Abstract This book adopts an approach based on relational psychoanalysis, developed in the USA in and since the 1990s and guided by the self-psychology championed by Kohut and the Post-Kohutians. How people infected with HIV/AIDS live their lives is a growing concern in China. The book, based on relational psychoanalysis, explores their self-restoration, and more specifically, how adopting an attitude of “dying to live” helps them face tremendous challenges in life. By interviewing selected individuals at a given organization, the author focuses on their life experiences and on corresponding interventional mechanisms. The book’s three most important features are as follows: 1) its application of self-psychology by Heinz Kohut into the context of psychological intervention; 2) a wealth of qualitative data gathered through in-depth interviews; and 3) the author’s self-reflection and analysis. The book offers a valuable guide for graduate students, researchers, and policymakers alike. By interviewing selected individuals at a given organization, the book focuses on the life histories of selected individuals after being diagnosed with AIDS (screening HIV positive) and on corresponding interventional mechanisms. Further, itemploys the self and self-object as key explanatory terms for the necessary psychotherapeutic interventions, and in order to create guidelines that sufficiently reflect the illness and corresponding interventions. Given its scope and focus, the book offers a valuable guide for graduate students, researchers, and policymakers alike. .

Abstract In order to explore the postoperative nursing effect and functional rehabilitation of rotator cuff repair under ultrasound diagnosis, a method of nursing and rehabilitation functional training for athletes' wrist injury under the assistance of microscopic B-ultrasound was proposed. This study retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effect of tendon anastomosis in 237 patients with wrist tendon injury, adopted nursing measures such as health education and functional exercise, and observed its clinical effect. The results showed that after 3-6 months of follow-up, all patients had satisfactory recovery of tendon function. Of these, 132 patients recovered well. 84 patients recovered well. The excellent and good rate of patients was 91%. Ultrasound diagnosis of rotator cuff repair combined with functional exercise promotes good recovery of shoulder joint function in patients.

Abstract Currently, concrete structures have increasingly higher requirements for the shear capacity of beams, and ultrahigh-performance concrete (UHPC) beams are increasingly widely used. To facilitate the design of UHPC beams, this paper constructs a UHPC beam shear strength prediction model. First, static shear tests were conducted on 6 UHPC beam specimens with a length of 2 m and a cross-sectional size of 200 mm × 300 mm to explore the effects of the UHPC strength, shear span ratio, hoop ratio, and steel fiber content on the shear resistance and failure morphology of the UHPC beams. Based on the results of this study and a static load experiment of 102 UHPC beams in the literature, the construction includes the shear span ratio (λ), beam section width (b), beam section height (h), hoop ratio (ρ

Abstract Background/objective: Patients with systemic mastocytosis are at high risk of developing osteoporosis and fractures. Herein, we report a case of hip fragility fracture in a patient with indolent systemic mastocytosis and normal bone density.
Case report: A 48-year-old man experienced a left femoral neck fracture after a fall. After a dose of oxycodone/hydromorphone postoperatively, he developed an anaphylactic reaction. Previously, he experienced a few other episodes of flushing, dizziness, and syncope precipitated by stress and alcohol. His examination was notable for pink and brown macules on his chest, back, arms, and legs. His laboratory test revealed a markedly elevated tryptase level of 171 ng/mL (<11 ng/mL). Treatment including cetirizine, montelukast, and ranitidine controlled his symptoms. His bone density test result was normal. Ten months after hip surgery, his c-terminal telopeptide of collagen type 1 and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase levels significantly increased. The bone scan demonstrated diffusely increased radiotracer uptake throughout the osseous structures. Given high bone turnover and the prior hip fracture, he received zoledronic acid yearly for 3 years, and no further fractures have occurred.
Discussion: The case is unusual as the fracture occurred despite normal bone density and significant osteosclerosis, which was previously considered protective against fractures. Additionally, rather than the spine, the fracture occurred in the hip, which is an uncommon site for mastocytosis-induced fractures.
Conclusion: Mastocytosis is a rare cause of osteoporosis, and it is important to keep this condition in the differential diagnosis of osteoporosis, particularly when the fracture presentation is atypical.

Abstract The nanoconfinement of water can result in dramatic differences in its physical and chemical properties compared to bulk water. However, a detailed molecular-level understanding of these properties is still lacking. Vibrational spectroscopy, such as Raman and infrared, is a popular experimental tool for studying the structure and dynamics of water, and is often complemented by atomistic simulations to interpret experimental spectra, but there have been few theoretical spectroscopy studies of nanoconfined water using first-principles methods at ambient conditions, let alone under extreme pressure-temperature conditions. Here, we compute the Raman and IR spectra of water nanoconfined by graphene at ambient and extreme pressure-temperature conditions using

Abstract In the process of industrial production, manual assembly of workpieces exists with low efficiency and high intensity, and some of the assembly process of the human body has a certain degree of danger. At the same time, traditional machine learning algorithms are difficult to adapt to the complexity of the current industrial field environment; the change in the environment will greatly affect the accuracy of the robot's work. Therefore, this paper proposes a method based on the combination of machine vision and the YOLOv5 deep learning model to obtain the disk porous localization information, after coordinate mapping by the ROS communication control robotic arm work, in order to improve the anti-interference ability of the environment and work efficiency but also reduce the danger to the human body. The system utilizes a camera to collect real-time images of targets in complex environments and, then, trains and processes them for recognition such that coordinate localization information can be obtained. This information is converted into coordinates under the robot coordinate system through hand-eye calibration, and the robot is then controlled to complete multi-hole localization and tracking by means of communication between the upper and lower computers. The results show that there is a high accuracy in the training and testing of the target object, and the control accuracy of the robotic arm is also relatively high. The method has strong anti-interference to the complex environment of industry and exhibits a certain feasibility and effectiveness. It lays a foundation for achieving the automated installation of docking disk workpieces in industrial production and also provides a more favorable choice for the production and installation of the process of screw positioning needs.

Abstract Dark septate endophytes (DSEs) inhabit plant roots and soil in ecosystems and host plants worldwide. DSE colonization is influenced by cultivars, soil factors, and specific habitat conditions. The regular diversity of DSEs in blueberries in Guizhou, China, is still unclear. In this study, four cultivars (Gardenblue, Powderblue, O'Neal, and Legacy) in three areas (Gaopo, Majiang, and Fenggang) in Guizhou were used to identify DSEs by morphological and molecular biological methods and to clarify the relationship between DSE diversity and DSE colonization and soil factors of cultivated blueberries in Guizhou. The DSEs isolated from cultivated blueberry roots in 3 areas in Guizhou Province were different, belonging to 17 genera, and the dominant genera were Penicillium, Phialocephala, and Thozetella. DSEs isolated from Majiang belonged to 12 genera and 16 species, those from Gaopo belonged to 7 genera and 15 species, and those from Fenggang belonged to 5 genera and 7 species. Among the different blueberry varieties, 11 genera were isolated from O'Neal, 12 genera were isolated from Powderblue, 11 genera were isolated from Legacy and 13 genera were isolated from Gardenblue. Coniochaeta is endemic to O'Neal, Chaetomium and Curvularia are endemic to Powderblue, and Thielavia is endemic to Legacy. Correlation analysis showed that DSE diversity was significantly correlated with DSE colonization and soil factors.

Abstract Previous study has indicated that Celastrol (Cel) has various physiological and pharmacological effects, including antibacterial, antioxidant, pro-apoptotic, anticancer and anti-rheumatoid arthritis (RA) effects. However, low water solubility, low oral bioavailability, narrow treatment window, and high incidence of systemic adverse reactions still limit the further clinical application of Cel. Here, aiming at effectively overcome those shortcomings of Cel to boost its beneficial effects for treating RA, we developed the leukosome (LEUKO) coated biomimetic nanoparticles (NPs) for the targeted delivery of Cel to arthritis injury area in RA. LEUKO were synthesized using membrane proteins purified from activated J774 macrophage. LEUKO and Cel-loaded LEUKO (Cel@LEUKO) were characterized using dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. Our results demonstrated that Cel@LEUKO can inhibit the inflammatory response of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced mouse monocyte macrophage leukemia cells (RAW264.7 cells) and human rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts (MH7A) cells through the inhibition of reactive oxygen species (ROS)-NF-κB pathway. In addition, research has shown that LEUKO effectively targets and transports Cel to the inflammatory site of RA, increased drug concentration in affected areas, reduced systemic toxicity of Cel, and reduced clinical symptoms, inflammatory infiltration, bone erosion, and serum inflammatory factors in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rats.

Abstract Purpose: We aimed to evaluate the effect of voice training in patients with head and neck cancer who were undergoing radiotherapy.
Method: This study used a randomized controlled trial design. IBM SPSS 26.0 was used to randomly divide 74 patients into a control group and an experimental group. The control group followed a swallowing exercises program, and the experimental group additionally received ABCLOVE voice training. Both training programs continued throughout the entire radiotherapy cycle. We compared standardized swallowing assessment (SSA), maximum phonation time (MPT), the Voice Handicap Index-10, and incidence of complications such as difficulty opening the mouth, malnutrition, and aspiration between the two groups at T1 (0 radiotherapy sessions, before radiotherapy), T2 (15-16 radiotherapy sessions, middle of radiotherapy), and T3 (30-32 radiotherapy sessions, end of radiotherapy).
Results: 70 participants completed this study. Swallowing function and MPT intergroup and interaction effects were statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). At the end of radiotherapy (T3), the SSA score (20.77 ± 1.96) and MPT (10.98 ± 1.75) s in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group (SSA: 22.06 ± 2.38 and MPT: 9.49±1.41 s), with statistical significance (P<0.05). Moreover, the incidence of malnutrition and aspiration in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Voice training can improve swallowing function and MPT and reduce complications related to swallowing disorders in patients with head and neck cancer.
