    Abstract Background: Physical activity (PA) is known to positively affect individuals' mental and physical health, especially those who experience high levels of stress, such as teachers. Previous studies have examined the relationship between teachers' PA, mental health, and well-being. Still, there is a lack of research on the direct and indirect effects of PA and self-efficacy.
    Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the structural relationship between teachers' PA, mental health, well-being, and self-efficacy among ESL/EFL teachers. A total of 364 Chinese English language teachers were selected through convenience sampling. Mental health, physical activity, psychological well-being, and self-efficacy instruments were used.
    Methodology: The data was analyzed using Smart PLS software, and the hypothesized model was evaluated. The results indicated an acceptable level of divergent and convergent validity and goodness of fit.
    Results: The findings revealed that PA directly predicts teachers' mental health and well-being, but the direct structural relationship between teachers' PA and self-efficacy was not confirmed. However, the results showed that teachers' PA contributes to their self-efficacy by enhancing their mental and psychological well-being. The total effect of teachers' PA on their self-efficacy was significant. Additionally, mental health and psychological well-being strongly influenced teachers' self-efficacy.
    Conclusion: In conclusion, regular weekly physical activity can help EFL/ESL teachers foster their mental health, psychological well-being, and self-efficacy. These findings have theoretical and practical significance for teachers, trainers, and educational psychologists.

    Abstract Objective: To investigate the correlation between chronic renal insufficiency and the long-term prognosis of patients with acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy after intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) thrombolysis.
    Methods: 290 patients (194 males and 96 females) with acute cerebral infarction who received intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis were admitted to Ningbo Medical Center Lihuili Hospital from May 2018 to December 2020. Their clinical baseline data were recorded. According to the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) level, patients were divided into the control group (252 cases) and the chronic kidney disease (CKD) group (38 cases). The prognosis of patients was evaluated by a modified Rankin Scale (mRS) 90 days after cerebral apoplexy by telephone interview or outpatient following-up (mRS ≤ 2 reflected good prognosis, mRS >2 reflected unfavorable prognosis). Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the prognosis risk relationship of acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients with intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis with CKD.
    Results: Acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients with intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis with CKD were older ((79.08 ± 8.96) years vs (65.84 ± 13.31) years, P = .00052, 95% CI = 0.00031-0.00072) than who without CKD, and were more likely to be suffering from hypertension (94.7% (36/38) and 66.3% (167/252), P = .00023, 95% CI = 0.00011-0.00033), atrial fibrillation (50.0% (19/38) and 26.6% (67/252), P = .007, 95% CI = 0.001-0.009), high Uric acidemia (68.4% (26/38) and 17.9% (45/252), P = .00044, 95% CI = 0.00027-0.00061), hyperhomocysteinemia (47.4% (18/38) and 13.1% (33/252), P = .00032, 95% CI=0.00022-0.00053), history of malignant tumor (13.2% (5/38) and 4.4% (11/252), P = .044, 95% CI = 0.0023-0.0053), cardiogenic embolism (Trial of ORG 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment (TOAST) classification of cerebral infarction) (47.4% (18/38) and 29.0% (73/252), P = .038, 95% CI = 0.029-0.055). The mortality rate of the CKD group was higher than the control group (13.2% (5/38) and 4.0% (10/252), P = .033, 95% CI = 0.021-0.053), and the good prognosis rate in the CKD group was significantly lower than in the control group (42.1% (16/38) and 73.8% (186/252), P = .00032, 95% CI = 0.00012-0.00043). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that CKD was an independent risk factor for acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients undergoing intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis (OR = 4.606, 95%CI 1.176~18.041, P = .028, 95% CI = 0.022-0.043).
    Conclusion: CKD is an independent risk factor for acute ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients with intravenous rt-PA thrombolysis.

    Abstract Introduction: Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a disorder that causes a collapse of the femoral head, requiring subsequent total hip replacement. However, the pathogenesis of ONFH remains largely unclear. Herein, exosome metabolomics analyses were conducted to explore the pathophysiology of ONFH.
    Objectives: This study aimed to conduct metabolic profiling of bone-derived exosomes of ONFH.
    Methods: 30 ONFH patients and 30 femoral neck fracture (FNF) patients were included in this study. Exosomes were harvested from the femoral head by using ultracentrifugation. Ultraperformance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was performed in combination with multivariate statistical analysis to reveal and provided new insight into identify the global metabolic profile of ONFH.
    Results: The results of transmission electron microscope (TEM), nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), and Western blots indicated that the microvesicles isolated from the femoral head were exosomes. Several compounds were identified, including lipids and lipid-like molecules, amino acids, peptides, organooxygen compounds. 44 differential metabolites were screened between ONFH and FNF patients. The up-and down-regulation of Riboflavin metabolism, Pantothenate and CoA biosynthesis, Glycerophospholipid metabolism, and Sphingolipid metabolism were associated with ONFH pathophysiology.
    Conclusion: Our results suggest that metabolomics has huge prospects for elucidating pathophysiology of ONFH.

    Abstract Tumors defective in DNA mismatch repair (dMMR) exhibit microsatellite instability (MSI). Currently, patients with dMMR tumors are benefitted from anti-PD-1/PDL1-based immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. Over the past several years, great progress has been made in understanding the mechanisms by which dMMR tumors respond to ICI, including the identification of mutator phenotype-generated neoantigens, cytosolic DNA-mediated activation of the cGAS-STING pathway, type-I interferon signaling and high tumor-infiltration of lymphocytes in dMMR tumors. Although ICI therapy shows great clinical benefits, ∼50% of dMMR tumors are eventually not responsive. Here we review the discovery, development and molecular basis of dMMR-mediated immunotherapy, as well as tumor resistant problems and potential therapeutic interventions to overcome the resistance.

    Abstract Pure self-management model, pure aggregation business model and Self-support + aggregation model are three commonly used business modes on ride-hailing platforms. We use an analytical model to study these three business models and give the optimal business model decision of the platform. The research shows that the heterogeneity ratio of drivers, the cost of the platform under the Self-support model, the franchise fee received by the platform under the aggregation model and the dissatisfaction of the original users on the platform play a key role in the selection of the platform's business model. When the difference between the franchise fee under the aggregation mode and the platform cost under the Self-support mode fails to generate positive feedback on the platform profit, the platform should choose the pure Self-support mode. When riders are more sensitive to the heterogeneity of service quality of the platform and user stickiness can be ensured, the platform should choose the pure aggregation business model. When user stickiness can be guaranteed and the cost of the platform under the self-run model is controllable, the platform should choose the Self-support + aggregation business model.

    Abstract Polarized growth is critical for the development of filamentous phytopathogens, and the CHY-type zinc finger protein Chy1 regulates microtubule assembly to influence polarized growth and thereby affect plant infections. However, the biological role of a Chy1 homolog MoChy1 remains unknown in Magnaporthe oryzae. We found here that the MoChy1-GFP was distributed in the cytoplasm outside the vacuole in hyphae and localized mainly to the vacuole compartments as the appressorium matured. The Mochy1 mutants showed an extremely slow growth rate, curved and branched mycelium, reduced conidiation, and a smaller size in the appressorium. Meanwhile, the Mochy1 mutants showed increased sensitivity to benomyl, damaged microtubule cytoskeleton, and mislocalized polarisome protein MoSpa2 and chitin synthase MoChs6 in hyphae.     Abstract Addressing the urgent need for long-distance dim target detection with a wide field-of-view and high sensitivity, this paper proposes a visible and short-infrared dual-band common-aperture optical system characterized by a broad field and extended focal length. To achieve system miniaturization and high-sensitivity target detection, the visible and infrared optical systems share a Ritchey-Chretien primary and secondary mirror. The primary optical path is segmented into visible light (0.45-0.75 µm) and short-wave infrared (SWIR) (2-3 µm) bands by a dichroic spectral splitter prism. The SWIR optical system utilizes four short-wave cooled infrared detectors, and wide-field stitching is achieved using a field-of-view divider. While ensuring the high cold-shield efficiency of cooled infrared detectors, this common-aperture optical system delivers visible and SWIR dual-band images with expansive fields, elongated focal lengths, and sizable apertures. The visible-light optical system has a focal length of 277 mm, a field-of-view of 2.3

    Abstract Gordon Holmes Syndrome (GDHS) is a hereditary neurodegenerative disease mainly associated with mutations of RNF216. We established a human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) line, FDHSi003-A, derived from PBMC of a patient baring a mutation of RNF216 c.1948G > T, who shows typical symptoms of GDHS. The generated FDHSi003-A expresses pluripotency markers, displays a normal karyotype, and has the potency to differentiate into all three germ layers. Thus, FDHSi003-A is an ideal model to investigate the mechanism of RNF216 in GDHS.
