Abstract Due to the popularity of high-performance cameras and the development of computer video pattern recognition technology, intelligent video monitoring technology is widely used in all aspects of social life. It mainly includes the following: industrial control system uses video monitoring technology for remote monitoring and comprehensive monitoring; in addition, intelligent video monitoring technology is also widely used in the agricultural field, for example, farm administrators can view the activities of animals in real time through smart phones, and agricultural experts can predict future weather changes according to the growth of crops. In the implementation of intelligent monitoring system, automatic detection of vehicles in images is an important topic. The construction of China’s Intelligent Transportation System started late, especially in video traffic detection. Although there are many related studies on video traffic detection algorithms, these algorithms usually only analyze and process information from a single sensor. This article describes the application of the single-shot detector (SSD) network algorithm in a panoramic video image vehicle detection system. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effectiveness of the SSD network algorithm in a panoramic video image vehicle detection system. The experimental results show that the detection accuracy of a single convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm is only 0.7554, the recall rate is 0.9052, and the comprehensive detection accuracy is 0.8235. The detection accuracy of SSD network algorithm is 0.8720, recall rate is 0.9397, and the comprehensive detection accuracy is 0.9046, which is higher than that of single CNN algorithm. Thus, the proposed SSD network algorithm is compared with a single convolution network algorithm. It is more suitable for vehicle detection, and it plays an important role in panoramic video image vehicle detection.

Abstract Endometritis is a sort of general reproductive disease, which can lead to infertility in both humans and animals. Escherichia coli (E. coli) is recognised as the main bacterial etiology of endometritis among livestock and causes huge economic losses to dairy farming industry. Antibiotics are frequently used in the clinical treatment of endometritis; nevertheless, long-term use may result in adverse effects, including bacterial resistance and food safety concerns. TSAIII, one of the active pharmacological components of A. asphodeloides, has exhibited multiple biological activities, including anticancer, anti-angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory properties. However, the protective effects of TSAIII in E. coli-challenged endometritis remain unclear. This study aimed to clarify the role of TSAIII in E. coli-induced endometritis in mice and elucidate its specific molecular mechanisms. In the present research, TSAIII treatment markedly alleviated the E. coli-induced uterine histopathological injury, and decreased myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity and pro-inflammatory cytokines levels in uterine tissue. Our results further demonstrated that TSAIII improved uterine epithelial barrier function by restoring the expressions of tight junction proteins. Furthermore, TSAIII administration noticeably suppressed the activation of the TLR4/NF-κB pathway and the NLRP3 inflammasome. Importantly, we found that TSAIII could regulate the uterine microbiota structure and composition in E. coli-induced mouse endometritis. In conclusion, these data demonstrate that treatment with TSAIII protects against E. coli-induced endometritis via modulating uterine microbiota composition, inhibiting TLR4/NF-κB pathway and NLRP3 inflammasome activation, in addition to improving uterine epithelial barrier function. Therefore, the results of this study provide a new therapeutic to potentially prevent endometritis.

Abstract Background: The lack of effective understanding of the pain mechanism of McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS) has made the treatment of pain in this disease a difficult clinical challenge, and new therapeutic targets are urgently needed to address this dilemma.
Objective: This paper summarizes the novel mechanisms, targets, and treatments that may produce pain in MAS and fibrous dysplasia (polyfibrous dysplasia, or FD).
Methods: We conducted a systematic search in the PubMed database, Web of Science, China Knowledge Network (CNKI) with the following keywords: "McCune-Albright syndrome (MAS); polyfibrous dysplasia (FD); bone pain; bone remodeling; G protein coupled receptors; GDNF family receptors; purinergic receptors and glycogen synthase kinase", as well as other keywords were systematically searched. Papers published between January 2018 and May 2023 were selected for finding. Initial screening was performed by reading the titles and abstracts, and available literature was screened against the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
Results: In this review, we systematically analyzed the cutting-edge advances in this disease, synthesized the findings, and discussed the differences. With regard to the complete mechanistic understanding of the pain condition in FD/MAS, in particular, we collated new findings on new pathways, neurotrophic factor receptors, purinergic receptors, interferon-stimulating factors, potassium channels, protein kinases, and corresponding hormonal modulation and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
Conclusion: This paper focuses on basic research to explore FD/MAS pain mechanisms. New nonneuronal and molecular mechanisms, mechanically loaded responsive neurons, and new targets for potential clinical interventions are future research directions, and a large number of animal experiments, tissue engineering techniques, and clinical trials are still needed to verify the effectiveness of the targets in the future.

Abstract Previous studies on the impact of cognitive load on time preference has led to conflicting results. However, these studies either failed to consider response randomness while analyzing behavioral data or involved a defective control level for a clear conclusion regarding the impacts of cognitive load. With two experiments using an adaptive approach to generating appropriate individual-specific stimuli and an additional, preregistered partial replication study, the current research provided consistent evidence that imposing cognitive load with a 2-back auditory memory task would produce simultaneously more patient and more random intertemporal choices. The finding of changed time preference was at odds with the dual-process account thereof but provided clear support for the role of reduced time sensitivity in intertemporal choices under cognitive load. Results of relevant model comparison did not support an account built upon more usage of heuristic strategies under cognitive load, either. Future research could examine boundary conditions for the dual-process and time-sensitivity accounts of time preference such as task features and individual characteristics that moderate the impact of cognitive load on time preference.

Abstract With the rapid spread of epidemic situation, how to quickly analyze health risk factors has become a major challenge in the current public health field. The development of natural language processing (NLP) technology allows us to quickly capture the details of dealing with unknown health risks from massive data. This study uses official case reports on the Chinese Internet since the outbreak of Delta to analyze, and tries to use NLP technology to quickly analyze relevant health risk factors. This research attempts to use NLP-related technologies to interpret the main health risks before the goal, and to provide research methods and ideas for future response to unknown health challenges. This study found that it is difficult for non-public health professionals to understand the health risk factors interpreted by NLP. At present, the use of NLP to analyze cases related to health threats is not practical, and its role is mainly reflected in improving the efficiency of large-scale data analysis and decision support.

Abstract This study is to test the technologies related to natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis to solve the problem of symptom analysis and symptomatic treatment for healthcare workers and patients after large-scale outbreaks of infectious diseases. Using the keyword extraction tool based on NLP technology combined with text analysis, the symptom description of the infected population obtained from the questionnaire survey was analyzed, and the efficacy of the symptomatic treatment drug was analyzed, and finally a pre-experimental system of online symptomatic treatment support drug selection system was produced. Through natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis of the symptoms of infected people, we found that high-frequency symptoms were mainly reflected in: nasal congestion, sore throat, fever and other high-frequency keywords, and through the analysis of alternative drug libraries, we also found that the drugs were mainly concentrated in: cold medicines, antipyretic drugs, and traditional Chinese medicines. In the early stage of infectious disease outbreak, it is difficult to use the existing drug library to make a prompt system under the premise of insufficient data collection, and a relatively complete symptomatic treatment support medication system can be formed after accumulating certain samples.
