting tissue, ultimately contributing to the restoration of periodontal health and tooth function.
