Abstract Global and mesoscale models represent the background (slowly varying) winds on Mars, but short timescale wind variability is not explicitly represented. The local wind erosion and dust deposition model can be useful for more accurate local wind friction, wind friction threshold, horizontal sand flux and vertical dust flux modeling on Mars. Such a model based on the model of Zender \cite{Zender} is proposed in this article. It includes different methods of threshold wind friction estimation and takes into account the influence of atmospheric electric fields on sand and dust elevation processes. The model parameterized for the Earth was tested on data acquired in Morocco field campaign 2013-2014 (Esposito et al.,) \cite{Esposito}, \cite{Esposito2}. Wind friction, wind friction threshold, horizontal sand flux and vertical dust flux were simulated by using the following inputs measured in the field: wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, air pressure, air humidity, solar irradiation and surface roughness length. The same inputs are supposed to be measured by DREAMs equipment on Mars (except for the surface roughness length which can be estimated for Mars according the method of Hebrard \cite{Hebrard}). Simulated and experimental values have shown a good agreement. The model was adapted to Martian conditions and applied to the data of Viking lander. The local wind erosion and dust deposition model parameterized for Mars may serve 1) to analyze local lander/rovers data, 2) a source of local parameters/inputs (like threshold wind friction velocity, sand and dust fluxes) for the MGCM (Mars Global Circulation Model).

Abstract The development of potato plants during the cultivation of two crops occurs in a short period. At the same time, field conditions change and do not repeat over time. The formation of the crop during the cultivation of two crops in the Moscow region turns out to be in different growing conditions: the first crop falls on a long day and moderate temperatures, as well as sometimes returning frosts, the second crop falls on a short day and high temperatures, as well as a lack of moisture. The purpose of our research was to substantiate the choice of varieties for cultivation of two crops. Its solution is possible with a certain guaranteed efficiency based on the theory of statistical games. The research was carried out at the Vegetable Experimental Station of the Moscow State Agrarian University named after K.A. Timiryazev and at the Central Experimental Station of the Barybino Research Institute of Agrochemistry of the Moscow Region 2017-2022. The experiment was laid by the method of random placement of plots, the predecessor was a bow. The planting density is 47.6 thousand plants per 1 ha. Germinated tubers were used for planting during the first planting of a large fraction, during the second planting of an average fraction. The second landing was carried out on the vacant place after cleaning the first landing. The cultivation technology is standard. Cleaning was carried out in mid-July and at the end of September. Statistical game theory was used to determine the choice of a variety with a certain guaranteed efficiency. As a result of forecasting in critical climatic conditions, it is necessary to plant 1 crop - varieties Riviera and for 2 crops - varieties Luck.

Abstract Environmentally friendly products are in great demand. For this it is possible to use the microbiological fertilizer. It is a six-component liquid fertilizer containing microorganisms: Derxia spp., Azotobacter chroococcum Azotobacter vinelandi, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus megaterium. It contains bacteria that fix nitrogen, has an antagonistic effect against phytopathogenic fungi, stimulates the natural immunity of plants. The use of microbiological fertilizers helps to reduce the negative effects ofclimate change and increases the resistance of potato plants to stress factors. Microbiological fertilizer Slavol has a wide spectrum of action: the number of stems increases on average for varieties by 32.6%, the height of plants increases by 10.8%, the total area of the leaf apparatus increases by 32.9%, the development of Alternaria decreases by 72.2%, the yield of early varieties of potatoes increases by 12.3% on average in the Belgorod region. At present, agriculture uses intensive cultivation technologies that allow for high yields. Mineral fertilizers, pesticides are used in large quantities, and therefore the ecology is deteriorating. Microbiological fertilizers can be used to reduce the agrochemical load on the soil and improve the ecological situation in agricultural technologies. The aim of our work was to study the microbiological fertilizer Slavol, which has a wide spectrum of action on early potato varieties, and its effect on productivity. The work was carried out at the site of the research and production laboratory for the study of farming systems of the Belgorod State Agrarian University, Russia (Latitude: 50 ° 31́11̋ N, Longitude: 36 ° 27́3̋ E, Elevation: 180 m). The soil of the experimental plot isleached black earth, medium-thick, medium-loamy. The following varieties wereused:1) Luck, 2) Bryansk delicacy, 3) Red Scarlet, 4) Early Zhukovsky, 5) Meteor, 6) Riviera. Options: control and treatment with microbiological fertilizer Slavol (treatment oftubers before planting. Planting took place on May 3, harvesting on July 15. The experiments were repeated 3 times. Variants in the trial were randomized. The area of one experimental plotis 25 m2. Planting scheme - 70 Ñ 35 cm. Standing density of 46.7 thousandplants per hectare. During the planting, the planting material of themiddle fraction (40… 80 g), elite was used. The cultivation technology is standard. The data were processed by themethod of statistical analysis. According to our research, the microbiological fertilizer Slavol has a wide spectrum of action, as evidenced by anincrease in the number of stems on average for varieties by 32.6%, plant height by 10.8%,the total area of the leaf apparatus by 32.9%, a decrease in the development of Alternaria by 72.2 and, as a consequence, an increase in the yield of early potato varieties by anaverage of 12.3% in the Belgorod region. The use of microbiological fertilizers will reduce or replace the use of chemical compounds.

Abstract It was investigated, whether the postural regulation in the frontal plane takes place mainly at the hip or at the ankle level. The elimination of ankle torque was achieved by providing a point support in the frontal plane. (Two boards were attached to subject feet, below each board a metal pipe 2 cm diameter was fixed, so, the subject stood on contrivances resembling 'skates'). The lateral displacements of breast and hip, the angle of 'skates' tilt and the characteristics of frontal stabilogram and electromyogram of two ankle muscles (m. peroneus and m. soleus) were compared in two situations: (1) during normal standing; (2) under the conditions of the exclusion of ankle torque from postural control. During normal standing the body behaved as two-link inverted pendulum. Transition from normal standing to standing on free 'skates' produced changes in the kinematics of body movement. Under the conditions of ankle torque exclusion (free 'skates') breast and hip of a subject moved in a frontal plane as a single unit (one-link inverted pendulum). During standing on free 'skates' the electromyographic activity of m. peroneus and m. soleus was the same as during normal standing (approximately 70-100 microV).

Abstract Motivation: The huge growth in gene expression data calls for the implementation of automatic tools for data processing and interpretation.
Results: We present a new and comprehensive machine learning data mining framework consisting in a non-linear PCA neural network for feature extraction, and probabilistic principal surfaces combined with an agglomerative approach based on Negentropy aimed at clustering gene microarray data. The method, which provides a user-friendly visualization interface, can work on noisy data with missing points and represents an automatic procedure to get, with no a priori assumptions, the number of clusters present in the data. Cell-cycle dataset and a detailed analysis confirm the biological nature of the most significant clusters.
