Abstract The “Earth 2.0 (ET)” mission in China is to address a few of fundamental questions in the exoplanet field: How frequently habitable Earth-like planets orbit solar type stars (Earth 2.0s)? How do terrestrial planets form and evolve? Where did floating planets come from? ET consists of six 30 cm diameter transit telescope systems with each field of view of 500 square degrees and one 35 cm diameter microlensing telescope with a field of view of 4 square degrees. The ET transit mode will monitor ~1.2M FGKM dwarfs in the original Kepler field and its neighboring fields continuously for four years while the microlensing mode monitors over 30M I< 20.5 stars in the Galactic bulge direction. ET will merge its photometry data with that from Kepler to increase the time baseline to 8 years. This enhances the transit signal-to-noise ratio, reduce false positives, and greatly increases the chance to discover Earth 2.0s. Simulations show that ET transit telescopes will be able to identify ~17 Earth 2.0s, about 5000 Earth-sized terrestrial planets and over 30,000 new planets. The ET microlensing telescope will be able to identify over 1000 microlensing planets. With simultaneous observations with the ground-based KMTNet telescopes, ET will be able to measure masses of over 300 microlensing planets and determine the mass distribution functions of free-floating planets and cold planets. ET will be operated at the Earth-Sun L2 orbit with a designed lifetime longer than 4 years. The mission status will be reported.

Title translation COVID-19-Pandemie in China: von der dynamischen Null-COVID- zur heutigen Politik.
Abstract On 8 January 2023, after 3 years of pandemic control, China changed its management of COVID-19, applying measures against class B infectious diseases instead of Class A infectious diseases. This signaled the end of the dynamic zero-COVID policy and the reopening of the country. With a population of 1.41 billion, China's reopening policy during the COVID-19 pandemic has been characterized by a scientific, gradual, and cautious approach. Several factors contributed to the reopening policy, including an expansion of healthcare capacity, the widespread promotion and uptake of vaccination, and improved prevention and control mechanisms. According to the latest report from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the number of hospitalized COVID-19 patients in the country reached a peak of 1.625 million on January 5, 2023, and has since continued to decline. As of February 13, the number decreased to 26,000: a reduction of 98.4%. Thanks to the efforts of healthcare workers and society as a whole, the country managed to get through the peak of the epidemic in a stable manner.

Abstract The advent of the metaverse age has gradually transformed digital survival from a fantasy in science fiction to a reality. Especially in recent years, the college students, as the objects of ideological and political education in universities, have been deeply embedded in their learning, social interaction, entertainment, and consumption behaviors, presenting new characteristics of the times. From the aspects of the background of intelligent technology on College Students' network behavior, the types of College Students' network behavior, the multiple effects of intelligent technology, the nature of College Students' network behavior, etc., provide some basis for ideological and political education.

Abstract Schistosomiasis control is not only a disease control programme, but also a great social practice activity in China. During the evolution of national schistosomiasis control programmes, the special schistosomiasis control culture has been cultivated and developed, which contains the spiritual connotation of government-led, people-oriented, respect for science and integration of all efforts. The publication of Chairman Mao Zedong's two poems entitled "Farewell to the God of Plague" and the post-script in 1958 was a sign for the formation and development of Chinese schistosomiasis control culture, which always lead the orientation of development and practice of schistosomiasis control culture building. The schistosomiasis control culture provides powerful spiritual motivation and supports to schistosomiasis control programmes in China, and improving the building of schistosomiasis control culture is of great significance to strengthen our belief in achieving the goal of schistosomiasis elimination, mobilize all social resources, accelerate the progress towards elimination of schistosomiasis and facilitate the high-quality development of healthcare services. Chinese schistosomiasis control spirit is the refinement from the cultural connotation of the long-term schistosomiasis control programmes in China, and is the most essential and concentrated embodiment of the schistosomiasis control culture. This article describes the great significance of two poems entitled "Farewell to the God of Plague", summarizes the connotation and role of schistosomiasis control spirit, and introduces the practice, development and innovation of schistosomiasis control culture building in Jiangxi Province.

Abstract Although there are many datasets for traffic sign classification, there are few datasets collected for traffic sign recognition and few of them obtain enough instances especially for training a model with the deep learning method. The deep learning method is almost the only way to train a model for real-world usage that covers various highly similar classes compared with the traditional way such as through color, shape, etc. Also, for some certain sign classes, their sign meanings were destined to can't get enough instances in the dataset. To solve this problem, we purpose a unique data augmentation method for the traffic sign recognition dataset that takes advantage of the standard of the traffic sign. We called it TSR dataset augmentation. We based on the benchmark Tsinghua-Tencent 100K (TT100K) dataset to verify the unique data augmentation method. we performed the method on four main iteration version datasets based on the TT100K dataset and the experimental results showed our method is efficacious. The iteration version datasets based on TT100K, data augmentation method source code and the training results introduced in this paper are publicly available.

Abstract RNF5 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in various physiological processes such as protein localization and cancer progression. Recent studies have shown that RNF5 significantly inhibits antiviral innate immunity by promoting the ubiquitination and degradation of STING and MAVS, which are essential adaptor proteins, as well as their downstream signal IRF3. The abundance of RNF5 is delicately regulated by both host factors and viruses. Host factors have been found to restrict RNF5-mediated ubiquitination, maintaining the stability of STING or MAVS through distinct mechanisms. Meanwhile, viruses have developed ingenious strategies to hijack RNF5 to ubiquitinate and degrade immune proteins. Moreover, recent studies have revealed the multifaceted roles of RNF5 in the life cycle of various viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 and KSHV. Based on these emerging discoveries, RNF5 represents a novel means of modulating antiviral immunity. In this review, we summarize the latest research on the roles of RNF5 in antiviral immunity and virus life cycle. This comprehensive understanding could offer valuable insights into exploring potential therapeutic applications focused on targeting RNF5 during viral infections.

Abstract With the development of information science and technology, various industries have generated massive amounts of data, and machine learning is widely used in the analysis of big data. However, if the privacy of machine learning applications' customers cannot be guaranteed, it will cause security threats and losses to users' personal privacy information and service providers. Therefore, the issue of privacy protection of machine learning has received wide attention. For centralized machine learning models, we evaluate the impact of different neural network layers, gradient, gradient norm, and fine-tuned models on member inference attack performance with prior knowledge; For the federated learning model, we discuss the location of the attacker in the target model and its attack mode. The results show that the centralized machine learning model shows more serious member information leakage in all aspects, and the accuracy of the attacker in the central parameter server is significantly higher than the local Inference attacks as participants.
