Abstract In view of the current situation of high energy consumption and unsatisfactory energy-saving effect of existing large commercial office buildings, green operation management is applied to the operation and management process of existing large commercial office buildings. By constructing an evolutionary game model between owners and property management enterprises under market mechanism and government incentive, this paper explores the acceptance degree of owners and property management enterprises to green operation management under different circumstances, as well as their strategic choices and changing trends. Finally, the paper proposes that the government should actively play a leading role and encourage the development of green operation management.

Abstract Performance-based evaluation criteria (PBEC) are vital for selecting high-quality suppliers and achieving a PPP procurement performance. Through theoretical and institutional analysis, we found that the selection of PBEC centered on operations depends on the discretion of the purchaser. However, in an emerging and transforming PPP market, many factors have affected the scientific exercise of the purchaser’s discretion. This means that PPP projects must focus on construction and neglect operation in a certain period. Furthermore, to explore the influencing factors of the definition of PBEC, based on data of 9082 PPP projects between 2009 and 2021 in China, we adopted Ordinary Least Squares to empirically analyze two factors that influence the level of attention that is paid to the operation plan: corruption and accountability. The results indicate that the attention paid to the operation plan significantly increased with the reduction in corruption and the improvement in accountability. Robustness tests demonstrate the robustness of the results. A further heterogeneity analysis shows that the above factors have a more significant impact on non-state demonstration projects and projects with large investments. The contributions of this study are as follows: (1) Theoretically, this paper supplements the relevant research on evaluation criteria and provides new evidence on the impact of corruption and accountability on the defining PBEC. (2) Institutionally, it provides specific paths to limit the discretion of procurement officials when defining evaluation criteria. (3) In practice, it helps procurement officials to scientifically define PBEC and promote the realization of procurement performance.

Abstract Abstract This study aimed to develop a nomogram through the collection of quantitative ultrasound parameters to predict breast cancer. From March 2021 to September 2022, a total of 313 breast tumors were included with pathological results. Through collecting quantitative ultrasound parameters of breast tumors and multivariate regression analysis, a nomogram was developed. The diagnostic performances, calibration and clinical usefulness of the nomogram for predicting breast cancer were assessed. A total of 182 benign and 131 malignant breast tumors were included in this study. The nomogram indicated excellent predictive properties with an AUC of 0.934, sensitivity of 0.881, specificity of 0.848, PPV of 0.795 and NPV of 0.841. The calibration curve showed the predicted values are basically consistent with the actual observed values. The optimum cut-off for the nomogram was 0.310 for predicting cancer. The decision curve analysis results corroborated good clinical usefulness. The model including BI-RADS score, SWE and VI is potentially useful for predicting breast cancer.

Abstract Abstract Tourist satisfaction is an important factor in improving the operating efficiency of leisure farms, which is of great significance in improving the service quality and management level of tourist destinations. In this paper, a Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate the satisfaction degree of tourists to the products and services of Qingjing Farm and to verify the index system. It is one of the most widely used and important research methods. We discussed the satisfaction difference of tourists on various influencing factors of Qingjing Farm. The results show: (1) leisure farms provide tourists with popular tourism products with universal applicability. (2) Tourists of Qingjing Farm have a high degree of satisfaction with leisure farm resources, ticket prices and services. Leisure farms can improve the service level by increasing the richness and safety of tourists’ experience activities. (3) Tourists generally believe that the commodity price in scenic spot is high. The product is relatively simple and requires innovation. Most tourists think that the ticket price is reasonable. In the end, we clarified which aspects are worth learning from and which need to be improved in operation management. The research has certain enlightenment and reference significance for the development of Chinese rural tourism.

Abstract As a widely grown oil crop in China, rapeseed accounts for 38.6% of China’s total oil crop production. In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the rapeseed industry, this essay uses the input-output panel data of 15 central rapeseed-producing provinces (cities) in China from 2011 to 2019. The reasons for the change of the index were further studied using three-stage data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the Malmquist method. The three-stage DEA results show that the scale efficiency of rapeseed production increases in other provinces, except in Qinghai Province and Gansu Province, and that scale efficiency can be improved through additional investment. Planting enterprises can improve their efficiency by improving the efficiency of scientific and technological progress. On the other hand, government expenditure has a positive impact on rapeseed production efficiency. The Malmquist index shows that the technical progress efficiency index has the most significant impact during this period and the rapeseed total factor productivity can be improved by improving technological progress efficiency. In addition, according to the measured results, corresponding suggestions are put forward.

Abstract Objectives In this meta-analysis study, the main objective was to determine the accuracy of S-detect in effectively distinguishing malignant thyroid nodules from benign thyroid nodules. Methods We searched the PubMed, Cochrane Library, and CBM databases from inception to August 1, 2021. Meta-analysis was conducted using STATA version 14.0 and Meta-Disc version 1.4 softwares. We calculated summary statistics for sensitivity (Sen), specificity (Spe), positive and negative likelihood ratio (LR+/LR-), diagnostic odds ratio(DOR), and receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curves. Cochran's Q-statistic and I2 test were used to evaluate potential heterogeneity between studies. A sensitivity analysis was performed to evaluate the influence of single studies on the overall estimate. We also performed meta-regression analyses to investigate the potential sources of heterogeneity. Results In this study, a total of 17 studies meeting the requirements of the standard were used. The number of benign and malignant nodules analyzed and evaluated in this paper was 1595 and 1118 respectively. This paper mainly completes the required histological confirmation through s-detect. The pooled Sen and pooled Spe were 0.87 and 0.74, respectively, (95%CI = 0.84-0.89) and (95%CI = 0.66-0.81). Furthermore, the pooled LR+ and negative LR- were determined to be 3.37 (95%CI = 2.53-4.50) and 0.18 (95%CI = 0.15-0.21), respectively. The experimental results showed that the pooled DOR of thyroid nodules was 18.83 (95% CI = 13.21-26.84). In addition, area under SROC curve was determined to be 0.89 (SE = 0.0124). It should be pointed out that there is no evidence of bias (i.e. t = 0.25, P = 0.80). Conclusions Through this meta-analysis, it can be seen that the accuracy of s-detect is relatively high for the effective distinction between malignant thyroid nodules and benign thyroid nodules.

Abstract The health status and cognition of undergraduates, especially the scientific concept of healthcare, are particularly important for the overall development of society and themselves. The survey shows that there is a significant lack of knowledge about healthcare among undergraduates in medical college, even among medical undergraduates, not to mention non-medical undergraduates. Therefore, it is a good way to publicize healthcare lectures or electives for undergraduates in medical college, which can strengthen undergraduates' cognition of healthcare and strengthen the concept of healthcare. In addition, undergraduates' emotional and mental state in healthcare lectures or electives can be analyzed to determine whether undergraduates have hidden illnesses and how well they understand the healthcare content. In this study, at first, a mental state recognition method of undergraduates in medical college based on data mining technology is proposed. Then, the vision-based expression and posture are used for expanding the channels of emotion recognition, and a dual-channel emotion recognition model based on artificial intelligence (AI) during healthcare lectures or electives in a medical college is proposed. Finally, the simulation is driven by TensorFlow with respect to mental state recognition of undergraduates in medical college and emotion recognition. The simulation results show that the recognition accuracy of mental state recognition of undergraduates in a medical college is more than 92%, and the rejection rate and misrecognition rate are very low, and false match rate and false non-match rate of mental state recognition is significantly better than the other three benchmarks. The emotion recognition of the dual-channel emotion recognition method is over 96%, which effectively integrates the emotional information expressed by facial expressions and postures.

Abstract MOFs have attracted widespread attention in the field of catalytic ethylene dimerization. Compared with post-synthetic modification, ion exchange and other methods to introduce external active centers, the direct use of MOF materials as catalysts is still the most convenient and prospective. Herein, the NiBTCs are synthesized using a one-pot method in two kinds of solvent and characterized by XRD, FT–IR, ICP–OES, XPS, TGA and N 2 physical adsorption. After treatment at 150 °C, the catalytic activities of both materials in ethylene dimerization are up to 470.9, and 647.0 g pro ./(g cat .· h ) and the selectivity of 1-butene in all products could reach 83.2% and 81.7%, respectively. Stability testing of the catalysts demonstrated that they do not decompose during the reaction, but their reuse performance is degraded. In addition, a probable Cossee–Arlman–type mechanism is proposed. The NiBTCs are shown to have superior catalytic performance in ethylene dimerization compared to employing Ni(pyz) 2 Cl 2 or α–Ni(im) 2 as catalysts.

Abstract Sarcoidosis is a systemic disease characterized by non-caseous epithelioid cell granuloma, which can involve with multiple organs, especially the lung. Sarcoidosis is characterized by diverse clinical manifestations and high incidence rate. Partial patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis can spontaneously relieve, whereas it is likely to recur after drug withdrawal. Some patients with fibrotic sarcoidosis persistently progress and obtain poor prognosis. Therefore, how to deliver clinical treatment is highly important and challenging. At present, although a preliminary consensus has been reached on the treatment of sarcoidosis,it remains to be further refined. Meantime, with continuous development of drugs, some biological agents can be employed to effectively treat sarcoidosis. In this article, research progress on drug treatment for sarcoidosis was reviewed. Glucocorticoid and immune-suppressants may be the key to the treatment of sarcoidosis. Biological agents are the focus of subsequent research.
