Abstract Sentiment analysis holds great importance within the domain of natural language processing as it examines both the expressed and underlying emotions conveyed through review content. Furthermore, researchers have discovered that relying solely on the overall sentiment derived from the textual content is inadequate. Consequently, sentiment analysis was developed to extract nuanced expressions from textual information. One of the challenges in this field is effectively extracting emotional elements using multi-label data that covers various aspects. This article presents a novel approach called the Ensemble of DenseNet based on Aquila Optimizer (EDAO). EDAO is specifically designed to enhance the precision and diversity of multi-label learners. Unlike traditional multi-label methods, EDAO strongly emphasizes improving model diversity and accuracy in multi-label scenarios. To evaluate the effectiveness of our approach, we conducted experiments on seven distinct datasets, including emotions, hotels, movies, proteins, automobiles, medical, news, and birds. Our initial strategy involves establishing a preprocessing mechanism to obtain precise and refined data. Subsequently, we used the Vader tool with Bag of Words (BoW) for feature extraction. In the third stage, we created word associations using the word2vec method. The improved data were also used to train and test the DenseNet model, which was fine-tuned using the Aquila Optimizer (AO). On the news, emotion, auto, bird, movie, hotel, protein, and medical datasets, utilizing the aspect-based multi-labeling technique, we achieved accuracy rates of 95%, 97%, and 96%, respectively, with DenseNet-AO. Our proposed model demonstrates that EDAO outperforms other standard methods across various multi-label datasets with different dimensions. The implemented strategy has been rigorously validated through experimental results, showcasing its effectiveness compared to existing benchmark approaches.

Abstract Objective: To assess the patency of tunnel dialysis catheters and their results in patients in a tertiary care setting. Method: The retrospective-prospective, observational study was conducted at the Department of Interventional Radiology, Liaquat National Hospital, Karachi, from September 2021 to February 2022, and comprised records of patients who underwent tunnel dialysis catheters placement from July 2019 to December 2020. Data regarding age, gender, residence, comorbidity, catheter placement site, use of antibiotics before catheter insertion, reasons for catheter removal, and total catheter days was retrieved from the medical record. Data was analysed using STATA 14. Results: Of the 134 patients, 74(56.9%) were males and 56(43.1) were females. The overall median age was 65 years (interquartile range: 56.75-70.25 years). Catheters were electively removed in 97(72.4%) patients, while in 19(14.2%), 16(11.9%) and 2(1.5%) cases, catheters were removed due to infections, blockage and physical damage, respectively. Mortality due to catheter-related complications was not found. Incidence per 10,000 catheter days of overall infection, bacteraemia and other infections during one year was 8.4, 5.3 and 3.1, respectively. Overall infection-free survival rate was seen for 19 patients (survival rate=67.6%). Survival rate from catheter removal was seen in 36 patients (survival rate=53.2%). Conclusion: When all precautions were followed to circumvent catheter-related issues, tunnel dialysis catheters were found to be a viable option for haemodialysis until permanent access for dialysis is gained or a kidney transplant is performed. Key Words: Tunnel dialysis catheter, End-stage kidney disease, Chronic kidney disease, Interventional radiology.

Abstract Land registration authorities are frequently held accountable for the alleged mismanagement and manipulation of land records in various countries. Pakistan’s property records are especially vulnerable to falsification and corruption because of the country’s poverty. Different parties therefore claim varying degrees of authority over a specific piece of land. Given the fact that this data has been consolidated, it has become significantly more vulnerable to security threats. The goal of decentralized system research has been to increase the reliability of these systems. In order to fix the flaws of centralized systems, blockchain-based decentralized systems are currently in development. By using significant land record registration models as the basis for this research, we hope to create a proof-of-concept system or framework for future use. Pakistan’s land registration agency will benefit from our proposed conceptual framework. For the Pakistani government to implement a decentralized land record registry system, we propose a conceptual framework that outlines the essential components.

Abstract In the struggle against population aging, chronic diseases, and a lack of medical facilities, the emergence of Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) technology has ushered in optimism. WBANs use a variety of wearable and implanted biosensor nodes to constantly monitor physiological parameters such as oxygen saturation (SpO2), electrocardiogram (ECG), electromyography (EMG), electroencephalogram (EEG), blood pressure, respiration rate, body temperature, and pulse rate. Importantly, these vital signs are communicated to a doctor over a public network, who can diagnose ailments remotely and efficiently. Among these communications, the security and privacy of patients are the prime concerns while transferring data over an open wireless channel from biosensor nodes to a Medical Server (MS) through a Base Station (BS) for efficient medical diagnosis. Finding an effective security strategy for patients which rely on WBANs to monitor their health information is a huge challenge due to the confined nature of the WBANs environment. To tackle the above challenges, in this research, a new, efficient, and secure healthcare-enabled software-defined WBANs architecture based on Schnorr signcryption and Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptography (HECC) is suggested in which the SDN technology is integrated into WBANs. By separating the control and data planes in an efferent manner, SDN technology allows you to control and manage the network in a programmable manner. The main features of SDN, such as its programmability, flexibility, and centralized control, make it a simple and scalable network. In this research, first, a Software-Defined Wireless Body Area Networks (SD-WBANs) architecture has been designed, and then a lightweight Schnorr signcryption with Hyperelliptic Curve Cryptography (HECC) has been proposed to preserve sensitive patient data security during transmission on public networks. Moreover, a well-known Multicriteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approach known as Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) is also ...

Abstract In body sensor networks, both wearable and implantable biosensors are deployed in a patient body to monitor and collect patient health record information. The health record information is then transmitted toward the medical server via a base station for analysis, diagnosis, and treatment by medical experts. Advancement in wireless technology although improves the patient health–monitoring mechanism, but still there are some limitations regarding security, privacy, and efficiency due to open wireless channel and limited resources of body sensor networks. To overcome these limitations, we have proposed an efficient and secure heterogeneous scheme for body sensor networks, in which biosensor nodes use a certificate-less cryptography environment to resolve the key escrow and certificate-management problems, while MS uses a public key infrastructure environment to enhance the scalability of the networks. Furthermore, we design an online/offline signcryption method to overcome the burden on biosensor nodes. We split the signcryption process into two phases: offline phase and online phase. In the offline phase, the major operations are computed without prior knowledge of patient data. While in online phase, the minor operations are computed when patient data are known. Besides, we have used a new hybrid blockchain technology approach for the secure transmission of patient information along with attributes stored in the medical server toward the cloud that provides ease of patient data access remotely from anywhere by the authorized users and data backup in case of medical server failure. Moreover, hybrid blockchain provides advantages of interoperability, transparency traceability, and universal access. The formal security analysis of the proposed scheme is proved in the standard model, and informal security assures that our scheme provides resistance against possible attacks. As compared to other existing schemes, our proposed scheme consumes fewer resources and efficient in terms of processing cost, transmission overhead, and energy consumption.

Abstract Version control is an important component of configuration management, and most enterprise-level software uses different tools and technologies to manage the software version control such as CVS, Subversion, or Perforce. Following the success of bitcoin, the first practical application of blockchain, it is being implemented in other fields such as healthcare, supply chains, financial management, real estate, electoral systems, and so on. Blockchain’s core features include decentralization, immutability, and interminability. Most version control repositories are centralized and can be modified by external sources, implying that they are in danger of being corrupted or controlled. In this study, we present the BDA-SCV architecture for implementing a version control system in blockchain technology. Our proposed approach would replace the necessity for a centralized system, with a decentralized approach implemented in the blockchain using distributed file storage, for which we will use the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), which is a distributed file system. The proof of authority (PoA) consensus algorithm will be used to approve the developer communicating modifications to the private blockchain network; the authority will only provide permission and will not be able to add, edit, or delete code files. For each change, a ledger block will be created with a reference to the file stored in the distributed repository. A block cannot be manipulated once it has been created. Smart contracts will be used to register developers, create blocks, and manage the repository. The suggested model is implemented using the Hyperledger Fabric network, and the developer and authorizer ends are built into the dotnet web application.

Abstract Cryptography and associated technologies have existed for a long time. This field is advancing at a remarkable speed. Since the inception of its initial application, blockchain has come a long way. Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency based on blockchain, also known as distributed ledger technology (DLT). The most well-known cryptocurrency for everyday use is Bitcoin, which debuted in 2008. Its success ushered in a digital revolution, and it currently provides security, decentralization, and a reliable data transport and storage mechanism to various industries and companies. Governments and developing enterprises seeking a competitive edge have expressed interest in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies due to the rapid growth of this recent technology. For computer experts and individuals looking for a method to supplement their income, cryptocurrency mining has become a big source of anxiety. Mining is a way of resolving mathematical problems based on the processing capacity and speed of the computers employed to solve them in return for the digital currency incentives. Herein, we have illustrated benefits of utilizing GPUs (graphical processing units) for cryptocurrency mining and compare two methods, namely overclocking and undervolting, which are the superior techniques when it comes to GPU optimization. The techniques we have used in this paper will not only help the miners to gain profits while mining cryptocurrency but also solve a major flaw; in order to mitigate the energy and resources that are consumed by the mining hardware, we have designed the mining hardware to simultaneously run longer and consume much less electricity. We have also compared our techniques with other popular techniques that are already in existence with respect to GPU mining.
