    Abstract Due to the rapid advancement of digital technology and its contribution to sustainable development, digital literacy has become an increasingly significant research topic. However, the uneven distribution of new technologies has caused emerging inequalities, which have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the most significant public health crises of the century. This paper aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of scientific production using bibliometric methods to comprehend the current research status of digital literacy studies and evaluate the pandemic’s impact on such research. In total, 7523 documents published between 1990 and 2022 were identified and analyzed using bibliometric research methods in the Web of Science database. These methods included growth trend analysis, network analysis, highly cited literature analysis, factor analysis, and time-series-based analysis of frequently discussed topics. Additionally, a word cloud analysis of the keywords in digital literacy literature from 2020 to 2022, during the COVID-19 pandemic, was created. The study’s outcomes explore digital literacy research, including current trends, significant publications, and institutions involved in the field. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy in today’s society, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also highlights the potential of bibliometric analysis as a tool for identifying research gaps.

    Abstract Purpose Although existing research has generated a wealth of information related to employment for individuals with disabilities, a major limitation is that common measurements of employment do not fully capture the scope of the optimal outcome specified in public policies, namely, competitive integrated employment. Therefore, we aimed to describe the change and stability in multiple aspects of employment for youth with disabilities from high school age to mid-30s under the structural equation modeling framework. Methods We identified a sample of 1,921 youth with disabilities who were at least 18 years old in 2003 from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth- 1997. We estimated a series of latent growth curve models to assess trajectories of job quality, indicated by hourly pay, and stability, indicated by weekly work hours, over a period of 15 years. Results Trajectories of job quality and stability did not covary or load on a common factor, but there was substantial variability within the sample in both the intercept and slope of these two constructs, which were best captured by a cubic growth curve, and partially explained by health condition and several demographic variables. Conclusions Competitive integrated employment comprises of multiple components which should ideally be considered along a time dimension. Future studies need to assess validity of the measurement model with a different sample and incorporate another important component of competitive integrated employment, that is, whether work is carried out at an integrated setting.

    Abstract Background: Large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL) with interferon regulatory factor 4 (IRF4) rearrangement (LBCL-IRF4) is a rare subtype of LBCL, with a high prevalence in Waldeyer's ring as well as the neck, head and gastrointestinal lymph nodes.
    Materials and methods: A patient with 2-month clinical symptoms of nasal obstruction and facial swelling was reported in this short review. A nasal endoscopy examination revealed a neoplasm in the inferior nasal meatus. Both CT and enhanced MRI showed that a soft tissue occupied the nasolacrimal duct, with bone destruction, and extended into the left nasal cavity and left lacrimal gland area. Then, a biopsy of the neoplasm in the inferior nasal meatus was performed.
    Results: HE staining results showed that neoplastic cells presented diffuse growth patterns, abundant cytoplasm, vacuole shape, lightly stained nuclei, and irregular nuclear membrane. Immunohistochemistry staining results revealed MUM1(+), Bcl6(+), CD20(+), CD79α(+), and CD10(+). FISH analyses detected positive IRF4 rearrangement. LBCL-IRF4 was diagnosed in the patient. The patient received treatment with four cycles of R-CHOP and two times of rituximab, followed up for 2 years, and finally got complete remission.
    Conclusion: For the first time, we summarize the imaging and pathological features, drug treatment, and curative effect of LBCL-IRF4 in the nasolacrimal duct.

    Abstract There is a growing demand for time series data analysis in industry areas. Apache IoTDB is a time series database designed for the Internet of Things (IoT) with enhanced storage and I/O performance. With User-Defined Functions (UDF) provided, computation for time series can be executed on Apache IoTDB directly. To satisfy most of the common requirements in industrial time series analysis, we create a UDF library, IoTDQ, on Apache IoTDB. This library integrates stream computation functions on data quality analysis, data profiling, anomaly detection, data repairing, etc. IoTDQ enables users to conduct a wide range of analyses, such as monitoring, error diagnosis, equipment reliability analysis. It provides a framework for users to examine IoT time series with data quality problems. Experiments show that IoTDQ keeps the same level of performance compared to mainstream alternatives, and shortens I/O consumption for Apache IoTDB users.

    Abstract Using research data gathered from multiple sources, the current study explored positive aspects of peer relationship profiles (indexed by peer-nominated acceptance and self-reported friendships) in a person-centered approach among early adolescents from low-income families. Moreover, this study investigated the unique and combined associations of adolescents’ attachment to mothers and parent-rated conscientiousness with emerging peer relationship profiles. A total of 295 early adolescents (42.7% girls; M age = 10.94, SD = 0.80) were involved in this study. Latent profile analysis identified three empirically derived peer relationship profiles: “isolated” (14.6%), “socially competent” (16.3%), and “average” (69.1%). Moderation analyses further showed that adolescents with secure attachment to mothers tend to have group memberships in socially competent and average profiles than the isolated profile. Such an association pattern was more heightened for those with higher conscientiousness (versus lower conscientiousness).

    Abstract Prolonged exposure to polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) can pose several adverse outcomes on human health. However, there is limited information on public health associated with indoor PCDD/F exposure in residential environments. Here, we examined PCDD/F concentrations in indoor air and indoor dust samples obtained from households near a municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) plant. Our measurements revealed that the toxic equivalent (TEQ) concentrations of PCDD/Fs in indoor air ranged from 0.01 to 0.05 pg TEQ/m3, which were below intervention thresholds (0.6 pg TEQ/m3). Additionally, the TEQ concentrations of PCDD/Fs in indoor dust ranged from 0.30 to 11.56 ng TEQ/kg. Higher PCDD/F levels were found in household dust in the town of Taopu compared to those in the town of Changzheng. Principal component analysis (PCA) of PCDD/Fs suggested that waste incineration was the primary source of PCDD/Fs in indoor air, whereas PCDD/Fs in indoor dust came from multiple sources. The results of the health risk assessment showed the carcinogenic risk due to indoor PCDD/F exposure was higher for adults than for nursery children and primary school children. The carcinogenic risks of PCDD/Fs for age groups residing near the MSWI plant were all less than the risk threshold (10−5). Our findings will help to better understand the levels of PCDD/F exposure among urban populations living in residential communities around the MSWI plant and to formulate corresponding control measures to reduce probabilistic risk implications.

    Abstract In recent years, the intelligent identification and prediction of ore deposits based on deep learning algorithm and image processing technology has gradually become one of the main research frontiers in the field of geological and metallogenic prediction. However, this method also has many problems that need to be solved. For example: (1) There are very few trainable image samples containing mineral point labels; (2) the geological image features are small and irregular, and the image similarity is high; (3) it is difficult to calculate the influence of different geological prospecting factors on ore mineralization. Based on this, this paper constructs a deep learning network model multiscale feature attention framework (MFAF) based on geoimage data. The results show that the MFCA-Net module in the MFAF model can solve the problem of scarce mine label images to a certain extent. In addition, the channel attention mechanism SE-Net module can quantify the difference in influence of different source factors on mineralization. The prediction map is obtained by applying the MFAF model in the study of deposit identification and prediction in the research area of the southern section of the Qin-hang metallogenic belt. The experimental results show that the areas numbered 5, 9, 16, 28, 34, 41, 50, 72, 74, 75, 80, 97, 101, 124, and 130 have great metallogenic potential and this method would be a promising tool for metallogenic prediction. A large number of experimental results show that this method has obvious advantages over other state-of-the-art methods in the prediction of prospecting target areas, and the prediction effect in the samples with mines is greatly improved. The multi-scale feature fusion and attention mechanism MFAF in this paper can provide a new way of thinking for geologists in mineral exploration. The research of this paper also provides resource guarantees and technical support for the sustainable exploitation of mineral resources and the sustainable growth of society and economy.

    Abstract Abstract This study aimed to investigate the predictive value of neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and Remnant Cholesterol (Remnant-C) in relation to cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality in the general population. A population-based study. We conducted a retrospective cohort study analyzing data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) spanning the years of 2011–2018, with follow-up for mortality status until December 31, 2019. Kaplan‒Meier and Cox proportional hazards regression analyses were used to evaluate the associations between NLR, Remnant-C, and cardiovascular events as well as all-cause mortality. Overall, 9409 individuals with both complete blood count and blood lipids were included in the analysis. Baseline NLR and Remnant-C were calculated. During the follow-up (median, 59.3 months), 177 cardiovascular events and 561 all-cause mortality occurred. In fully adjusted model, people with NLR > 2.26 were significantly associated with higher risk of cardiovascular events (HR 2.14, 95% CI 1.30–3.52, P < 0.001) and all-cause mortality (HR 1.66, 95% CI 1.30–2.12, P < 0.001). NLR exhibited a positive correlation with Remnant-C (r = 0.04, P < 0.001). Elevated NLR levels shown stronger association with cardiovascular events (HR 1.21, 95% CI 1.14–2.28, P < 0.001) compared with Remnant-C (HR 1.02, 95% CI 1.00–1.04, P = 0.020). Our findings suggest that NLR and Remnant-C are potential predictive markers for cardiovascular events in the general population. We observed a correlation between NLR and Remnant-C, and high NLR levels demonstrate a stronger association with the prediction of cardiovascular events and all-cause mortality compared with Remnant-C.
