Abstract The progress of information technology and the popularity of the Internet have led to the rapid development of the network economy, and as a new shopping method, online shopping is gradually accepted and respected by consumers. With the development and maturity of online shopping market, the concept of consumers has also been changing, gradually changing from “panning for cheap” and “panning for convenience” to “panning for quality,” paying more attention to the quality of goods and services. B2C is more trusted by consumers than C2C in terms of reputation and quality assurance, so it has gradually become a hot spot in online shopping. With the popularization of online shopping, the development of e-commerce is increasingly characterized by the platform, and it is more and more difficult for shopping websites to attract online consumers with rich product information and functions alone. Using college students with online shopping experience in T-mall as the research subjects, descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used to study the influence of interactivity on customers’ behavioral intention under the platform-based model from a perception perspective.

Abstract Abstract Background Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) occurs in 30–50% of septic patients and contributes to high mortality in the intensive care unit (ICU). However, there are few proven interventions for coagulation disorder management in sepsis. Experimental and clinical data have demonstrated that sepsis could benefit from unfractionated heparin (UFH) treatment. To date, there are no large multicenter trials to determine the safety and efficacy of UFH in septic patients with suspected DIC. Methods A multicenter, double-blinded, placebo-controlled randomized trial is designed to recruit 600 patients who met sepsis 3.0 criteria and suspected DIC. Participants will be randomized (1:1) to receive UFH or saline via continuous intravenous administration for 7 days within 6 h of enrolment. The primary outcome is ICU mortality. The secondary outcome includes 28-day all-cause mortality, the improvement of Sequential Organ Failure Assessment scores, and the incidence of major hemorrhage. Investigators, participants, and statisticians will be blinded to the allocation. Discussion The HepSIC trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of UFH on sepsis-related DIC across different areas of China. The small dosage of UFH administration would offer a new potential approach for treating sepsis-related coagulation disorders. Ethics and dissemination Ethical approval was granted by all the ethics committees of 20 participant centers. Results will be disseminated via peer-reviewed publications and presented at conferences. Trial registration ClinicalTrials.gov NCT02654561. Registered on 13 January 2016.

Abstract To investigate the effect of the structure of microcapsules on the properties of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) composites, three XLPE specimens filled with multilayered shell–core-structured microcapsules are designed. In this paper, the microcapsules are first analyzed morphologically and chemically. In addition, the effect of the microcapsule structure on the typical electrical properties of the composites is explored. Finally, the self-healing ability of XLPE specimens filled with microcapsules is verified. The results show that the SiO 2 on the surface of the trilayer shell–core microcapsules can make the microcapsules and the XLPE matrix have a better mechanical interlocking ability, which makes the typical properties of the trilayer shell–core microcapsules slightly better than those of the bilayer shell–core microcapsules. Moreover, when the bilayer shell–core or trilayer shell–core microcapsules rupture under the action of an electric field, the repair material reacts with the water tree under capillary action to consume the residual water while generating organic matter to fill in the cavity, thus repairing the damaged area of the water tree and ultimately achieving the self-healing of the composite water tree.

Abstract Abstract Cholangioscopy is reportedly useful for selective guidewire placement across difficult biliary strictures, but few methods are available for complete stricture of biliary anastomosis. This study aimed to propose a guidewire puncture technique to recanalize totally obstructed anastomosis and discuss its safety and feasibility. From January 2015 to December 2021, a total of 11 patients with complete biliary anastomotic stricture after liver transplantation were enrolled. These patients underwent peroral single operator cholangioscopy (SpyGlass), whereas two failed cases on SpyGlass finally underwent percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy (PTCS). The steps of the recanalization technique were as follows: the stricture was viewed carefully to detect the closure point (CP) of the scar endoscopically, then the CP was targeted by the hard tip of the guidewire and broke through under guidance of the cholangioscope and fluoroscope. Complete occlusions were confirmed by SpyGlass in all cases. A total of 13 hard-tip guidewire punctures were performed under cholangioscopy, and ten punctures were successful (technical success rate, 76.9% [10/13]). After recanalization of the occluded anastomosis, plastic stent or metallic stent was deployed in three and seven patients, respectively. No procedure-related complications occurred during or after the cholangioscopy-assisted guidewire puncture. After a mean follow-up of 12 months, stents had been removed in five patients. The other six patients were still receiving stent treatment. This study demonstrated that the guidewire puncture technique under cholangioscopy is safe and feasible for complete stricture of biliary anastomosis, and the success rate is satisfactory.

Abstract Simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM), as an important research topic in robotics, is useful but challenging to estimate robot pose and reconstruct a 3-D map of the surrounding environment. Despite recent success of several deep neural networks for visual SLAM, those methods cannot achieve robust results in complex industrial scenarios for constructing accurate and real-time maps due to the weak texture and complex geometric structure. This paper presents a novel and efficient visual SLAM system based on point–line-aware heterogeneous graph attention network, which combines points and line segments to solve the problem of the insufficient number of reliable features in traditional approaches. Firstly, a simultaneous feature extraction network is constructed based on the geometric relationships between points and points and points and lines. To further improve the efficiency and accuracy of the geometric association features of key regions, we design the point–line-aware attention module to guide the network to pay attention to the trivial features of both points and lines in images. Moreover, the network model is optimized by a transfer-aware knowledge distillation strategy to further improve the system’s real-time performance. Secondly, to improve the accuracy of the point–line matching, we design a point–line heterogeneous graph attention network, which combines an edge aggregation graph attention module and a cross-heterogeneous graph iteration module to conduct learning on the intragraph and intergraph. Finally, the point–line matching process is transformed into an optimal transport problem, and a near-iterative method based on a greedy strategy is presented to solve the optimization problem. The experiments on the KITTI dataset and a self-made dataset demonstrate the better effectiveness, accuracy, and adaptability of our method than those of the state of the art in visual SLAM.

Abstract A porous azo-functionalized organic polymer (JJU-2) was designed and prepared via oxidative coupling polymerization promoted by FeCl 3 . JJU-2 exhibited reversibly stimuli-responsive CO 2 adsorption properties as a result of the trans/cis isomerization of the polymer’s azo-functionalized skeleton. Under UV irradiation and heat treatment, this porous material displayed various porous structures and CO 2 adsorption properties. The initial Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area of JJU-1 is 888 m 2 g −1 . After UV irradiation, the BET surface area decreases to 864 m 2 g −1 , along with the decrease of micropores around 0.50 nm and 1.27 nm during the trans-to-cis isomerization process. In addition, CO 2 sorption isotherms demonstrate an 8%t decrease, and the calculated Qst of CO 2 has decreased from 29.0 kJ mol −1 to 26.5 kJ mol −1 due to the trans to cis conversion of the azobenzene side group. It is noteworthy that JJU-2′s CO 2 uptakes are nearly constant over three cycles of alternating external stimuli. Therefore, this azo-functionalized porous material was a potential carbon capture material that was responsive to stimuli.

Abstract Deep neural networks (DNNs) have been widely utilized in automatic visual navigation and recognition on modern unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), achieving state-of-the-art performances. However, DNN-based visual recognition systems on UAVs show serious vulnerability to adversarial camouflage patterns on targets and well-designed imperceptible perturbations in real-time images, which poses a threat to safety-related applications. Considering a scenario in which a UAV is suffering from adversarial attack, in this paper, we investigate and construct two ensemble approaches with CNN and transformer for both proactive (i.e., generate robust models) and reactive (i.e., adversarial detection) adversarial defense. They are expected to be secure under attack and adapt to the resource-limited environment on UAVs. Specifically, the probability distributions of output layers from base DNN models in the ensemble are combined in the proactive defense, which mainly exploits the weak adversarial transferability between the CNN and transformer. For the reactive defense, we integrate the scoring functions of several adversarial detectors with the hidden features and average the output confidence scores from ResNets and ViTs as a second integration. To verify their effectiveness in the recognition task of remote sensing images, we conduct experiments on both optical and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) datasets. We find that the ensemble model in proactive defense performs as well as three popular counterparts, and both of the ensemble approaches can achieve much more satisfactory results than a single base model/detector, which effectively alleviates adversarial vulnerability without extra re-training. In addition, we establish a one-stop platform for conveniently evaluating adversarial robustness and performing defense on recognition models called AREP-RSIs, which is beneficial for the future research of the remote sensing field.

Abstract Abstract Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) was an important biomarker for the development and prognosis of many diseases. Numerous studies had demonstrated that BUN had a strong relationship with long-term mortality, survival and the prevalence of some diseases. The diagnosis and treatment, prognosis and long-term survival rate of cancer were the focus of clinical research at present. However, the relationship between BUN level and cancer prevalence was not clear. To investigate the relationship between BUN level and cancer prevalence, we performed a statistical analysis of population data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) database. The results of the study showed that BUN level were positively correlated with cancer prevalence, and the correlation was more pronounced in breast cancer.

Abstract Recently, manganese oxides (MnO x )/cerium(IV) oxide (CeO 2 ) composites have attracted widespread attention for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitrogen oxides (NO x ) with ammonia (NH 3 ), which exhibit outstanding catalytic performance owing to unique features, such as a large oxygen storage capacity, excellent low-temperature activity, and strong mechanical strength. The intimate contact between the components can effectively accelerate the charge transfer to enhance the electron–hole separation efficiency. Nevertheless, MnO x /CeO 2 still reveals some deficiencies in the practical application process because of poor thermal stability, and a low reduction efficiency. Constructing MnO x /CeO 2 with other semiconductors is the most effective strategy to further improve catalytic performance. In this article, we discuss progress in the field of MnO x /CeO 2 -based ternary composites with an emphasis on the SCR of NO x by NH 3 . Recent progress in their fabrication and application, including suitable examples from the relevant literature, are analyzed and summarized. In addition, the interaction mechanisms between MnO x /CeO 2 catalysts and NO x pollutants are comprehensively dissected. Finally, the review provides basic insights into prospects and challenges for the advancement of MnO x /CeO 2 -based ternary catalysts.

Abstract Objective: To analyze the clinical and genetic characteristics of late-onset Charcot–Marie– Tooth (CMT) type 2A. Methods: A pedigree survey combined with clinical and genetic testing was used for integrated analyses. Results: The proband showed muscle atrophy in both hips and thighs, obviously in the posterior sides of both legs. The serum creatine kinase (CK) value was 272U/L. EMG: the median nerve conduction velocity was normal and the nerves of both lower extremities showed neurogenic damage (mainly axonal). Genetic testing revealed a heterozygous variant in exon 9 of the MFN2 gene NM 014874: c.839G>A (p. R280H). The Father of the proband had similar symptoms of peripheral neuromuscular and the same heterozygous mutation, but the mother did not show similar clinical symptoms and the genetic mutation. Conclusion: Pedigree investigation combined with clinical and genetic analysis is a kind of reliable method for late-onset CMT2A diagnosing and helping to identify different neuromuscular diseases.
