Abstract In practice, PE teaching evaluation based on probabilistic convolutional neural network still faces some practical problems. At present, the existing research mainly focuses on how to improve the accuracy of PE (physical education) teaching evaluation, but ignores the balance between accuracy and speed of the model, which is the key to achieve efficient PE teaching estimation. Aiming at the problem of optimization contradiction existing in the traditional probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network regression method, a position adaptive probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network regression method was proposed. Firstly, the basic principle of probabilistic and random convolution neural network regression method is given. Secondly, the contradiction and reasons between hot trial regression and coordinated regression are analyzed. It is found that the process heat will return to the optimization with irreconcilable contradiction with the coordinates due to the lack of learning parameters when the hot trial transforms the coordinates. The optimization contradiction will make the model tonot obtain the exact coordinates of the nodes. Then, based on the above analysis, the learnable parameters are introduced into the Softmax function, and the position adaptive Softmax model is proposed. Combining the model with the probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network regression method, the position adaptive probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network integral regression method is obtained. In order to reduce the training cost of this method, a simplified training strategy is proposed. Finally, the simulation software MATLAB is used for verification, and the functions of sample maintenance, probabilistic stochastic convolution neural network training, and neural network evaluation are realized. The experimental data show that the probabilistic stochastic convolutional neural network is feasible for teaching quality evaluation, meets the accuracy requirements, and indeed provides a convenient and practical tool for PE teaching quality evaluation.

Abstract This paper provides an in-depth analysis and research on piano timbre teaching in the context of artificial intelligence interaction, a bold vision of piano teaching, proposes a feasible solution in terms of teaching modules in intelligent piano teaching for senior teachers, and proposes an implementation path for the integration of intelligent piano and piano teaching from the four main blocks of piano teaching. Based on the multiplicative harmonic model of monophonic signal, combined with the variability of timbre characteristics, an audio synthesis model with editable timbre is proposed, and the experimental results show that editing the timbre parameters in the model can realize timbre modification, and the synthesized timbre conforms to the piano timbre characteristics. Based on the timbre analysis and the timbre synthesis model, a piano timbre library generation system is designed. The detailed design of the software modules such as audio file reading and writing, audio information analysis, timbre parameter acquisition, timbre synthesis, and simulated performance is given. The system can generate piano timbre libraries of different qualities flexibly and meet the requirements of timbre realism. The teaching experiment designed for teaching practice from solo teaching, and the practice target is first-year undergraduate students in the university, and the practice period is six weeks, and finally, the feasibility of intelligent piano teaching application is analysed by combining the experimental results. Through the teaching objectives, teaching content, and teaching methods, teaching environment reflects intelligent piano teaching to make up for the limitations of traditional piano teaching. Analyse the development trend of intelligent piano teaching in the context of artificial intelligence interaction, and explore the value of intelligent piano teaching.

Abstract Rumor posts have received substantial attention with the rapid development of online and social media platforms. The automatic detection of rumor from posts has emerged as a major concern for the general public, the government, and social media platforms. Most existing methods focus on the linguistic and semantic aspects of posts content, while ignoring knowledge entities and concepts hidden within the article which facilitate rumor detection. To address these limitations, in this paper, we propose a novel end-to-end attention and graph-based neural network model (KAGN), which incorporates external knowledge from the knowledge graphs to detect rumor. Specifically, given the post's sparse and ambiguous semantics, we identify entity mentions in the post's content and link them to entities and concepts in the knowledge graphs, which serve as complementary semantic information for the post text. To effectively inject external knowledge into textual representations, we develop a knowledge-aware attention mechanism to fuse local knowledge. Additionally, we construct a graph consisting of posts texts, entities, and concepts, which is fed to graph convolutional networks to explore long-range knowledge through graph structure. Our proposed model can therefore detect rumor by combining semantic-level and knowledge-level representations of posts. Extensive experiments on four publicly available real-world datasets show that KAGN outperforms or is comparable to other state-of-the-art methods, and also validate the effectiveness of knowledge.

Abstract This paper investigates the impact mechanism by which an incentive-based fertility policy may reduce the labor income share. First, the specific paths through which this impact mechanism is realized are analyzed using the production function. It is found that an incentive-based fertility policy triggers high savings, which implies more, cheaper, and more readily available capital to be invested in production. A distribution system that earns income based on factor contributions results in more gains for capital than labor, i.e., a lower share of labor income and a wider income gap between labor and capital. Second, the impact mechanism includes three theoretical hypotheses. They are that an encouraging fertility policy is negatively related to labor income share; this relationship is valid provided that the study subject is in a closed economy; and that capital intensification is a mediator variable of fertility policy affecting labor income share. Finally, to further corroborate the impact mechanism in this paper, a Hansen threshold panel model is applied to verify that the effect of fertility policy on labor income share has a threshold effect. This indicates that the effect of the former on the latter changes significantly before and after the change in fertility policy, confirming the existence of an impact mechanism. The established literature has paid little attention to the impact of incentivised fertility policies on the labour income gap. Using capital intensification as the mediating variable, this paper demonstrates the existence of the former effect on the latter. In view of this, under the encouraged fertility policy, this paper proposes specific measures to enhance the labor income share in order to narrow the income gap between labor and capital.

Abstract Heart failure has many causes. Although new drugs, devices and technologies are available, the survival rate and prognosis of patients with heart failure remain poor, placing a significant burden on individuals and society. Attempts to improve outcomes for patients with heart failure include developing prognostic risk scores. With medical advances, however, previous heart failure risk scores are not fully applicable to current practice, particularly because of the classification as heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, heart failure with mildly reduced ejection fraction, and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. This article describes the use of risk prediction scores for heart failure patients with different clinical status and discusses their clinical applicability.

Abstract Female infertility is a heterogeneous disorder with a variety of complex causes, including inflammation and oxidative stress, which are also closely associated with the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). As a new treatment for PCOS, berberine (BER), a natural compound from Berberis, has been clinically applied recently. However, the mechanisms underlying the association between BER and embryogenesis are still largely unknown. In this study, effects of BER on preimplantation development were evaluated under both normal and inflammatory culture conditions induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in mice. Our data first suggest that BER itself (25 nM) does not affect embryo quality or future developmental potency; however, it can effectively alleviate LPS-induced embryo damage by mitigating apoptosis via reactive oxygen species (ROS)-/caspase-3-dependent pathways and by suppressing proinflammatory cytokines via inhibition of the NF-κB signaling pathway during preimplantation embryonic development. In addition, skewed cell lineage specification in the inner cell mass (ICM) and primitive endoderm (PE) caused by LPS can also be successfully rescued with BER. In summary, these findings for the first time demonstrate the nontoxicity of low doses of BER and its antiapoptotic and antioxidative properties on embryonic cells during mammalian preimplantation development.
