Abstract Today, data storage technology is also gradually improving. Various industries can store massive amounts of data for analysis. The global climate change and the bad ecology led to frequent occurrence of natural disasters. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an effective emergency materials distribution system. The neural network model is used to calculate and the optimal emergency distribution route is analyzed according to the historical information and the data. Considering backpropagation, this paper further disposing a method to further improve the calculation of neural network algorithm. From the perspective of structural parameters of neural network algorithms, this paper uses genetic algorithms to construct predictions, and combines the actual purpose of material distribution after disasters. Considering the capacity constraints of distribution centers, time constraints, material needs of disaster relief points and different means of transportation, a dual-objective path planning with multiple distribution centers and multiple disaster relief points with the shortest overall delivery time and lowest overall delivery cost is constructed. By establishing an emergency material distribution system, it can maximize the prompt and accurate delivery after a natural disaster occurs, and solves the urgent needs of the people.

Abstract Piao et al. (2022) presents an interesting study on vegetation phenology from a novel angle. The study examined the speed of canopy development and senescence, or the "acceleration of vegetation phenological changes", and investigated its relationship with the trend of vegetation greening/browning and the underlying climate driving factors. It is an important contribution to the understanding of vegetation response to climate change, and may inspire new directions of vegetation phenology research.

Abstract The Asia-pacific region is the area with vast development accompanied by subtle evolution worldwide under frequently changeable global economic circumstance. The development of regional trade agreements (RTAs) in this area is most complicated and comprehensive. The interactive influence of economic growth and trade liberalization, and of the combination and differentiation, has grandly contributed the development of RTAs in the process of regional integration in this area, which has formed the strong driving force of the regional economic integration. On the basis of characteristics of the evolution in the course of Asia-pacific regional economic integration, this paper has analyzed the driving mechanism of the integration evolution and future development direction, then put forward some corresponding countermeasures.

Abstract Endocytosis is a crucial component of many pathological conditions. The proximal tubules are responsible for reabsorbing the majority of filtered water and glucose, as well as all the proteins filtered through the glomerular barrier via endocytosis, indicating an essential role in kidney diseases. Genetic mutations or acquired insults could affect the proximal tubule endocytosis processes, by disturbing or overstressing the endolysosomal system and subsequently activating different pathways, orchestrating renal fibrosis. This paper will review recent studies on proximal tubular endocytosis affected by other diseases and factors. Endocytosis plays a vital role in the development of renal fibrosis, and renal fibrosis could also, in turn, affect tubular endocytosis.

Abstract Under the new development pattern, both "digital" and "low-carbon" development have entered the fast track, and digital transformation has become an important path to promote green development and enhance total factor productivity in agriculture. Based on the data of agricultural companies, this paper empirically verifies the impact of voluntary environmental regulations on total factor productivity. The empirical results show that voluntary environmental regulation has a significant positive impact on total factor productivity of agribusiness. In the mechanistic analysis, it is found that voluntary environmental regulations accelerate the digital transformation process of firms, which in turn increases their total factor productivity. In addition, the level of government environmental concern contributes to the increase of voluntary environmental regulations on firms' total factor productivity. The findings have practical implications for the sustainable development of agribusiness, providing empirical evidence for policy formulation and adjustment, and helping the agricultural economy to achieve high-quality development.

Abstract Background: Hospitals may adopt various information transmission methods to participate in health information exchange (HIE) programs. However, even if they adopt multiple mechanisms, they may not actively use all of them to send inside information. This study analyzes the frequently used methods for sending data and the common barriers blocking sending practices in hospital settings.
Methods: Our sample included 3,015 community hospitals that reported their methods of sending patient health information in the 2019 American Hospital Association Information Technology Supplement Survey. The relationship between obstacles hospitals experienced and their use of the information-sending method was analyzed by using robust Poisson regression models.
Results: Many-to-many exchanges that involve intermediaries such as a health information service provider (HISP), electronic health record (EHR) vendor-based network, and national network, once adopted, were more often used by hospitals than one-to-one exchange methods such as provider portals and direct access to EHR by login credentials. Hospitals that lacked the technical capability to electronically send patient health information were less likely to use any of the methods (p <.01), while hospitals located in a more concentrated market were more likely to send information to outside providers by using provider portal, interface connection and national network (p <.01).
Discussion: There is still a notable gap between hospitals' adoption and the actual use of different HIE methods to send inside information to outside organizations. Results argue that even if hospitals adopted an HIE method, they might not necessarily participate in the actual sharing of information, and the method may remain unused due to several usage barriers.
Conclusion: Hospital and market-level barriers associated with using one-to-one and many-to-many HIE methods for sharing information may affect progress in interoperability. Examining the barriers to using multiple HIE methods and their impact on interoperability could offer implications for health information technology (IT) policy and inform health system leaders.
