Abstract This research examines a variety of restrictions preventing Bangladeshi youth, particularly Generation Z university students, from becoming involved in entrepreneurship. Moreover, the study examines the influence of Entrepreneurial Attitude (EA), Subjective Entrepreneurial Norms (SEN), Entrepreneurial Perceived Behavioural Control (EPBC), and Entrepreneurial Resilience (ER) on Entrepreneurial Intention (EI) of Bangladeshi Gen Z university students. A systematic literature review methodology following PRISMA procedure was performed to identify the relevant articles. A quantitative method with a positivism philosophy, cross-sectional time horizon and deductive approach was applied to the study. The data of 206 university students from the BBA department of ten universities were collected using convenience sampling and a self-administrated structured questionnaire survey. SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 were used to analyse the data. The output shows a positive and significant association amongst EA, SEN, EPBC, ER, and EI. Various constraints were identified from the literature and ranked based on the respondents' feedback. This research will help entrepreneurs, scholars, policymakers and practitioners to build the entrepreneurial ecosystem and develop young people's understanding of the entrepreneurial decision process and the importance of ER. This paper contributes through empirical investigation to an understanding of the actions that prevent Gen Z students from entrepreneurial activities; decisions are affected by socio-psychological constructions integrating ER with the Theory of Planned behaviour (TPB) model. Triple, Quadruple and Quintuple Helix models are considered supporting theories in this study to shed light on tackling the constraints. To the best knowledge of the researcher, integrating ER with TPB model's constructs is a pioneer scholarly contribution in the context of South-East Asian, specifically Bangladeshi Gen Z students.

Abstract The main objective of the article was to explore the impact and consequences of Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) on the FMCG Industry in Bangladesh. To achieve the research objective Qualitative methodology was applied by using focus group discussion on the online platforms during the movement restriction period. We collected data from four informants and they were chosen based on their professional relevancy with the FMCG industry. Existing documents also analyzed. This study found that COVID-19 has significant negative impacts on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The informants provide the miserable scenario of the industry during this pandemic besides suggesting possible corporate strategies. This article discusses the impacts of COVID-19 in Bangladesh, in order to provide a better understanding to government and practitioners of why improving the management of response to infectious disease outbreaks is so critical for a country’s economy, its society, and its place in the global community.

Abstract Due to overconsumption, there is no significant urgency than the climate emergency for the publicity of green products that may conceivably led to reducing environmental impact. Considering the limited studies as a means of comparing green behaviour and its determinant in developing nations, this study focused on environmental awareness, attitude and perceived behavioural control (PBC) by applying the measurement of impacts on green behaviour. It further examined the role of green culture as a contributor. A total of 280 responses from Kuala-Lumpur, Malaysia and 267 responses from Abuja, Nigeria were obtained via questionnaire distribution among citizens (age 18–32). SmartPLS3.0 and SPSS v22.0 were applied for statistical analyses. To request responses that we could not have anticipated, we utilized an open-ended format, accompanied by closed-ended format so we could compare the responses of the two sets samples. In both sets, we found 13% and 8% purchases organic food and energy-saving products in Malaysia while 24% and 8% purchases the same categories of products in Nigeria. We also found 40% of consumers in Malaysia purchased green products because of environmental benefit while 54% of consumers in Nigeria purchased green products because of health benefits. The path analyses result shows that attitude and green culture had a higher influenced on green behaviour in both nations. However, the propensity of green behaviour does not depend on economic development, for the reason that Nigeria had a higher mean value than Malaysia. PBC was found to be a contributor to Nigerian citizens with the least important for Malaysian citizens. Awareness interaction between green behaviour and green culture was insignificant for both country citizens. The study suggested that environmental education is important among citizens. Policy implications for these findings are further considered in the study.
