    Abstract The article analyzes the sources of the development of specific mechanisms, assessing the future problems of regional agro-industry development. Agro-industry as a production facility forms a complex system. In this case, as the main elements, it is suggested that the criterion of non-loss of characteristics as a result of processing information about these elements is primary. It is justified that the information system of the Big Data type, the models that describe the laws, the mechanism that enables the improvement of the models, and the algorithms that activate the mechanism are of particular importance as these sources. Researchers estimate that the mechanism that allows for the improvement of system research models is artificial intelligence, and the main problem here is the obstacles in the development of algorithms that determine the trajectory of its activity. These obstacles are explained by the complexity of the system, the lack of sufficient information to assess the importance levels of its elements, low accuracy, and the fact that the level of importance is presented differently in different sources. Taking into account that agro-industry is a complex enough system, the need to research the laws of this network requires a big data type information system, and algorithms for using artificial intelligence-based mechanisms are proposed.

    Abstract The protective black-saksaul pasture strips in the southern Central Asian deserts apparently increase the relative humidity, change the air and soil temperature regimes, reduce the wind speed, and prevent the melting of snow and the drying out of soils. Therefore, there are more favorable hydrothermal conditions for the growth and development of native wormwood ephemeral plant within the strip and the adjacent pastures lands. The plant species composition in the black-saksaul strip becomes more diverse; the ephemeral grass density is higher than that on the open pastures. The productive function of the black-saksaul strips includes two components: the production of black saksaul–fodder mass and the production of natural wormwood ephemeral pastures in the zone of the effects of positive environmental modification by the black-saksalul strips. Rational use of the black-saksaul pasture strips should involve pasture grazing twice a year: in spring, the sheep should graze on ephemera; the second grazing season on black saksaul (assimilated shoots and seeds) is in the autumn–winter period.

    Abstract The relevance of the study is due to the contradiction between the mass transition of the Russian system of higher education to the distance learning format and the insufficient willingness of participants in the educational process to work under the new requirements caused by the COVID 19 pandemic. Teachers, students and administrators of higher educational institutions in Russia have encountered a number of difficulties. Their analysis will highlight the objective and subjective factors of their occurrence and develop recommendations for the further organization of distance learning in its combination with the traditional format. The purpose of the study was to analyze the modern work experience in the remote format of one of the leading Russian universities – Kazan Federal University. On this basis, the article analyzes successes and problems of this process, shows the contradictions between traditional and distance learning, considers the main models of educational organization that involve traditional and remote learning formats using distance educational technologies. It is concluded that in the system of basic formal education at all levels and areas of training, distance learning can be considered as a form that complements and strengthens the social, pedagogical, organizational, psychological, and didactic potential of the traditional (face-to-face) educational format.The work comprehensively used the methods of theoretical (analysis, synthesis, systematization, comparison, etc.) and empirical (study of literature, conversation, questioning, observation) research.

    Актуальность исследования обусловлена противоречием между массовым переходом российской системы высшего образования на дистанционный формат обучения и недостаточной готовностью участников образовательного процесса к работе в условиях новых требований, вызванных пандемией COVID-19. Преподаватели, студенты и администраторы высших учебных заведений в России столкнулись с целым рядом трудностей, анализ которых позволит выделить объективные и субъективные факторы их возникновения и разработать рекомендации по дальнейшей организации удалённого обучения в его сочетании с традиционным форматом. Цель исследования заключалась в анализе современного опыта работы в дистанционном формате на примере одного из ведущих российских университетов – Казанского федерального университета. Проанализированы успехи и проблемы этого процесса, показаны противоречия между традиционной и дистанционной формами обучения, рассмотрены основные модели организации обучения, предполагающие традиционные и удалённые форматы обучения с применением дистанционных образовательных технологий. Сделан вывод о том, что в системе базового формального образования всех уровней и направлений подготовки дистанционное обучение может рассматриваться как форма, дополняющая и усиливающая социально-педагогический, организационный, психолого-дидактический потенциал традиционного («лицом к лицу») формата получения образования.В работе комплексно использовались методы теоретического (анализ, синтез, систематизация, сравнение и др.) и эмпирического (изучение литературы, беседа, анкетирование, наблюдение) исследования.
