    Abstract Following the publication of the article, the authors drew to the Editor's attention that, in Fig. 4D on p. 7, the data correctly shown to represent the E‑cadherin bands for the "NOZ" experiment had inadvertently been used to show the Vimentin bands. However, the authors retained their original data, and the corrected version of Fig. 4, now showing the correct data for the Vimentin bands in Fig. 4D for the "NOZ" experiment, is shown on the next page. Note that this error did not grossly affect either the results or the conclusions reported in this work.     Abstract Background: In 2009, the Chinese government incorporated severe mental disorders into the central subsidized local health funding project for the effective management, treatment, and reintegration of patients with severe mental disorders from hospitals into the community (Project 686). The conditions that were classified as 'severe' by this project included: schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders, paranoid disorders, bipolar disorders, mental disorders caused by epilepsy, and mental retardation accompanying mental disorders. Patients in rural communities received better care after project implementation, of which 62.91% were farmers.
    Objective: This paper attempts to investigate the complex impact of Project 686 on the levels of rehabilitation of patients by their families.
    Methods: The last follow-up visit of the community psychiatrists in city H in 2020 was used as the time point. Finally, 174 samples were used in the analysis model. The type of kinship between family caregivers and patients with mental disorders was operationalized according to the information provided under the 'primary caregiver' item within the basic information section of the follow-up form. The software Stata15 was used to perform descriptive statistics, baseline regression model analysis, and a robustness test on the types of kinship identified and patients' recovery.
    Results: The types of kinship, current symptoms, and medication use all affected patients' recovery, were found to have regression coefficients of -0.148, -1.756, and 0.902, respectively. Parents of patients with mental disorders remain in the caregiver category with the largest proportion. Community acceptance of patients is high; current symptoms, medication use, and types of caregiver-patient relationships influence patients' recovery levels.
    Conclusions and discussion: Project 686 has solved some of the rehabilitation and living difficulties of patients with mental disorders in rural communities. The types of kinship between family caregivers and patients with mental disorders in rural communities affect patients' rehabilitation levels. Patients' current symptoms and medication use can effectively moderate the impact of kinship type on patients' recovery in terms of complete self-knowledge, productive work, and life and good social relationships. It is necessary for mental illness prevention-treatment organizations to establish supplemental, replacement, and substitution mechanisms for the life and rehabilitation of patients with mental disorders in rural communities. Furthermore, the sense of reward and concern for family caregivers should be actively enhanced, and greater scientific use of the rehabilitation function of the 'family care + village doctor management' model should be made.

    Abstract Since the Olympic Agenda 2020, legacy has been widely used as a justification for hosting the Olympic Games, through which sustainable development can be achieved for both events and host cities. To date, no universal definition of legacy has been established, which presents challenges for legacy-related international knowledge transfer among host cities. To address this gap, a multilingual systematic review of the literature regarding the concept of legacy was conducted in French, Japanese, Chinese, and English. Using English literature as a baseline, points of convergence and divergence among the languages were identified. While all four languages value the concept of legacy as an important facet of mega-events, significant differences were found within each language. This finding highlights the importance of strategies that align different cultures when promoting sustainable development of some global movements such as the Olympic legacy. Sport management is replete with international topics, such as international events and sport for development, and each topic is studied simultaneously in several languages and with potentially differing frameworks and perspectives. Thus, literature reviews that examine the English literature, exclusively, are innately limited in scope. The development of partnerships and resources that facilitate cross-lingual and cross-cultural consultation and collaboration is an important research agenda. More research is needed on knowledge translation across languages.

    Abstract Nighttime light (NTL) remote sensing data can effectively reveal human activities in urban development. It has received extensive attention in recent years, owing to its advantages in monitoring urban socio-economic activities. Due to the coarse spatial resolution and blooming effect, few studies can explain the factors influencing NTL variations at a fine scale. This study explores the relationships between Luojia 1-01 NTL intensity and urban surface features at the pixel level. The Spatial Durbin model is used to measure the contributions of different urban surface features (represented by Points-of-interest (POIs), roads, water body and vegetation) to NTL intensity. The contributions of different urban surface features to NTL intensity and the Pixel Blooming Effect (PIBE) are effectively separated by direct effect and indirect effect (pseudo-R 2 = 0.915; Pearson correlation = 0.774; Moran’s I = 0.014). The results show that the contributions of different urban surface features to NTL intensity and PIBE are significantly different. Roads and transportation facilities are major contributors to NTL intensity and PIBE. The contribution of commercial area is much lower than that of roads in terms of PIBE. The inhibitory effect of water body is weaker than that of vegetation in terms of NTL intensity and PIBE. For each urban surface feature, the direct contribution to NTL intensity is far less than the indirect contribution (PIBE of total neighbors), but greater than the marginal indirect effect (PIBE of each neighbor). The method proposed in this study is expected to provide a reference for explaining the composition and blooming effect of NTL, as well as the application of NTL data in the urban interior.

    Abstract The extraction and classification of crops is the core issue of agricultural remote sensing. The precise classification of crop types is of great significance to the monitoring and evaluation of crops planting area, growth, and yield. Based on the Google Earth Engine and Google Colab cloud platform, this study takes the typical agricultural oasis area of Xiangride Town, Qinghai Province, as an example. It compares traditional machine learning (random forest, RF), object-oriented classification (object-oriented, OO), and deep neural networks (DNN), which proposes a random forest combined with deep neural network (RF+DNN) classification framework. In this study, the spatial characteristics of band information, vegetation index, and polarization of main crops in the study area were constructed using Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 data. The temporal characteristics of crops phenology and growth state were analyzed using the curve curvature method, and the data were screened in time and space. By comparing and analyzing the accuracy of the four classification methods, the advantages of RF+DNN model and its application value in crops classification were illustrated. The results showed that for the crops in the study area during the period of good growth and development, a better crop classification result could be obtained using RF+DNN classification method, whose model accuracy, training, and predict time spent were better than that of using DNN alone. The overall accuracy and Kappa coefficient of classification were 0.98 and 0.97, respectively. It is also higher than the classification accuracy of random forest (OA = 0.87, Kappa = 0.82), object oriented (OA = 0.78, Kappa = 0.70) and deep neural network (OA = 0.93, Kappa = 0.90). The scalable and simple classification method proposed in this paper gives full play to the advantages of cloud platform in data and operation, and the traditional machine learning combined with deep learning can effectively improve the classification accuracy.     Abstract Circular RNAs (circRNAs) play important roles in the self-renewal of stem cells. However, their significance and regulatory mechanisms in female germline stem cells (FGSCs) are largely unknown. Here, we identified an N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-modified circRNA, circGFRα1, which is highly abundant in mouse ovary and stage-specifically expressed in mouse FGSC development. Knockdown of circGFRα1 in FGSCs significantly reduced their self-renewal. In contrast, overexpression of circGFRα1 enhanced FGSC self-renewal. Mechanistically, circGFRα1 promotes FGSC self-renewal by acting as a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) that sponges miR-449, leading to enhanced GFRα1 expression and activation of the glial cell derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) signaling pathway. Furthermore, circGFRα1 acts as a ceRNA based on METTL14-mediated cytoplasmic export through the GGACU motif. Our study should help to understand the mechanisms regulating germ cell development, add new evidence on the mechanism of action of circRNA, and deepen our understanding of the development of FGSCs.

    Abstract Abstract Filter banks on spectrums play an important role in many audio applications. Traditionally, the filters are linearly distributed on perceptual frequency scale such as Mel scale. To make the output smoother, these filters are often placed so that they overlap with each other. However, fixed-parameter filters are usually in the context of psychoacoustic experiments and selected experimentally. To make filter banks discriminative, the authors use a neural network structure to learn the frequency center, bandwidth, gain, and shape of the filters adaptively when filter banks are used as a feature extractor. This paper investigates several different constraints on discriminative frequency filter banks and the dual spectrum reconstruction problem. Experiments on audio source separation and audio scene classification tasks show performance improvements of the proposed filter banks when compared with traditional fixed-parameter triangular or gaussian filters on Mel scale. The classification errors on LITIS ROUEN dataset and DCASE2016 dataset are reduced by 13.9% and 4.6% relatively.

    Abstract AbstractObjective This study aimed to summarize the current evidence regarding the feasibility of robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) in men aged over 75 years.Method A comprehensive search of four electronic databases (China National Knowledge Infrastructure, PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library) was performed to identify eligible comparative studies as of April 2022. Parameters, including perioperative results and oncological and functional outcomes, were evaluated.Results Seven articles with 7575 patients undergoing RARP were included in this study. Patients with prostate cancer were grouped by age ≥ 75 years versus < 75 years. Our results demonstrated that compared with the older group, the younger group had better potency (p < .00001). However, there were no significant differences in operation time (p = .29), estimated blood loss (p = .13), length of hospital stay (p = .48), complications (p = .22), continence (p = .21), positive surgical margin (p = .28), and biochemical recurrence (p = .74) between the groups.Conclusion Our study revealed that the perioperative, oncological, and functional outcomes in men aged over 75 years undergoing RARP were not significantly different from those of their younger counterparts. RARP is feasible in men aged over 75 years.
