Abstract In recent years, social networks have become very popular and an integral part of everyday life. People express their feelings and experiences in this virtual environment and become aware of others’ opinions and interests. Among them, influential users play an important role in disseminating information on social networks. Identifying such influencers is important in designing techniques to increase the speed of information dissemination. Such techniques are applicable in various fields including viral marketing, preventing the dissemination of harmful information, providing specialized recommendations, etc. Various approaches have been used to detect influencers on social networks, mostly based on the individual’s position in the network structure and their interactions. Considering the strengths and weaknesses of the previous methods, this study presents a novel method based on the content of the users’ posts without considering the network structure. This is done using a combination of high-level features extracted from images to measure the individual’s influence. Users’ images are investigated from three aspects: (1) color scheme, (2) advertising nature, (3) images’ semantics. To describe each of these aspects, feature extraction methods were used with acceptable accuracy in recognizing influential users. Finally, to achieve greater efficiency and precision, feature-combination methods have been investigated to provide an integrated classifier.

Abstract Background. The oral health of pregnant women affects the health of mother and child as much as the public health affects the health of people in a community. Dental treatment during this period should be performed in such a way that it has no side effects on the fetus. This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge and practice of general dentists and dental interns in Isfahan about dental measures in pregnancy period. Methods. In this study, a total of 232 general dentists and dental interns were investigated in Isfahan using a self-made questionnaire containing 26 questions (20 knowledge questions and 6 performance questions) about the measures necessary to employ during pregnancy. Then the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS software version 22 and performing T-test and ANOVA test. Significant level for all calculations was set at 0.05. Results. According to the study result, the total knowledge score was 13.2±3/5. The question about "prescribing the required drugs" had a significant correlation with university of study (P=0.047) and type of employment (P=0.047). The question "if the pregnant woman had pyogenic granuloma (pregnancy tumor), what will you do?" had a significant correlation with gender (P=0.042). Conclusion. The overall score of the dentist's knowledges of the necessary measures during pregnancy was 13.2±3.5 which was fairly acceptable; however, it was recommended that further studies should be carried out in order to eliminate the possible risks posed by dentists to dental treatments of these patients. Practical Implications. The average knowledge score of dentists with less than 5 years of experience was 14.18, and the average knowledge score of dentists with more than 5 years of experience was 13.42, which highlighted the need for offering refresher courses for dentists.

Abstract Background: Rare studies have been done about rehabilitation stage in patients with COVID-19. Materials and Methods: In randomized controlled clinical trial, thirty Participants were randomly divided to control group (CG) and intervention group (IG). Participants in IG group performed rehabilitation trainings 30 minutes once a day for two 4 weeks. Forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), forced vital capacity (FVC), FEV1/FVC and forced expiratory flow (FEF) 25-75% were measured using spirometry. Six-min walk distance [6-MW) test as well as heart rate (HR) and blood oxygen saturation (SPO2) were measured, also. Results: Twenty-eight patients completed the study. FVCact, FEV1act, FEV1pred, FEV1/FVCact, FEV1/FVCPred were significantly improved in intervention group as compared to control group (Ptime*group FVCact= 0.01, Ptime*group FEV1act< 0.001, Ptime*group FEV1pred< 0.001, Ptime*group FEV1/FVCact= 0.01, Ptime*group FEV1/FVCpred< 0.01). In addition, changes in FVCpred and PEFact became significant after the adjustments [Ptime*group FVCpred= 0.03, Ptime*group PEFact= 0.05). Finally, no significant differences were seen in changes of rest heart rate (RHR) (Ptime*group: 0.55), walk heart rate (WHR) (Ptime*group: 0.61), walked distance (Ptime*group: 0.41), and PEFpred [Ptime*group= 0.09) throughout the study between the two groups. Conclusion: This study illustrated rehabilitation training significantly increased FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, and PEFact, while it had no significant influence on PEFpred, RHR, WHR and walk distance after 8-weeks. However, further RCTs are needed to confirm our findings.

Abstract Technology progress, during the recent decades, has influenced the banking industry. Banks have moved from traditional banking to online banking. Users expect to view systems on different browsers or different devices without disrupting the overall/page due to the small size of the display on some devices such. This expectation is responsiveness which is one of the factors influencing the user experience. Responsiveness means that the contents of a web-based system are displayed correctly and clearly on all devices and browsers, regardless of screen size. The purpose of this article is also to design a responsive Internet Banking system based on design science. It has been designed, based on the study of the scientific background and considering the concepts of Internet Banking, its adoption factors, responsiveness and user experience and the system requirements, from a business and technical point of view. The present study provides a system design that can be used by all financial institutions. It can also be applicable for universities and higher education institutions, as it describes, step by step, how to practically use the research method in a real system.Considering the results of this study, user experience, including issues such as responsiveness, ease of use and learnability, is much interesting for users, and the Internet banks that provide these factors along with security and performance are very attractive and are highly appreciated.

Abstract Background: One of the major issues that immigrants, especially Afghan women face, is their self-care disability. This will cause problems in their mental health and quality of life. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of life skills training based on self-care on mental health and quality of life of married Afghan women living in Taft.
Methods: This quasi-experimental study was conducted using a pretest posttest design with control group. Statistical population was all married Afghan women living in Taft (Yazd province) of whom 60 women were selected using purposive sampling and were randomly allocated to two groups of 30 as experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 8 sessions of life skills training based on self-care. General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) and Quality of Life of the World Health Organization Questionnaire (WHOQ-BREF) were used to collect data. Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was used to analyze the data.
Results: Results showed that following the intervention, the mean scores of quality of life (p < 0.0001) and mental health (p < 0.019) in the experimental group increased in the posttest compared to the pretest and the effect of intervention was significant.
Conclusion: Results suggested that providing a training opportunity for Afghan women to learn life skills based on self-care, enables them to realize their strengths and weaknesses and improve their quality of life and mental health.

Abstract Endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN-1), also known as Wermer syndrome, is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by the combined occurrence of two or more tumors (classically parathyroid, pancreatic, and pituitary). Due to the rarity of MEN-1 syndrome and the complexity of the disease, clinical management is difficult, and it is recom-mended to collaborate with a professional team including: clinical geneticist, endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, oncolo-gist, endocrinologist, neurosurgeon, radiologist, and histopathologist. Here, a case of a young patient with MEN-1 syndrome is introduced, who was admitted to Persian Gulf Martyrs Hospital in Bushehr due to hypercalcemia. The patient had a history of lipoma in childhood and currently has tumoral involvement of all three classic glands of this syndrome.

Abstract The Z-disk of striated muscle defines the ends of the sarcomere, which repeats many times within the muscle fiber. Here we report application of cryoelectron tomography and subtomogram averaging to Z-disks isolated from the flight muscles of the large waterbug Lethocerus indicus. We use high salt solutions to remove the myosin containing filaments and use gelsolin to remove the actin filaments of the A- and I-bands leaving only the thin filaments within the Z-disk which were then frozen for cryoelectron microscopy. The Lethocerus Z-disk structure is similar in many ways to the previously studied Z-disk of the honeybee Apis mellifera. At the corners of the unit cell are positioned trimers of paired antiparallel F-actins defining a large solvent channel, whereas at the trigonal positions are positioned F-actin trimers converging slowly towards their (+) ends defining a small solvent channel through the Z-disk. These near parallel F-actins terminate at different Z-heights within the Z-disk. The two types of solvent channel in Lethocerus are similar in size compared to those of Apis which are very different in size. Two types of α-actinin crosslinks were observed between oppositely oriented actin filaments. In one of these, the α-actinin long axis is almost parallel to the F-actins it crosslinks. In the other, the α-actinins are at a small but distinctive angle with respect to the crosslinked actin filaments. The utility of isolated Z-disks for structure determination is discussed.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of Participatory Plant Breeding (PPB). Seventy-six breeders were randomly selected from among 95 breeders who were working at the Seed and Plant Improvement Institute, Karaj, Iran. Data were collected by a questionnaire as the main data collection instrument. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was approved by a panel of agricultural extension and plant breeding experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated and it turned out to be high, ranging from 0.83-0.92. The descriptive findings of the study suggested that the breeders had generally positive perception toward using PPB. The correlation analysis results showed that there is a positive and significant (p>0.01) correlation among the levels of familiarity with PPB, advantages, and breeders’ perception toward the use of PPB. In addition, there was a negative and significant (p>0.01) correlation between breeders' perception of the disadvantages faced by PPB and their perception of using participatory plant breeding. Finally, stepwise regression analysisindicated that the advantages and disadvantages of PPB explained about 58% of the variations in breeders’ perception toward using PPB.
