Abstract Background: Personalized music listening can be highly effective in supporting people experiencing changes in mood and behavior due to Alzheimer's disease and other conditions causing dementia. However, a lack of staff education can be a barrier to effective use of music in residential aged care.
Objective: This study investigates the usability, appeal and relevance of an online training course designed to help care staff develop personalized music programs for people living with dementia in their care.
Methods: A mixed methods approach was taken in which 13 participants took part in a think-aloud session while using the training. Qualitative data from the think-aloud session and interviews were triangulated with results of a survey evaluation of the training.
Results: Themes relating to Engagement, Usability and Appeal, Pedagogical Design and Content, and Transfer, Impact and Barriers to Uptake were discussed. Results indicated that participants regarded the virtual environment and pedagogical design as of high quality, although some minor issues in navigability were identified. Participants also found the training to be highly relevant to their roles as caregivers and reported ways they would incorporate key concepts into care practices. However, ongoing barriers to implementation of such training were identified including systemic issues that contribute to a culture of focus on physical care.
Conclusions: Consistency of navigation and clear instructions for interacting with content are important in training of time-poor care staff. Linking training to industry standards can provide important motivation for implementation of training, although systemic barriers can impede real-world change.

Abstract Indium incorporation and surface morphology of InAlN layers grown on (0001)GaN by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy were investigated as a function of the impinging In flux and the substrate temperature in the 450-610$^{\circ}$C range. In incorporation was found to decrease with substrate temperature due to thermal decomposition of the growing layer, while for a given temperature it increased with the impinging In flux until stoichiometry was reached at the growth front. The InN losses during growth followed an Arrhenius behaviour characterized by an activation energy of 2.0 eV. A growth diagram highly instrumental to identify optimum growth conditions was established.

Abstract Thermal decomposition of wurtzite (0001)-oriented GaN was analyzed: in vacuum, under active N exposure, and during growth by rf-plasma assisted molecular beam epitaxy. The GaN decomposition rate was determined by measurements of the Ga desorption using in situ quadrupole mass spectrometry, which showed Arrhenius behavior with an apparent activation energy of 3.1 eV. Clear signatures of intensity oscillations during reflection high-energy electron diffraction measurements facilitated complementary evaluation of the decomposition rate and highlighted a layer-by-layer decomposition mode in vacuum. Exposure to active nitrogen, either under vacuum or during growth under N-rich growth conditions, strongly reduced the GaN losses due to GaN decomposition.

Abstract Real-time analysis of the growth modes during homoepitaxial (0001)GaN growth by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy was performed using reflection high energy electron diffraction. A growth mode map was established as a function of Ga/N flux ratio and growth temperature, exhibiting distinct transitions between three-dimensional (3D), layer-by-layer and step-flow growth mode. The layer-by-layer to step-flow growth transition under Ga-rich growth was surfactant mediated and related to a Ga adlayer coverage of one monolayer. Under N-rich conditions the transition from 3D to layer-by-layer growth was predominantly thermally activated, facilitating two-dimensional growth at temperatures of thermal decomposition.

Title translation Posfeminist and transhumanism: a historical relationship.
Abstract Gender post-feminism or ″gender ideology″ is a revolution against man that denies the existence of his human nature, and promotes a homogenized world with interchangeable roles without sexual distinction. As man has been transforming the world with technology and depending on it, he has been changing himself and we get to the point that, when faced with a machine and a human being, we opt for the machine because the human being seems imperfect to us. The transhumanist ideology as an overcoming of the human supposes the dehumanization of man. It is not that we only transform into other beings, but we could end up despising the human. Does a totally artificial world await us? The key question we have to ask ourselves is what perspective of man does transhumanism have? What are we to this ideology? Will it show the happiness of man?

Abstract The Perception of Anomie Scale (PAS) is a measure used to evaluate the state of society and whether it is disintegrated and deregulated. Although widely used, the psychometric properties of reliability, validity, and measurement invariance according to sex have not been studied in the Chilean university population. To explore these properties, a cross-sectional study was carried out with 383 students from public (45.7%) and private (54.3%) universities, with a mean age of 21.5 years (SD = 3.3). A CFA and ESEM were performed, which confirmed the two-factor correlated structure, achieving better goodness-of-fit indices by eliminating five items (RMSEA = 0.09; CFI = 0.98; TLI = 0.95). This also provided evidence of reliability and measurement invariance according to sex. This study provides evidence of the psychometric quality of the PAS scale, thus allowing its use in the Chilean university context.

Abstract The morphology of GaN samples grown by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy on Si(111) was systematically studied as a function of impinging Ga/N flux ratio and growth temperature (750-850{\deg}C).Two different growth regimes were identified: compact and nanocolumnar. A growth diagram was established as a function of growth parameters, exhibiting the transition between growth regimes, and showing under which growth conditions GaN cannot be grown due to thermal decomposition and Ga desorption. Present results indicate that adatoms diffusion length and the actual Ga/N ratio on the growing surface are key factors to achieve nanocolumnar growth.

Abstract In the virtual environment, hostile and aggressive comments that could negatively affect university students who often use different digital platforms are frequently observed, more than other age groups who have little or no supervision. In this sense, moral disengagement (MD) has been linked to different negative behaviors that manifest in physical interactions and which currently take place on the Internet, creating the need for instruments that specifically address MD online. The aim of this study is to adapt and validate the Moral Disengagement through Technologies Questionnaire (MDTech-Q) with Chilean university students. The sample comprised 527 university students (43.14% men, 56.86% women), with an average age of 22.09 years (SD (Standard Deviation) = 3.59) enrolled in 12 universities. First, a linguistic adaptation of the scale took place, and the surveys were applied considering ethical principles. Then, two confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) were performed, which considered four correlated factors, and provided satisfactory indices, agreeing with the original theoretical proposal, and demonstrating suitable reliability by internal consistency. In relation to the analyses of invariance according to sex and social media use, the MDTech-Q is stable up to scalar invariance. This study provides evidence of the psychometric quality of the MDTech-Q for its use on Chilean university students.

Abstract (1) Background: the measures applied in Chile to reduce COVID-19 infections have been very strict, mainly for children who have experienced lockdowns and school closures for almost two years. Emerging evidence indicates that lockdowns have had several negative effects on children; therefore, the present study seeks to analyze the secular effects of COVID-19 lockdowns on Chilean students' actual motor competence (AMC) and perceived motor competence (PMC). (2) Methods: using a sequential cohort design, data from 523 fifth-grade students at nine elementary schools (46.8% girls, age M = 11.11, SD = 0.66) were assessed in 2018-19 (pre-lockdown) (
