    Abstract ABSTRACT Introduction: Brief introduction: Ankle tendon and ligament sports injuries are common in football players. Objective: To continue to improve special strength training related to the characteristics of football after rehabilitation of injured ankle tendons and ligaments. Methods: Two master football sportsmen were rehabilitated by multi-point equal-length, short-arc and long-arc equal-speed training combined with balance ability exercises. Results: There were two long muscle L be maintain muscle tone plantar flexors force four times of 96 n/m, n/m 121, 140 n/m, 145 n/m than back flexors force of 63 n/m, 52 n/m, 60 n/m, 74 n/m tall. Plantar flexor fatigue was 57%, 30%, 29%, 12%, 28%, 18%, 20%, 21%. Conclusions: With the passing of time, the relative peak moment value of the right ankle plantar flexor muscle group of the two patients kept rising, the dorsiflexor muscle was basically flat, and the work fatigue index decreased step by step, indicating that the right ankle muscle strength level was significantly improved, the anti-fatigue ability was improved, and the rehabilitation treatment had a good effect.     Abstract Background. With the development of the Internet, people are facing greater pressure. People in modern society are facing the threat of mental illness. For people with poor mental health, it is necessary to take an appropriate psychological intervention. Nanxian dihuagu is not only a form of folk dance but also a collection of local people’s artistic wisdom. Now, Nanxian dihuagu artists use network media to record it. Objective. Introduce the cultural connotation and value function of dihuagu dance in Mingnan county. Methods. In this paper, literature and field survey methods, according to the logical analysis method of dance point of view, a detailed analysis of multiculture, from the perspective of comprehensive academic research methods, explore the value and cultural significance of dance. Results. The Internet has promoted the exchange of local art and culture, and the effective communication has been formed under the promotion of network media. But the Internet age has also led to some problems, and psychological intervention can effectively improve the psychological problems caused by the network. Conclusions. In this paper, the research process is not limited to the dance itself, at the same time, starting from the local folk customs, focusing on the analysis of the significance and value function of dance culture, which provides a reference for the development and optimization of folk customs. And through the analysis of Nanxian dihuagu, we can know more about the national culture and promote the development of Chinese national culture.

    Abstract With the advent of Industry 4.0, economic development has become a rapid information age. The content of macroeconomic forecast is very extensive, and the existence of big data technology can provide the government with multilevel, diversified, and complete information and comprehensively process, integrate, summarize, and classify these pieces of information. This paper forecasts the CPI value in the next 12 months according to the CPI in China in the recent 20 years. Compared with the traditional forecasting methods, the forecasting results have higher accuracy and timeliness. At the same time, the trend of growth rate of industrial value-added is analyzed, and the experiments on MAE and RMSE show that the method proposed in this paper has obvious advantages. It also analyzes the disadvantages of traditional psychological decision-making behavior analysis, introduces the development status and advantages of big data-driven psychological decision-making behavior analysis, and opens up new research ideas for psychological decision-making analysis.

    Abstract Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common primary liver tumor, which seriously threatens human health. CircTNPO3 was up‐regulated in HCC tissues. However, the regulatory mechanism of circTNPO3 in HCC was still unclear. We aimed to investigate the circTNPO3 function in the development of HCC. qRT‐PCR and Western blot examined gene and protein levels. CCK8, EdU, flow cytometry, and Transwell assays were used to detect cell viability, proliferation, apoptosis, and invasion abilities. Dual‐luciferase reporter and RIP assays determined the relationship between circTNPO3, miR‐199b‐5p, and striatin (STRN). The effect of CircTNPO3 on HCC progress was investigated in vivo. CircTNPO3 and STRN were significantly increased, while miR‐199b‐5p was repressed in HCC tissues or cells. Afterward, miR‐199b‐5p was negatively correlated with STRN. circTNPO3 was positively correlated with STRN. Knockdown of circTNPO3 inhibited cell viability, proliferation, invasion, and promoted apoptosis, while circTNPO3 overexpression had the opposite results. Furthermore, miR‐199b‐5p inhibition could eliminate the regulatory effect of sh‐circTNPO3 on the proliferation and apoptosis in HCC cells. CircTNPO3 positively regulated STRN expression by targeting miR‐199b‐5p. MiR‐199b‐5p suppressed HCC progression by inhibiting STRN expression. Tumor formation in nude mice showed that knockdown of circTNPO3 significantly inhibited tumor growth and suppressed ki‐67 levels. CircTNPO3 promoted HCC progression through regulating STRN expression by sponging miR‐199b‐5p, which provided a strategy for HCC treatment.

    Abstract Leucyl-aminopeptidase (LAP), an important metallopeptidase, hydrolyses amino acid residues from the N-terminus of polypeptides and proteins, acting preferentially on the peptide bond formed by N-terminus leucine. A new leucyl-aminopeptidase was found in Bacillus cereus CZ . Its gene ( bclap ) contained a 1485 bp ORF encoding 494 amino acids with a molecular weight of 54 kDa. The bcLAP protein was successfully expressed in E. coli BL21(DE3). Optimal activity is obtained at pH 9.0 and 58 °C. The bcLAP displays a moderate thermostability and an alkaline pH adaptation range. Enzymatic activity is dramatically enhanced by Ni 2+ . EDTA significantly inhibits the enzymatic activity, and bestatin and SDS also show strong inhibition. The three-dimensional model of bcLAP monomer and homohexamer is simulated byPHYRE2 server and SWISS-MODEL server. The docking of bestatin, Leu-Trp, Asp-Trp and Ala-Ala-Gly to bcLAP is performed using AutoDock4.2.5, respectively. Molecular docking results show that the residues Lys260, Asp265, Lys272, Asp283, Asp342, Glu344, Arg346, Gly372 and His437 are involved in the hydrogen bonding with the ligands and zinc ions. There may be two nucleophilic catalytic mechanisms in bcLAP, one involving His 437 or Arg346 and the other involving His437 and Arg346. The bcLAP can hydrolyse the peptide bonds in Leu-Trp, Asp-Trp and Ala-Ala-Gly.

    Abstract Abstract This study explored the developmental trajectories of L2 Lexical-semantic networks by comparing the structure of lexical-semantic networks of Chinese EFL learners at two levels of English: intermediate and advanced. Analyses of data from semantic fluency tasks found that with the improvement of language proficiency, the L2 lexical-semantic network becomes more connected but less centralized. Analyses of community structure revealed that the lexical-semantic network of advanced learners has denser clusters than that of intermediate learners. Examination of individual words in the L2 lexical-semantic network shows that words tend to reorganize themselves with the expanse of the network. In this process, more frequent and connected words tend to remain in the network as central words while less frequent words with fewer connections have the risk of being lost, although a large number of new words keep joining in the network. The results provide empirical evidence for the preferential attachment model of lexical-semantic network growth.

    Abstract Background: In the pursuit of causal insights into neural circuit functionality, various interventions, including electrical, genetic, and pharmacological approaches, have been applied over recent decades. This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric perspective to explore the field of neural circuits. Methods: Reviews and articles on neural circuits were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database on Apr. 12, 2023. In this article, co-authorship analysis, co-occurrence analysis, citation analysis, bibliographic analysis, and co-citation analysis were used to clarify the authors, journals, institutions, countries, topics, and internal associations between them. Results: More than 2000 organizations from 52 different countries published 3975 articles in the field of “neural circuit” were used to analysis. Luo liqun emerged as the most prolific author, and Deisseroth Karl garners the highest co-citations (3643). The Journal of Neuroscience leaded in publications, while Nature toped in citations. Chinese Academy of Science recorded the highest article count institutionally, with Stanford University ranking first with 14,350 citations. Since 2020, neurodynamic, anxiety-related mechanisms, and GABAergic neurons have gained prominence, shaping the trajectory of neural circuitry research. Conclusions: Our investigation has discerned a paradigmatic reorientation towards neurodynamic processes, anxiety-related mechanisms, and GABAergic neurons within the domain of neural circuit research. This identification intimates a prospective trajectory for the field. In the future, it is imperative for research endeavors to accord priority to the translational application of these discernments, with the aim of materializing tangible clinical solutions.

    Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet, network media, as a new form of information dissemination, has penetrated into people’s daily life. In recent years, with the rapid transformation of Chinese social structure and the rise of self-media platforms, various social contradictions have been highlighted in the form of online public opinion. Especially on online multimedia platforms, the spread of online public opinion is more rapid, which can easily lead to social hotspots. In order to effectively supervise the public opinion information on the Internet, it is necessary to identify the target of the information on the multimedia platform and effectively screen the information, so as to control the network public opinion in the development stage. Aiming at the above problems, we propose a multitarget retrieval method based on a convolutional neural network, which uses multitarget detection algorithm to locate multitarget regions and extract regional features and uses cosine distance as a similarity measure for multitarget recognition. In view of the slow feature extraction speed of VGG model, a lightweight mobile network model is proposed to replace the original VGG model on the mobile phone to reduce the retrieval time and realize the recognition of specific targets on the multimedia platform, and it is applied to the verification of image recognition on the multimedia platform. The results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has great advantages in multitarget recognition tasks.

    Abstract Geopolymers have high early strength, fast hardening speed and wide sources of raw materials, and have good durability properties such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. On the other hand, there are abundant sources of plant or cellulose fibers, and it has the advantages of having a low cost, a light weight, strong adhesion and biodegradability. In this context, the geopolymer sector is considering cellulose fibers as a sustainable reinforcement for developing composites. Cellulosic-fiber-reinforced geopolymer composites have broad development prospects. This paper presents a review of the literature research on the durability of cellulosic-fiber-reinforced geopolymer composites in recent years. In this paper, the typical properties of cellulose fibers are summarized, and the polymerization mechanism of geopolymers is briefly discussed. The factors influencing the durability of cellulosic-fiber-reinforced geopolymer composites were summarized and analyzed, including the degradation of fibers in a geopolymer matrix, the toughness of fiber against matrix cracking, the acid resistance, and resistance to chloride ion penetration, high temperature resistance, etc. Finally, the influence of nanomaterials on the properties of geopolymer composites and the chemical modification of fibers are analyzed, and the research on cellulosic-fiber-reinforced geopolymer composites is summarized.

    Abstract Abstract To prove that a certain algorithm is superior to the benchmark algorithms, the statistical hypothesis tests are commonly adopted with experimental results on a number of datasets. Some statistical hypothesis tests draw statistical test results more conservative than the others, while it is not yet possible to characterize quantitatively the degree of conservativeness of such a statistical test. On the basis of the existing nonparametric statistical tests, this paper proposes a new statistical test for multiple comparison which is named as t-Friedman test. T-Friedman test combines t test with Friedman test for multiple comparison. The confidence level of the t test is adopted as a measure of conservativeness of the proposed t-Friedman test. A bigger confidence level infers a higher degree of conservativeness, and vice versa. Based on the synthetic results generated by Monte Carlo simulations with predefined distributions, the performance of several state-of-the-art multiple comparison tests and post hoc procedures are first qualitatively analyzed. The influences of the type of predefined distribution, the number of benchmark algorithms and the number of datasets are explored in the experiments. The conservativeness measure of the proposed method is also validated and verified in the experiments. Finally, some suggestions for the application of these nonparametric statistical tests are provided.
