Abstract Purpose: determination of motor skills’ peculiarities of junior pupils. Material: the research covered 172 pupils. Results: effectiveness of training of 1-4 forms’ pupils to “ball throw to verticat target” is positively influenced by increasing of starts quantity up to 12, quantity of repetitions in one start - up to 3 with rest interval of 60 sec. For 1st form pupils quantity of repetitions in one start was accentuated; for 2nd form pupils - reduction of rest interval up to 60 sec.; for 3rd form - quantity of starts and quantity of repetitions in one start were accentuated and for 4th form pupils - interaction of quantity of starts and repetitions in one start. Conclusions: experiment permitted to study multi-factor structure of physical training process of 1st-4th forms pupils, to specify optimal correlations of quantity of starts, quantity of repetitions in one start and rest interval in training to “ball throw to target” at physical culture lessons.

Abstract Purpose: determination of junior pupils’ motor skills’ formation. Material: in the research 172 pupils participated: in every parallel of forms - 48 pupils. Results: effectiveness of 1 st form pupils’ is positively influenced (exercise - forward roll) by increase of attempts up to 12 times; quantity of repetitions in one attempt shall be within 1-3. For 2 nd form pupils (exercise - forward roll), 3 rd form (exercise - vault over the width of gymnastic horse) and 4 th form pupils (exercise - vault over width of gout with bent legs) positive influence was rendered by increase of repetitions in one attempt up to 3 times and quantity of attempts within 6-12 times. Attention shall be accentuated on quantity of exercise’s repetitions in one attempt (2 nd-4 th forms) and quantity of attempts (4 th from). Conclusions: Experiment of 2 3 type permitted to study multi-factorial structure of modes of 1-4 forms’ schoolchildren’s training to physical exercises; to specify optimal correlations of quantity of attempts, quantity of repetitions in one attempt and rest interval in period of acrobatic exercises’ and gymnastic vaults’ training at physical culture lessons.

Abstract A research purpose is an analysis of influence of specializations (badminton, aerobics, kalanetik) on the dynamics of development of functional and motive capabilities of students 3 - 5 courses. 303 students took part in pedagogical research. The followings indexes were registered: frequency of heart-throbs, at run of 100 m., broad jump from a place, bending, unbending of hands in support lying. The analysis of results of index of Ruff'e is executed, tests to Shtange, Genche, Romberga. The dynamics of development of the functional state and motive capabilities is exposed for students. The degree of influence of exercises of different orientation is certain on development of functional and motive capabilities for girls.

Title translation Nutrition of children undergoing orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances.
Abstract Aim: To evaluate the actual nutrition of children receiving orthodontic treatment with bracket systems, to develop recommendations for its correction. Nutrition composition was assessed using a software analyzing the frequency of food consumption. Two groups of children were distinguished: the main group (without dentoalveolar anomalies) and the comparison group (with bracket systems). The total sample size was 58 adolescents. It was found that in schoolchildren receiving orthodontic treatment the imbalance in the intake of macro- and micronutrients with diets is much higher than in schoolchildren of the main group. In the daily diet of the main group of children, adequate adequate energy value was noted (94.6% of the physiological requirements), in contrast to schoolchildren in the comparison group (76.7%). Diets in children of the main group are deficient in the content of total protein (90.1%) and carbohydrates (86.4%), and excess in fats (112.2%). In the comparison group, the intake of macronutrients with food averaged 77.7% of the norm. The limited use of certain foods in children with bracket systems has led to a significant deficit in diets of meat (70.0% of the recommended level of consumption), fish and seafood (37.6%), eggs (55.0%), bakery products (44.9%), potatoes (78.7%), vegetables (66.0%), fruits (51.6%). The installation of bracket systems for orthodontic treatment is necessary to eliminate dentoalveolar anomalies in children, but it becomes both a risk factor for the formation of nutritional disorders in patients and a risk factor for tooth enamel demineralization. Therefore, it is necessary to develop recommendations for correcting the nutrition of children during the period of orthodontic treatment.
