Abstract With the rapid development of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, there are more and more fields of UAV application. This research mainly discusses the UAV patrol path planning based on machine vision and multi-sensor fusion. This article studies how to apply ultrasonic, a classic ranging sensor, to obstacle avoidance of UAVs. The designed ultrasonic obstacle avoidance system is a complete set of hardware and software systems. The hardware part consists of a forward ultrasonic module and a central signal processing module. Among them, a single-axis stabilization gimbal is designed for the forward ultrasonic module, which decouples the attitude angle of the UAV and the pitch detection angle of the ultrasonic sensor. In the central signal processing module, Kalman filtering is performed on the ultrasonic data in the four directions of front, rear, left, right, and left, and the obstacle avoidance control signal is sent to the flight controller according to the filtered sensor data. At the same time, a human–computer interaction interface is also designed to set various parameters of the obstacle avoidance system. For the route planning method of the tower, the routine steps are used to inspect the tower with a single-circuit line, and the specific targets are the insulator string, the ground wire, and the conductor. In this study, the average statistical result of the straight-line distance of the UAV patrolling 100 m is 99.80 m, and the error is only 0.2%. The fusion obstacle avoidance control method based on machine vision is suitable for the engineering application of UAV perception obstacle avoidance. The obstacle avoidance method adopted in this article can be extended to most flight control platforms, and it is a control method with broad application prospects.

Abstract Semisupervised learning has been widely applied to deep generative model such as variational autoencoder. However, there are still limited work in noise-robust semisupervised deep generative model where the noise exists in both of the data and the labels simultaneously, which are referred to as outliers and noisy labels or compound noise. In this article, we propose a novel noise-robust semisupervised deep generative model by jointly tackling the noisy labels and outliers in a unified robust semisupervised variational autoencoder randomized generative adversarial network (URSVAE-GAN). Typically, we consider the uncertainty of the information of the input data in order to enhance the robustness of the variational encoder toward the noisy data in our unified robust semisupervised variational autoencoder (URSVAE). Subsequently, in order to alleviate the detrimental effects of noisy labels, a denoising layer is integrated naturally into the semisupervised variational autoencoder so that the variational inference is conditioned on the corrected labels. Moreover, to enhance the robustness of the variational inference in the presence of outliers, the robust β -divergence measure is employed to derive the novel variational lower bound, which already achieves competitive performance. This further motivates the development of URSVAE-GAN that collapses the decoder of URSVAE and the generator of a robust semisupervised generative adversarial network into one unit. By applying the end-to-end denoising scheme in the joint optimization, the experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed framework by the evaluating on image classification and face recognition tasks and comparing with the state-of-the-art approaches.

Abstract The online health community has the functions of online consultation, health record management and disease information interaction as an online medical platform. In the context of the pandemic, the existence of online health communities has provided a favorable environment for information acquisition and knowledge sharing among different roles, effectively improving the health of human, and popularizing health knowledge. This paper analyzes the development and importance of domestic online health communities, and sorts out users' participation behaviors, types of behaviors, and continuous participation behaviors, influence motives, and motivational patterns in online health communities. Taking the operation status of the online health community during the pandemic period as an example, the computer sentiment analysis method was used to obtain seven categories of participation behaviors and the proportion of various behaviors of online health community users, and the conclusion is: the emergence of the pandemic, making the online health community a platform where people are more inclined to choose to consult health issues, and user interaction behaviors have become more active on the platform.

Abstract Introduction: Gestational diabetes is a condition that predisposes to complications during pregnancy and to the newborn. The aim of this study was to assess the association between body mass index and gestational weight gain and obstetric and neonatal complications in pregnant women with gestational diabetes.
Material and methods: Retrospective cohort study involving 13 467 singleton pregnancies with gestational diabetes, diagnosed between 2014 and 2018, in Portugal. This sample was distributed according to the World Health Organization body mass index categories (underweight, normal, overweight, or obese) and according to the Institute of Medicine guidelines for gestational weight gain groups (adequate, insufficient, or excessive). Binomial and multinomial logistic regression models were applied to determine risk factors for complications in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Data analysis was performed with SPSS version 25.
Results: Pregestational overweight and obesity were associated with an increased risk of maternal morbidity (aOR: 1.31; aOR: 2.42), gestational hypertension (aOR: 1.56; aOR: 2.79) and caesarean section (aOR: 1.22; aOR: 1.77) whilst reducing the risk for small for gestational age [aOR: 0.73; aOR: 0.64 (Fenton chart); aOR: 0.69; aOR: 0.66 (Portuguese chart)]. Obesity alone was associated with increased preeclampsia events (aOR: 3.05), respiratory distress syndrome (aOR: 1.69), admission to neonatal intensive care unit (aOR: 1.54), macrosomia (aOR: 2.18), and large for gestational age [aOR: 2.03 (Fenton); aOR: 1.87 (Portuguese)] and decreased risk of low birthweight newborns (aOR: 0.62). Insufficient gestational weight gain was associated with a decreased risk of gestational hypertension (aOR: 0.69), preeclampsia (aOR: 0.44), Caesarean section (aOR: 0.81) and large for gestational age [aOR: 0.74 (Portuguese)] and increased risk of low birthweight (aOR: 1.36) and small for gestational age [aOR: 1.40 (Fenton)]. Excessive gestational weight gain was associated with increased risk of gestational hypertension (aOR: 1.53), hydramnios (aOR: 2.05), macrosomia (aOR: 2.02), and large for gestational age [aOR: 1.94 (Fenton); aOR: 1.92 (Portuguese)].
Conclusion: Pregestational overweight and obesity, as well as excessive weight gain are associated with an increased risk of certain obstetric and neonatal complications. It is essential to have an appropriate pre- onceptional surveillance and a close follow-up during pregnancy in order to reduce the associated risks and the probable predisposition of these newborns to severe outcomes.

Abstract Additive manufacturing of titanium alloys usually ends up with large columnar grains due to the steep thermal gradients within melt pools during solidification. In this study, ZrN particles were added into a beta titanium alloy, Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al, with the aim of promoting columnar-to-equiaxed grain transition during laser bed powder fusion (L-PBF). It was found that the addition of ZrN leads to the development of alternate layers of equiaxed grains and refined columnar grains, which is in sharp contrast to the dominant large columnar grains formed in the pure L-PBF-processed titanium alloy. An investigation on single laser melted tracks revealed that the sample with added ZrN showed fine equiaxed grains in the upper regions of solidified melt pools and columnar grains in the lower regions, whereas the solidified melt pools of the pure titanium alloy were dominated by large columnar grains due to epitaxial growth from the previous layer. The formation of equiaxed grains in the former sample is attributed to multiple factors including an increased gradient of liquidus temperature due to the solution of N and a reduced actual melt temperature gradient due to the melting of high-melting-point ZrN particles, which would have expanded constitutional undercooling, a grain growth restriction effect induced by the segregation of N along grain boundaries and the accumulation of unmelted ZrN particles in the upper regions of melt pools. The addition of ZrN also resulted in significant α precipitation, which showed strong variant selection and was found to be driven by laser reheating and the N solution in the matrix.

Abstract Objective: Coagulopathy is a common complication in patients with decompensated cirrhotic portal hypertension (DCPH), presenting a significant clinical challenge. Nonetheless, there is limited understanding of the coagulation profile of portal venous blood in DCPH patients. The objective of this study was to evaluate the coagulation characteristics of portal venous blood in DCPH patients by collecting blood samples through a transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS).
Methods: A total of 48 DCPH patients were enrolled to measure the activities of pro- and anticoagulant factors in both portal and peripheral venous blood. A correlation analysis between the activities of coagulation factors and the Child-Pugh scores and classes was performed.
Results: Collecting portal venous blood via TIPS achieved a 100% success rate. In portal venous blood, all pro- and anticoagulant factors tested exhibited lower activities. The activity of protein C (PC) was negatively correlated with the Child-Pugh scores, and the activities of FII, FVII, and PC were negatively correlated with the Child-Pugh classes.
Conclusions: The collection of portal venous blood via TIPS is a safe and feasible method for studying coagulation characteristics in DCPH patients. The parallel reduction of both pro- and anticoagulant factors in DCPH patients results in a rebalanced but fragile coagulation system, which may lead to portal vein hemorrhage and thrombosis. Furthermore, as the Child-Pugh scores or classes increase, the situation will probably get worse due to FII, FVII, and PC deficiencies.

Abstract College is the main place to carry out music teaching, and it is important to assess the music teaching ability in college effectively. Based on this, this paper firstly analyzes the necessity of music teaching ability assessment and briefly summarizes the application of neural network and deep learning technology in music teaching ability assessment and secondly designs an assessment model based on compensated fuzzy neural network algorithm and analyzes the accuracy of the model, finds out the causes of forming abnormal output by analysing the general dimensional conditions of the algorithm of the model, and proposes corresponding correction. Finally, the reliability and feasibility of the music teaching ability assessment model were experimentally verified by combining with teaching practice. The research results confirm the feasibility of the compensated fuzzy neural network algorithm in music teaching ability assessment, which has important reference significance for improving the quality of music teaching in colleges and universities.
