Abstract Sports athletes are prone to certain injuries during high-intensity exercise training. In the process of treating an injury, images of the injury site need to be collected and identified. However, the traditional recognition method cannot effectively extract the features of the image. At the same time, it ignores the optimization of the damage image recognition results, resulting in low recognition accuracy and poor efficiency. Binocular stereo vision technology can quickly and accurately detect moving objects. Therefore, in order to more accurately identify high-intensity sports injury images, this study takes the high-intensity sports injury images as the basic research object. Several processes of image processing based on binocular stereo vision are analyzed, and the vulnerable parts of the body in high-intensity sports are also studied. Finally, the method in this study is verified. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this study reduces the average error rate by 0.19% compared with the traditional recognition method. It can effectively identify and detect injury images, thereby improving the accuracy and stability of sports injury image identification. The identification time is also shortened accordingly, which has certain practicability and feasibility. In addition, the binocular camera used in this study has high accuracy, and the obtained images of sports injuries are of good quality, which lays a foundation for image detection and recognition.

Abstract Abstract The general or single supporting theory and technology of the shallow surrounding rock of the roadway are not suitable for solving the problem of continuous large deformation of the both sides under the continuous migration of coal mass in the deep domain of the roadway side. Furthermore, the general destressing technology of dense drilling in the roadway destroys the shallow anchorage domain while releasing the stress. Therefore, this study proposes the “shallow supporting and deep destressing” synergism technology. This technology provides puissant supporting in the shallow domain of roadway sides, and at the same time, large destressing holes are excavated at the coal mass migration channel in deep stress peak domain far from the anchorage domain, conducting destressing regulation of roadway sides. This technology can shift stress peak domain of the roadway side to solid coal side of destressing hole without destroying the shallow anchorage domain, and at the same time, provide a buffer space for that coal mass in the deep domain of the roadway side continuously migrates to the anchorage surrounding rock, creating a beneficial stress circumstances for the roadway stability. The “shallow supporting and deep destressing” synergism technology can solve the contradiction between the shallow surrounding rock supporting and the continuous migration of coal mass in deep domain. The field application results show that the innovative destressing technology can effectively solve the problem of surrounding rock control in deep roadway.

Abstract Objective: To explore the relationship between autophagy and apoptosis regulated by puerarin during osteoblastogenesis.
Methods: In this study, the effects of puerarin on the autophagic activity and apoptosis level of osteoblast precursors (MC3T3-E1 cells) was observed. Subsequently, the roles of puerarin on B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) phosphorylation at different sites in osteoblast precursors were observed. The effect of puerarin on the interaction between Bcl-2 and autophagy regulatory molecule or pro-apoptotic molecule was also investigated using Co-immunoprecipitation assays. In addition, the effect of puerarin on mitochondrial membrane potential of osteoblast precursors was also identified by mitochondrial membrane potential fluorescence probe assays.
Results: Our results showed that puerarin can promote the autophagic activity and apoptosis level of MC3T3-E1 cells. In addition, puerarin promoted Bcl-2 phosphorylation at Ser70 site, and the dissociation of Bcl-2-Beclin1 complex. Moreover, puerarin could enhance the binding of Bcl-2-Bcl-2-Associated X (Bax) complex in MC3T3-E1 cells. Furthermore, puerarin increased the mitochondrial membrane potential of MC3T3-E1 cells.
Conclusions: Therefore, puerarin promotes Beclin1 into autophagy flux through Bcl-2 phosphorylation at Ser70, thereby enhancing autophagy of osteoblast precursors, which mediates its anti-apoptotic role during osteoblastogenesis. Furthermore, the dissociation of Bcl-2-Beclin1 complex is conducive to the binding of Bcl-2-Bax complex, which resists the apoptosis of osteoblast precursors

Abstract In order to solve the support problem of deep soft crushed coal roadway, a concentrated cavern in a mining station of a mine is taken as the test object. Based on the analysis and summary of the field observation data and the law of rock pressure appearance, a new technology of pressure relief anchoring with the main body of “initiative support + borehole pressure relief” is proposed. This new technology will carry out strong active support in the shallow part of the surrounding rock and excavate a row of low-density large-diameter pressure relief boreholes in the deep coal body of the roadway ribs. The numerical analysis model is established by FLAC 3D , and the second invariant of deviatoric stress ( J 2 ) is used as the analysis index to elaborate the influence of different borehole parameters on the pressure relief effect of roadway surrounding rock. The results show that different borehole parameters have different effects on roadway pressure relief, that is, borehole depth > borehole length > borehole spacing. After the borehole process is used to relieve the pressure of the surrounding rock, the deformation of the mining roadway side in the subsequent observation process is always controlled within the range of 100 mm, and the shallow surrounding rock support system is effectively protected. The comprehensive control effect is very obvious. Therefore, the field practice proves that the supporting technology can effectively solve the problem of large deformation support of similar roadway surrounding rock.

Abstract The buried depth of coal seams in China gradually increases as shallow resources decrease. The purpose of this article is to reveal the effect of buried depth on gas extraction boreholes. Firstly, we analyzed the shortcomings of the Mohr–Coulomb (M-C) constitutive model for simulating excavation problems and introduced the strain-softening (S-S) model and its advantages. Subsequently, we constructed the gas extraction models with different buried depths based on the S-S model and combined them with the evolution equations for permeability and the equations for gas migration. Then, we studied the difference between the M-C and S-S models using numerical simulations. We found that the influence of the S-S phenomenon in the surrounding rock of boreholes is more significant as the buried depth increases—that is, the strain-softening has a significant buried depth effect. When the buried depths were 300, 500, and 700 m, the maximum ratios of permeability to the initial permeability obtained from the Mohr–Coulomb model were 1.37, 6.88, and 97.56, respectively; the maximum ratios of permeability to the initial permeability obtained from the strain-softening model were 2.06, 291.23, and 3629.66. The differences in the increase zone of permeability from the two models also increased with the increase in the buried depth. The distribution curves of gas pressure in the surrounding rock of boreholes obtained from the S-S model were below those of the M-C constitutive model at the same buried depth, and the zones with slowly increasing gas pressure with the increase in buried depth were more obvious in the S-S model compared with the M-C constitutive model. The differences in borehole effective extraction radius also increased gradually between the S-S and M-C models as the buried depth increased. Through the analysis of the research results, we found that S-S of the surrounding rock has a lesser influence on the gas extraction boreholes, and the S-S phenomenon in the surrounding rock of boreholes can be ignored when the ...

Abstract The structural integrity of post-tensioning prestressed concrete structures with tendon ducts highly depends on the grouting quality in construction. This paper proposes a real-time approach to monitoring the grouting compactness in tendon ducts using the multi-sensing electro-mechanical impedance (EMI) method. When Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT) transducers with different pre-selected dimensions are serially connected and mounted on a structure at distributed locations, each PZT provides unique resonance frequency coupled with the local structural physical property. Therefore, the impedance with multiple peaks of the serially connected multiple PZTs can be captured during a single measurement, which significantly simplifies the measurement procedure and reduces the data processing time. In addition, the wiring for the PZT sensors is also simplified. In this research, the feasibility of the proposed method was experimentally and numerically investigated to monitor the grouting compactness in a tendon duct specimen. The 3-dB mean absolute percentage deviation (MAPD) was applied to quantify the variations of the impedance signatures measured from five different grouting levels. Both experimental and numerical results verify the feasibility of using the proposed method for monitoring the grouting compactness in tendon ducts.

Abstract Abstract To reduce the filling cost of high-water backfilling material (HWBM) in mining backfill and improve the recycling utilization of the industrial waste such as the coal fly ash. The ultra-fine fly ash (UFA) was added to the HWBM as a partial replacement in this work. Therefore, a series of experiments were performed to investigate the effect of UFA on the mechanical properties of the HWBM at the different curing conditions, then the hydration mechanism of the HWBM blended with UFA was analyzed by XRD and SEM method. The result indicates that the strength of the HWBM decreased with the increasing of UFA dosages, but the addition of UFA can improve the residual strength of the initial HWBM. Additionally, when the HWBM was cured at the laboratory air condition, its carbonation process was restrained obviously as the UFA dosages were less than 15% at the ages of 28 days, which indicates the UFA can improve the weathering resistance of the HWBM with the curing ages increasing effectively. The XRD and SEM results also shows that the degree of crystallinity of the HWBM increased when UFA dosages were less than 15% effectively, while there were few obvious changes on types of hydration products. It indicates that the main affects of UFA on the performance of HWBM is filler and dilution, which reduced the contact area between hydration products of HWBM and CO2 in the air, further improved the carbonation resistance of HWBM.

Abstract To solve the problem of considerable deformation of the tailgate in a fully mechanized caving face, the position of the main roof fracture line is first obtained by theoretical calculation, combined with the results of a similar simulation test and numerical simulation analysis. The width of the section coal pillar in the tailgate is determined to be 11.5 m. Based on the distribution characteristics of deviatoric stress and the plastic zone of surrounding rock, combined with the location characteristics and geological conditions, a new zoning control design approach is proposed, a “two pillars, three zones, and three parts” arrangement for the surrounding rock of the tailgate. The targeted two-entry support design is carried out following common engineering practices. Mine pressure monitoring data were used to verify the results of the new two-entry design. The comparison shows that the supporting technology can effectively control the considerable deformation of the surrounding rock, improving stability for regular mining production.

Abstract There is a common molecular basis and neurobiological mechanism in the pathogenesis of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) and degenerative diseases in central nervous system (such as Alzheimer′s disease, Parkinson′s disease and frontotemporal degeneration), including hypoxia, vascular endothelial dysfunction, impairment of cerebrovascular vasomotor response, dysfunction of blood-brain barrier and impairment of glial lymphatic pathway. The CSVD patients complicated with the neurodegenerative diseases often show different clinical phenotypes, disease process and outcome from neurodegenerative diseases. The cerebrospinal fluid biomarkers show certain value in the diagnosis of CSVD complicated with neurodegenerative diseases. The brain network has a certain application prospect in comprehensive study of the relationship between CSVD and neurodegenerative diseases. In the future, the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases focusing on vascular neuroinflammatory model will show broad prospects.

Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an aggressive cancer type with poor prognosis; thus, there is especially necessary and urgent to screen potential prognostic biomarkers for early diagnosis and novel therapeutic targets. In this study, we downloaded target data sets from the GEO database, and obtained codifferentially expressed genes using the limma R package and identified key genes through the protein–protein interaction network and molecular modules, and performed GO and KEGG pathway analyses for key genes via the clusterProfiler package and further determined their correlations with clinicopathological features using the Oncomine database. Survival analysis was completed in the GEPIA and the Kaplan–Meier plotter database. Finally, correlations between key genes, cell types infiltrated in the tumor microenvironment (TME), and hypoxic signatures were explored based on the TIMER database. From the results, 11 key genes related to the cell cycle were determined, and high levels of these key genes’ expression were focused on advanced and higher grade status HCC patients, as well as in samples of TP53 mutation and vascular invasion. Besides, the 11 key genes were significantly associated with poor prognosis of HCC and also were positively related to the infiltration level of MDSCs in the TME and the HIF1A and VEGFA of hypoxic signatures, but a negative correlation was found with endothelial cells (ECs) and hematopoietic stem cells. The result determined that 11 key genes (RRM2, NDC80, ECT2, CCNB1, ASPM, CDK1, PRC1, KIF20A, DTL, TOP2A, and PBK) could play a vital role in the pathogenesis of HCC, drive the communication between tumor cells and the TME, and act as probably promising diagnostic, therapeutic, and prognostic biomarkers in HCC patients.
