Abstract The question is examined as to whether the far-zone distribution of the electromagnetic momentum of the light generated by scattering on a spatially anisotropic random medium can be the same in every azimuthal angle of scattering. We show that the rotationally symmetric distribution of the scattered momentum flow in the far zone may be realized, provided that the structural parameters of both the scattering medium and the incident light source are chosen appropriately, when a polychromatic electromagnetic plane wave is scattered by an anisotropic, Gaussian, Schell-model medium. We derive the necessary and sufficient conditions for producing such a distribution. It is found that the scatterers have the same effective widths (σ

Abstract Recently, China has exerted great efforts to develop agro-industrial agglomerations and optimize the agricultural industry's regional distribution to increase farmers' income. This study posits that agro-industrial agglomeration should be "dual body," provides a theoretical framework for agro-industrial agglomeration's effects on farmer income, and uses a spatial panel model to prove its influence on farmers' income and the spatial spillover effect. The results show that agro-industrial agglomeration in a specific region significantly impacts farmers' income and also has a spillover effect on income in adjacent regions. Further research shows that, contrary to traditional agglomeration theory, agricultural industry agglomeration has little impact on farmers' agricultural production but primarily promotes the establishment and development of agricultural organizations, thus improving farmers' income. Finally, the paper discusses the positive and negative effects of agro-industrial agglomeration on the Global Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs), and proposes some useful suggestions.

Abstract KRAS is a protein that is critical to cell activation, but when it becomes mutated, it can contribute to the development of cancer. There is an urgent need for reliable and effective drugs to treat cancer, and KRAS G12C has been a major focus of research in this area. In this study, we used structure-based virtual screening to search for novel inhibitors that can target KRAS G12C. Specifically, we conducted a search for inhibitors that bind to the protein's P2 pocket, which can trap the oncoprotein in an inactive GDP-bound state. Using quantitative analysis and virtual screening, we identified a set of eight potential inhibitors that have the potential to become the next generation of drugs to treat cancer. These findings offer new insights into the mechanisms underlying KRAS G12C inhibition and provide a promising avenue for future drug development efforts.

Abstract In this paper, the correlation between social capital and innovation performance is analyzed using a knowledge graph approach, and a correlation analysis model is designed for practical use. Given the advantages of knowledge graph technology and the fact that most recommendation models fail to make full use of the correlation between knowledge graph and recommended items, this paper proposes a cross-attention fusion-based knowledge graph recommendation algorithm (CAKR). The CAKR model contains a cross-fusion module, a recommendation task module, and a knowledge graph embedding task module, and the inputs of the two task modules are alternately learned in a low-dimensional space by the cross-fusion module. The input of the two task modules is alternately learned in the low-dimensional space by the cross-fusion module to interact with the two embedding vectors of items and entities, and then, the obtained feature vectors are fed into the relevant task modules, respectively, and then, the results are calculated by the respective prediction functions. There is a mediating role of knowledge management capabilities in the innovation ecology perspective between social capital and innovation performance of SMEs. Among them, it fully mediates the relationship dimension of technical social capital, the cognitive dimension of institutional social capital, the relationship and cognitive dimension of market-based social capital, and innovation performance, and partially mediates the structural and cognitive dimension of technical social capital, the structural and relationship dimension of institutional social capital, and innovation performance. The relationship between knowledge management capability and innovation performance is positively mediated by environmental dynamics in the innovation ecology perspective, and the positive effect of knowledge management capability on innovation performance is more significant when the environmental dynamics are stronger, and vice versa. Finally, based on the results of the empirical study, some management suggestions are provided on how SMEs can reasonably utilize social capital to enhance their innovation performance.

Abstract In this paper, we propose a randomized Bayesian optimal phase II (RBOP2) design with a binary endpoint (e.g., response rate). A beta-binomial distribution is used to model the binary endpoint for a two-arm phase II trial. Posterior probabilities of the endpoint of interest are evaluated at each interim look and used in the decision to stop the trial due to futility. Compared with other Bayesian designs, the proposed RBOP2 design has the following merits: (i) strongly controls the type I error rate at a pre-defined level; (ii) optimizes the stopping boundaries, thus maximizing the power to detect treatment effects and minimizing the expected sample size for futile treatment; (iii) does not limit the number of interim looks, thus enabling frequent trial monitoring; and (iv) allows the stopping boundaries to be pre-defined in the protocol and is easy to implement. We conduct simulation studies to compare the proposed design with a group sequential design and other Bayesian randomized designs and evaluate its operating characteristics under different scenarios.

Abstract In order to gain a deeper understanding of complex systems and infer key information using minimal data, I classify all configurations based on classical probability, starting from the dimensions of energy and different categories of configurations. By utilizing the principle of maximum entropy, it is concluded that all possible configurations with the same energy have equal probabilities of occurrence. By using different representations of high and low energy, the emergence of a transition point has been inferred. Finally, I take the Ising model as an example and calculate the transition point of the thermodynamic phase transition, which is determined to be 2.25. This value is very close to the simulation value obtained by Monte Carlo method, but I have only consumed a small amount of computational resources in the process.

Abstract Zinc-containing proteins are vital for many biological processes, yet accurately modeling them using classical force fields is hindered by complicated polarization and charge transfer effects. This study introduces DP/MM, a hybrid force field scheme that utilizes a deep potential model to correct the atomic forces of zinc ions and their coordinated atoms, elevating them from MM to QM levels of accuracy. Trained on the difference between MM and QM atomic forces across diverse zinc coordination groups, the DP/MM model faithfully reproduces structural characteristics of zinc coordination during simulations, such as the tetrahedral coordination of
