Abstract Objective. This study is aimed at exploring the effect of warming Yang, tonifying kidney, and removing arthralgia therapy in the treatment of cold-dampness arthralgia type ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and the effects on the levels of humoral factor in human serum. Method. A total of 72 patients with cold-dampness arthralgia type AS treated in our hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=36) and control group (n=36) according to the random number table method. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores and clinical signs of the two groups were compared, and the pain situation of the two groups was evaluated by visual analog scale (VAS). Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI) and Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI) were used to evaluate the spinal function and activity of the two groups, and the levels of CXC-type chemokine ligand 16 (CXCL16), Dickkopf-1(DKK-1), interleukin-17 (IL-17), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), sclerostin (SOST) ,and bone morphogenetic protein 2(BMP-2) in serum of the two groups were measured. Results. The total effective rate of the observation group (91.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the degree of improvement in TCM syndrome score, clinical signs, VAS score, BASDAI, BASFI, and the levels of CXCL16, TNF-α, IL-17, DKK-1, SOST, and BMP-2 in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion. Warming Yang, tonifying kidney, and removing arthralgia therapy had a good effect on the treatment of cold-dampness arthralgia type AS, and it could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, relieve pain, improve spinal motion, and relieve inflammation of patients.

Abstract In order to solve the electrochemical application of precious metal materials in ceramic jewelry design, a computer-aided design method of precious metal materials in ceramic jewelry was proposed. First, the potential energy surface analyzed in this paper is composed of the sum of disomy and trisomy, with different proportions of disomy and trisomy. Therefore, in the fitting process, the above two relations can be used to measure the contribution of the two-body term and the three-body term, respectively; secondly, from the viewpoint of lattice dynamics, precious metals are of special significance, because they are simple fcc lattice and large and pure single crystals can be obtained. Therefore, their accurate phonon dispersion curves can be obtained experimentally; finally, the phonon dispersion curves along the highly symmetric vector direction are given, and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. This shows that the new analytical potential energy surface accurately reproduces the interactions inside these crystals. The new analytical potential energy surfaces of the three noble metals correctly reproduce the macroscopic properties of the system, including elastic modulus, cohesive energy, and phonon dispersion curve, as well as important surface features. For all three systems, the order of the surface energies of the unreconstituted surfaces is (110) > (100) > (111), which is also correct. At the same time, the new potential energy surface gives the correct relaxation behavior of the unreconstituted surface.

Abstract In order to scientifically and reasonably control the financing risk of supply chain enterprises and minimize the financing risk of the enterprises, this paper introduces the relevant theories of machine learning algorithm and blockchain technology, proposes an enterprise financing risk control model based on the combination of machine learning algorithm and blockchain technology, and uses system dynamics to dynamically evaluate the system risk. Finally, the specific changes of each subsystem over time are obtained. Through the risk evaluation results, it can be seen that the risk level of the blockchain system has decreased from the initial 4.3 to 0.3 after two months of transition, and the risk control effect is very significant.

Abstract Music is an abstract art form that uses sound as its means of expression. It has deeply affected our lives. This paper proposes a method for extracting segment features from nonmultiple cluster music files. We divide each piece of music into multiple segments and extract the features of each segment. The specific process includes nonmultiple cluster music file note extraction, main melody extraction, segment division, and segment feature extraction. The segment feature is extracted from a segment of a piece of music, contains the main melody and accompaniment information of the segment, and can reflect the sequence relationship of the notes. This paper proposes a performance style conversion network based on recurrent neural network and convolutional neural network. The bidirectional recurrent neural network based on Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) is used to extract different styles of note feature vector sequences, and the extracted note feature vector sequence is used to predict the intensity of a specific style, and the intensity changes of different styles of nonmultiple cluster music are better learned. Through the comparison, the multiclassification strategy of “one-to-the-rest” is selected, and the fuzzy recurrent neural network is applied to the shortcomings of the unrecognizable area. Finally, according to the feature extraction method and the principle of the classifier algorithm studied in this paper, a music style classification system is implemented in the MATLAB environment. Experimental simulation shows that this system can effectively classify music performance styles.

Abstract Satellite sensors can provide unique views of global pollution information from space. In particular, a series of aerosol and trace gas monitoring instruments have been operating for more than a decade, providing the opportunity to analyze temporal trends of major pollutants on a large scale. In this study, we integrate aerosol products from MODIS (MODIS Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer, all abbreviations and their definitions are listed alphabetically in Abbreviations) and MISR (Multi-angle Imaging Spectroradiometer), the AAI (Absorbing Aerosol Index) product from OMI (Ozone Monitoring Instrument), column SO 2 and NO 2 concentrations from OMI, and tropospheric column ozone concentration from OMI/MLS (Microwave Limb Sounder) to study temporal changes in major pollutants over China. MODIS and MISR consistently revealed that column AOD (Aerosol Optical Depth) increased from 2000, peaked around 2007, and started to decline afterward, except for northwest and northeast China, where a continuous upward trend was found. Extensive negative trends in both SO 2 and NO 2 have also been found over major pollution source regions since ~2005. On the other hand, the OMI AAI exhibited significant increases over north China, especially the northeast and northwest regions. These places also have a decreased Angstrom exponent as revealed by MISR, indicating an increased fraction of large particles. In general, summer had the largest AOD, SO 2 , and NO 2 trends, whereas AAI trends were strongest for autumn and winter. A multi-regression analysis showed that much of the AOD variance over major pollution source regions could be explained by SO 2 , NO 2 , and AAI combined, and that the SO 2 and NO 2 reduction was likely to be responsible for the negative AOD trends, while the AOD increase over NE and NW China may be associated with an increase of coarse particles revealed by increased AAI and decreased AE. In contrast to aerosols, tropospheric ozone exhibited a steady increase from 2005 throughout China. This indicates that ...

Abstract Based on the Peircean semiotic theory, this study aims to explore the semiotic construction of a festival tourist attraction using the Guangfu Temple Fair in China as a case. A qualitative research method of grounded theory was used to analyze the organizers' planning scheme, conference materials, 7 interviews, and 45 tourists' interviews. We found that festival organizers produce festivalscape based on social values and tourists' expectations, including safety assurance, cultural activity, personnel service, facilities, creative interaction, food, a trade show, and the festival atmosphere. Tourists in the festivalscape, through cultural, novel, social, and emotional experience and collateral observations, assign meaning to the festival's attractiveness in terms of cultural diversity, vibrant activities, distinctive features, and a sense of ceremony. These findings indicate that organizers' sign production and tourists' sign interpretation constitute the conceptual model of the semiotic construction of festivals as tourist attractions. Furthermore, the study extends the understanding of tourist attractions and will help organizers to create successful festival attractions.

Abstract Although cellulose derivatives are widely applied in high-tech materials, the relation between their force responses and their surface chemical properties in a biological environment as a function of pH is unknown. Here, interaction forces of surface modified cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs), lignin residual cellulose nanocrystals (LCNCs), and 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl radical (TEMPO)-oxidized cellulose nanofibres (TCNFs) with OSO3-, COO- and lignin chemical groups were measured using in situ peak force quantitative nanomechanical mapping and force spectroscopy in salt solution at two pH values. We found that the forces acting between the tip and CNC or LCNC are steric dominated showing long range and slow decay as a result of their low surface charge density. High Mw lignin contributed to the increased repulsion range for LCNCs compared to CNCs. The repulsion measured for TCNFs at the very short range was electrostatic force dominating showing a steep decay attributed to its high surface charge density. In the case of TCNFs, electrostatic double layer force was also evidenced by the attraction measured at secondary minima. In all the three cases the electro steric interactions are pH dependent. Dissipation maps verified that the force behavior for each material was related to structural conformation restriction of the groups at compression. The slow decayed repulsion of CNCs or LCNCs is related to a weak restriction of conformational change due to small surface groups or high molecular weight bound polymers forming flat layers, whereas the steep repulsion of TCNFs is attributed to a strong conformation restriction of carboxylic groups occurred by forming extended structure. Our results suggest that the force responses of the materials were dominated by surface charges and structural differences. TCNFs showed superior nanomechanical and repulsion properties over CNCs or LCNCs at neutral pH.

Abstract The effective means to stimulate economic growth is to enhance consumers’ consumption capacity. Because many consumers have different consumption habits, they will pay different attention to products. Even the same consumer will have different shopping experiences when buying the same product at different times. By mining the online comments of consumers on the online fitness platform, we can find the characteristics of fitness projects that consumers care about. Analyzing consumers’ emotional tendencies towards the characteristics of fitness programs will help online fitness platforms adjust the quality and service direction of fitness programs in a timely manner. At the same time, it can also provide purchase advice and suggestions for other consumers. Based on this goal, this study uses an optimized support vector regression (SVR) model to build a consumer sentiment analysis system, so as to predict the consumer’s willingness to pay. The optimized SVR model uses the region convolution neural network (RCNN) to extract features from the dataset, and uses feature data to train the SVR model. The experimental results show that the SVR model optimized by RCNN is more accurate. The improvement of the accuracy of consumer sentiment analysis can accurately help businesses promote and publicize, and increase sales. On the other hand, the increase in the accuracy of emotion analysis can also help users quickly locate their favorite fitness projects, saving browsing time. To sum up, the emotional analysis system for consumers in this paper has good practical value.

Abstract The Gobi Desert in East Asia experiences dust outbreaks during the spring, which are often caused by high winds associated with Mongolian cyclones. The radiative forcing that arises from dust aerosols could affect the intensity and movement of Mongolian cyclones and cold fronts. A case study on a Mongolian cyclone that occurred during 18–22 March 2010 in East Asia examines these factors using an atmosphere-dust coupled model. Our numerical results show that dust’s impact on the intensity of the cyclone and its cold front varies between day and night and depends on the relative position of the weather systems of interest to the dust plume, i.e., the edge or the main dust plume region. When the dust plume approaches the cold front, most of the dust is trapped behind the cold front at low levels, but a small amount of dust extends to the middle levels, thereby reaching the warm side of the middle-level front. As a result, dust weakens the intensity of the low-level front and intensifies the middle-level front during the daytime, modifying the cold front oppositely at night. On the other hand, dust influences the cyclone in two phases. During the first phase, the dust plume edge arrives at the center of the cyclone in the daytime and warms the region, slightly intensifying the cyclone. During the second phase, the major dust plume feeds into the cyclone center in the early morning. The net dust effect is negative, which cools the cyclone center and decreases or stops the intensification. Subsequently, the cyclone is taken over by a nearby cyclonic circulation downstream. The dust plume approaches the new cyclone center, which repeats a similar pattern of intensity change: intensifying and then leveling off. Our results show that dust has no apparent influence on the movement of the cyclone and its cold front for this case study.
