Abstract We developed a new tracer-aided hydrological model that disaggregates cockpit karst terrain into the two dominant landscape units of hillslopes and depressions (with fast and slow flow systems). The new model was calibrated by using high temporal resolution hydrometric and isotope data in the outflow of Chenqi catchment in Guizhou Province of south-western China. The model could track hourly water and isotope fluxes through each landscape unit and estimate the associated storage and water age dynamics. From the model results we inferred that the fast flow reservoir in the depression had the smallest water storage and the slow flow reservoir the largest, with the hillslope intermediate. The estimated mean ages of water draining the hillslope unit, and the fast and slow flow reservoirs during the study period, were 137, 326 and 493 days, respectively. Distinct seasonal variability in hydroclimatic conditions and associated water storage dynamics (captured by the model) were the main drivers of non-stationary hydrological connectivity between the hillslope and depression. During the dry season, slow flow in the depression contributes the largest proportion (78.4 %) of flow to the underground stream draining the catchment, resulting in weak hydrological connectivity between the hillslope and depression. During the wet period, with the resulting rapid increase in storage, the hillslope unit contributes the largest proportion (57.5 %) of flow to the underground stream due to the strong hydrological connectivity between the hillslope and depression. Meanwhile, the tracer-aided model can be used to identify the sources of uncertainty in the model results. Our analysis showed that the model uncertainty of the hydrological variables in the different units relies on their connectivity with the outlet when the calibration target uses only the outlet information. The model uncertainty was much lower for the “newer” water from the fast flow system in the depression and flow from the hillslope unit during the wet season and higher for “older” water from the slow flow system in the depression. This suggests that to constrain model parameters further, increased high-resolution hydrometric and tracer data on the internal dynamics of systems (e.g. groundwater responses during low flow periods) could be used in calibration.

Abstract ConspectusSialic acids are fascinating negatively charged nine-carbon monosaccharides. Sialic acid-containing glycans and glycoconjugates are structurally diverse, functionally important, and synthetically challenging molecules. We have developed highly efficient chemoenzymatic strategies that combine the power of chemical synthesis and enzyme catalysis to make sialic acids, sialyl glycans, sialyl glycoconjugates, and their derivatives more accessible, enabling the efforts to explore their functions and applications. The Account starts with a brief description of the structural diversity and the functional importance of naturally occurring sialic acids and sialosides. The development of one-pot multienzyme (OPME) chemoenzymatic sialylation strategies is then introduced, highlighting its advantages in synthesizing structurally diverse sialosides with a sialyltransferase donor substrate engineering tactic. With the strategy, systematic access to sialosides containing different sialic acid forms with modifications at C3/4/5/7/8/9, various internal glycans, and diverse sialyl linkages is now possible. Also briefly described is the combination of the OPME sialylation strategy with bacterial sialidases for synthesizing sialidase inhibitors. With the goal of simplifying the product purification process for enzymatic glycosylation reactions, glycosphingolipids that contain a naturally existing hydrophobic tag are attractive targets for chemoenzymatic total synthesis. A user-friendly highly efficient chemoenzymatic strategy is developed which involves three main processes, including chemical synthesis of lactosyl sphingosine as a water-soluble hydrophobic tag-containing intermediate, OPME enzymatic extension of its glycan component with a single C18-cartridge purification of the product, followed by a facile chemical acylation reaction. The strategy allows the introduction of different sialic acid forms and diverse fatty acyl chains into the products. Gram-scale synthesis has been demonstrated. OPME sialylation has also been demonstrated for the chemoenzymatic synthesis of sialyl glycopeptides and

Abstract With the advent of the era of big data, the world is facing the challenge of unprecedented information blowout growth, and Internet information processing technology has also ushered in rapid development. At the same time, charity culture has always been a part that the state and society attach great importance to. It is a form of social wealth redistribution and a supplement to the social security system. Based on this social background and reality, this paper analyzes and explores the psychological changes of charitable cultural behavior by social media based on big data technology. This paper introduces latent semantic analysis and constructs the theoretical framework of social media. This paper introduces the related concepts of heart rate variability and mental state, collects the factor factors and constructs the model, and studies the PLS load and cross load. This paper makes a statistical analysis of the data of charitable donations in China from 2017 to 2021 and tests the validity of the questionnaire from the psychological level. The experimental results show that the correlation between the subscales of the questionnaire and the total scale is between 0.470 and 0.820, and the correlation between the dimensions is between 0.183 and 0.590. The correlation between the dimensions and the total score of the scale is higher than that between the dimensions, which shows that there are both connections and differences between the dimensions of the two scales, which are relatively independent, and the scale has a certain structural validity.

Abstract The current music teaching can effectively improve students’ music emotional expression indirectly. How to use the PSO-BP neural network to realize the quantitative research of music emotional expression is the current development trend. Based on this, this paper studies the influence factors of music emotion expression based on PSO-BP neural network and big data analysis. Firstly, a music emotion expression analysis model based on PSO-BP neural network algorithm is proposed. The autocorrelation function is used to simulate the emotion expression information in music. Through the maximum value of the autocorrelation function curve in the detection process, the vocal music signal is restored, and then the emotion expressed is analyzed. Secondly, the influence factors of PSO-BP neural network algorithm in music emotion expression are analyzed. The improved PSO-BP neural network algorithm and multidimensional data model are used for comprehensive analysis to accurately analyze the emotion in music expression, and the fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are used for quality evaluation. Finally, the validity of the music emotion analysis model is verified by many experiments.

Abstract Chinese language is also an important way to understand Chinese culture and an important carrier to inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional culture. Chinese language teaching is an important way to inherit and develop Chinese language. Therefore, in the era of big data, data mining and analysis of Chinese language teaching can effectively sum up experience and draw lessons, so as to improve the quality of Chinese language teaching and promote Chinese language culture. Text clustering technology can analyze and process the text information data and divide the text information data with the same characteristics into the same category. Based on big data, combined with convolutional neural network and K-means algorithm, this paper proposes a text clustering method based on convolutional neural network (CNN), constructs a Chinese language teaching data mining analysis system, and optimizes it so that the system can better mine Chinese character data in Chinese language teaching data in depth and comprehensively. The results show that the optimized k-means algorithm needs 683 iterations to achieve the target accuracy. The average K-measure value of the optimized system is 0.770, which is higher than that of the original system. The results also show that K-means algorithm can significantly improve the clustering effect, optimize the data mining analysis system of Chinese language teaching, and deeply mine the Chinese data in Chinese language teaching, so as to improve the quality of Chinese language teaching.
