Abstract The application scene of camera pictures in our life is very huge, and the effect of information conveyed by images is more intense than words and language, so it is very important for us to make good use of pictures obtained by photography or even pictures obtained by other means. Aiming at the processing problem of camera pictures, we have adopted image scaling method, camera picture color change method, gray degree processing method, image color space change method, image brightness processing method, and other methods to solve the processing problems of camera pictures. After reasonable processing, the presentation effect of camera pictures will be greatly improved, and the utilization efficiency will be greatly improved.

Abstract By combining top-level design with local pilot practices, rural land system reform, as an important priority on the agenda of deepening comprehensive reform, has accumulated a series of replicable and applicable experiences that are conducive to amendments to relevant laws. This paper takes stock of the basic experience of Pidu District in addressing typical problems arising in its rural land system reform and then investigates the inner link between the reform and the persistence of high housing prices in cities, the capital flowing to the countryside, and the rural revitalization program. Based on this analysis, the author puts forward three basic directions of the rural land system reform: remain committed to marketization, balance the interests of all parties and promote the development of rural industries

Abstract Understanding the effects of human modification on ecosystem services is critical for effectively managing multiple services and achieving long-term sustainability. The historical dynamics of ecosystem services are important for detecting the impacts before and after intensive modification and deserve further study. To this end, we quantified the spatiotemporal dynamics of 11 ecosystem services across the Sihu agricultural watershed in 1954, 1983, 2001, and 2018. We used the Spearman coefficient, self-organized maps clustering, and redundancy analysis to explore the spatial patterns and potential modification drivers of temporal variations of ecosystem service provision. The results revealed the following: (1) The spatial correlations among ecosystem services in a single year were inconsistent with the ecosystem service change associations during two-time steps. The snapshot correlations at one time led to misunderstandings (such as water yield and runoff control or soil carbon sequestration, and habitat quality changed direction from synergy to trade-off) and missed synergies (such as water purification and recreational potential); (2) Most ecosystem services could be synergetic in one bundle with multifunctionality before intensive modification, but later transformed to single or limited services dominated bundles, especially in lake-polder areas; (3) Lake reclamation and hydraulic infrastructure were the most significant modification indicators explaining the variation of ecosystem services (30.9% of variance explained by lake reclamation in 1954, 38.2% of variance explained by hydraulic infrastructure in 2018). Meanwhile, changes in dominant drivers also indicated the transition from lake-based ecosystem service supply to engineered service. An improved understanding of the spatiotemporal pattern of ecosystem services and the underlying human modification influence is vital for realizing the sustainability and multifunctionality of agricultural watershed.

Abstract Chemical interface damping (CID) is a recently proposed plasmon decay channel in gold nanoparticles. However, thus far, a very limited number of studies have focused on controlling CID in single gold nanoparticles. Herein, we describe a new simple method for reversible tuning of CID in single gold nanorods coated with a mesoporous silica shell (AuNRs@mSiO

Abstract Mobile phone addiction among college students has emerged as a prevalent phenomenon in contemporary society, posing significant challenges to the development and well-being of these individuals. The assessment of the extent of mobile phone addiction has become an urgent concern in the present context. This study employed a sample of 3000 college students from a public university in Zhejiang Province, China, to gather questionnaire data. By utilizing a machine learning algorithm, we identified the most salient factors associated with college students' addiction, with perfectionism emerging as the primary influencer. Additionally, a machine learning-based prediction model for college students' cell phone addiction was developed, yielding a prediction accuracy of 76.68%. This intelligent model can serve as a reliable tool for subsequent evaluations of college students' cell phone addiction.

Abstract Autophagy is a metabolic process in which damaged organelles, obsolete proteins, excess cytoplasmic components, and even pathogens are presented to lysosomes for degradation via autophagosomes. It includes 4 processes: the initiation of autophagy, the formation of autophagosomes, the fusion of autophagosomes with lysosomes, and the degradation and removal of autophagic substrates within autophagic lysosomes. When these processes are continuous, it is called autophagy flux. Blockage of one or certain steps in the autophagy/lysosome signaling pathway can lead to impaired autophagy flux. Numerous studies have shown that impaired autophagy flux is an important cause of neuronal damage in the ischemic penumbra after stroke. This paper summarized research progress in the pathological mechanisms that cause impaired neuronal autophagy flux after ischemic stroke and discusses methods to improve neuronal autophagy flux, in order to provide a reference for an in-depth investigation of the pathological injury mechanisms after stroke.

Abstract Hollow gold nanoparticles have great potential for localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) sensing. In this study, we investigated the refractive index (RI) sensitivities of single hollow gold nanosphere (HAuNS) with thin Au shell and inner cavity and single solid gold nanosphere (AuNS) in media with different RIs. The HAuNS exhibited a remarkable improvement in the RI sensitivity than the AuNS of similar size. The increased RI sensitivity of HAuNSs was ascribed to plasmon coupling between the inner and outer surface of the Au nanoshell. We then investigated the homogeneous LSPR scattering inflection points (IFs) to better understand the RI sensitivity of single HAuNS. The LSPR IF at the long wavelength side exhibited a better RI sensitivity compared to the wavelength shift of its counterpart LSPR maximum peak. Furthermore, the single HAuNS showed a remarkable improvement in the RI sensitivity at the LSPR IFs when compared to the AuNS of similar size. Therefore, we provided a new insight into the effect of inner cavity of HAuNS on the RI sensitivity of homogeneous LSPR IFs for use in LSPR-based biosensors.

Abstract Accurate subgenome phasing is crucial for understanding the origin, evolution and adaptive potential of polyploid genomes. SubPhaser and WGDI software are two common methodologies for subgenome phasing in allopolyploids, particularly in scenarios lacking known diploid progenitors. Triggered by a recent debate over the subgenomic origins of the cultivated octoploid strawberry, we examined four well-documented complex allopolyploidy cases as benchmarks, to evaluate and compare the accuracy of the two software. Our analysis demonstrates that the subgenomic structure phased by both software is in line with prior research, effectively tracing complex allopolyploid evolutionary trajectories despite the limitations of each software. Furthermore, using these validated methodologies, we revisited the controversial issue regarding the progenitors of the octoploid strawberry. The results of both methodologies reaffirm Fragaria vesca and Fragaria iinumae as progenitors of the octoploid strawberry. Finally, we propose recommendations for enhancing the accuracy of subgenome phasing in future studies, recognizing the potential of integrated tools for advanced complex allopolyploidy research and offering a new roadmap for robust subgenome-based phylogenetic analysis.
