Abstract Oil field is a very important non-renewable resource in China, which plays a very important role in economic strategy. In the process of oil field development, water flooding technology can effectively improve the production quality, provide a strong technical support for our oil field exploitation, and help to promote the sustainable development of oil field enterprises. However, there are many influencing factors in the exploitation process of water flooding oilfield, so the workers need to deeply explore the root cause of the problem from different angles and all aspects, and take scientific and reasonable countermeasures to improve the exploitation effect of water flooding oilfield. This paper mainly introduces the factors affecting the development effect of water flooding oilfield and puts forward the corresponding solutions. At the same time, combined with practical cases, the measures to improve the development effect of water flooding oilfield are analyzed in detail.

Abstract The potential target of water flooding measures has gradually changed to thin differential reservoir in three types of reservoirs. The fracturing proportion of thin differential reservoir in water flooding block oil well has reached more than 60%, and the existing fracturing design code can not fully meet the needs of thin differential reservoir fracturing. Through the effect evaluation of the technical parameters matching different types of thin differential reservoir, the field test is carried out to establish the limit of the optimal technological parameters for fracturing of thin differential reservoir oil well, which is of great significance for improving the fracturing effect and improving the technical level of fracturing in the future oilfield.

Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, the rapid rise of the network economy has promoted the vigorous development of China’s economy and become an important part of the national economy. The nature of the Internet, which spans regions and spreads quickly, has driven the transaction of products to be low-cost and efficient. These characteristics have exerted profound influence on the industrial structure in many aspects. Network economy not only changes the production mode of society through resource sharing and information exchange, but also promotes the development of social civilization. This paper analyzes the current situation of network economy and its impact on China’s economic and social development, and puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of network economy.

Abstract Aims/introduction: The molecular mechanisms of diabetic nephropathy (DN) are poorly identified. However, the advantage of an increasing amount on microarray data of diabetic nephropathy intrigued us to explore the mechanisms based on bioinformatics prediction for diabetic nephropathy.
Materials and methods: Bioinformatics analysis was conducted to screen the hub genes associated with diabetic nephropathy. The average human renal tubular epithelial cells were exposed to high glucose (HG) to generate an in vitro cell model. In addition, a mouse model of diabetic nephropathy was established using a high-fat diet and streptozotocin injection. Finally, the shRNA targeting immunoglobulin heavy constant gamma 1 (IGHG1) was introduced in vitro and in vivo to illustrate its effect on downstream factors and on the development diabetic nephropathy.
Results: Bioinformatics analysis revealed that IGHG1, TRIM11 (tripartite motif protein 11), and TonEBP are highly expressed in diabetic nephropathy. In vitro cell experiments demonstrated that IGHG1 positively regulates the expression of TRIM11 and TonEBP (tonicity-responsive enhancer binding protein) in HK2 cells treated with high glucose. Furthermore, TRIM11 upregulates the expression of TonEBP through activation of the MEK/ERK (mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase) signaling pathway in HK2 cells treated with high glucose. In vivo, animal experiments further confirmed that silencing IGHG1 could prevent the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.
Conclusion: The silencing of IGHG1 alleviated diabetic nephropathy by inhibiting the TRIM11/MEK/ERK axis and by downregulating TonEBP.

Abstract Background: Intestinal development and function are critical to maintaining sustained broiler growth. The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of coated sodium butyrate (CSB) and vitamin D
Results: The results showed that CSB supplementation increased ileal goblet cells (GCs) numbers, villus height and decreased crypt depth in broilers. CSB increased ileal proliferating cell nuclear antigen expression and high-level VD
Conclusion: Dietary supplementation with CSB and high-level VD

Abstract Carbon source addition is an important way improving the carbon and nitrogen transformation in aquaculture system; however, its effectiveness of algal-bacterial-based aquaponics (AA) through carbon source addition is still vague. In this study, the influences of organic carbon (OC-AA system) and inorganic carbon (IC-AA system) addition and without carbon source addition (C-AA system) on the operational performance of AA system were investigated. Results showed that 10.1-19.5% increase of algal-bacterial biomass enhanced the purifying effect of ammonia nitrogen in OC-AA system and IC-AA system relative to C-AA system. Moreover, extra electron donor supply in the OC-AA system obtained the lowest NO

Abstract In the realm of abrasive flow machining (AFM), precise finishing and maintaining dimensional accuracy have remained challenging due to non-uniformities in the AFM process and complexities associated with the abrasive media's shear viscosity and wall slip behavior. By addressing these challenges, this study introduces a comprehensive framework, combining theoretical foundations, measurement techniques, and experimental setups. Utilizing capillary flow, a novel compensation strategy is incorporated within the Mooney method to counter entrance pressure drop effects. This enhanced capillary flow method emerges as a promising alternative to the conventional Cox-Merz empirical rule, enabling precise characterization of wall slip behavior and shear viscosity, particularly at elevated shear rates. The abrasive media exhibit a Navier nonlinear wall slip, as highlighted by the Mooney method. Rigorous verification of the proposed methodologies and models against supplemental experiments showcases a high degree of congruence between predicted and observed results, emphasizing their accuracy and broad application potential in AFM. This research illuminates the intricacies of the abrasive media's behavior, accentuating the need for meticulous characterization, and provides a robust foundation for genuine modeling and predictions in material removal within AFM.

Abstract In addition to being the first NLR protein proposed to form inflammasome, NLRP1s have attracted much attention in their activation mechanism by post-translational auto-proteolysis to generate C-terminal CARD containing fragment to form inflammasome. Among NLRP1, mouse NLRP1B but not human NLRP1 is well studied for its activation by lethal toxin. As dissecting the cellular components involved in NLRP1-associated diseases is highly dependent on NLRP1 inflammasome activation, experiments that can lead to NLRP1 activation is of pivotal importance to elucidate the biological role and the activation mechanism of NLRP1 especially in human. In this chapter we describe methods commonly used for mouse NLRP1B inflammasome activation as well as activation of human NLRP1 inflammasome visualized by ASC speck formation in our laboratory.
