    Abstract This paper summarized the nursing management of a gastric cancer patient with intestinal obstruction treated by moxibustion combined with acupoint application. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, moxibustion on Zusanli Acupoint, Shenque acupoint and Zhongwan acupoint combined with acupoint application on Tianshu acupoint was carried out to for warming and activating meridian, regulating spleen and stomach, and relieve the symptoms of intestinal obstruction. (本文总结1例艾灸联合穴位贴敷疗法治疗胃癌肠梗阻患者的护理经验。基于辨证分型, 采取足三里穴、神阙穴、中脘穴艾灸和天枢穴穴位贴敷, 温经通络、调理脾胃, 有效缓解患者肠梗阻症状。)

    Abstract This paper investigated the effect of scraping and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of chest pain caused by liver depression and Qi stagnation in a patient with cervical cancer, and summarized related nursing measures. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the scraping theray on Zushaoyang Danjin acupoint was carried out to regulating the liver Qi and removing blood stasis. The moxibustion therapy on Taichong acupoint was applied for soothing liver and invigorating spleen. The combined treatment of scraping and moxibustion therapy is effective to relieve the symptoms of chest pain and improve the patient’s quality of life. (本文总结1例刮灸疗法治疗肝郁气滞致胸胁胀痛的宫颈癌患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证, 采用刮痧疗法在足少阳胆经上刮拭, 梳理肝气、化瘀、散结, 并艾灸太冲穴以化郁疏肝, 有效缓解患者胸胁胀痛、胀满等症状, 有助于提高其生活质量。)

    Abstract This Article summarized the nursing of a cancer patient with stage 2 pressure injuries treated by recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with Qingdai powder external application. The patient received a comprehensive nursing evaluation and routing care plan including health education, skin care and nutrition support. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, external application therapy with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel and Qingdai powder was carried out to improve the wound healing of pressure injuries. (本文总结1例重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合青黛粉外敷治疗老年肿瘤患者并发压力性损伤的临床护理经验。入院后完善护理评估和相关检查, 在健康指导、皮肤护理、营养支持等常规护理基础上, 基于中医辨证, 给予重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合青黛粉外敷创面, 有效促进溃疡愈合。)

The compressive nursing assessment and determination of severity of myelosuppression were conducted before treatment.     Abstract This paper summarized the effect of auricular acupoint sticking combined with acupoint massage and related nursing interventions on insomnia in a patient with cervical cancer. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the combined treatment of auricular acupoint sticking and acupoint massage and nursing interventions on daily living, dietary, exercise and mental health were carried out to relieve the insomnia symptoms.     Abstract This paper investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking therapy in the treatment of hand-foot syndrome caused by oral administration of capecitabine in a patient with colorectal cancer, and summarized related nursing measures. A set of interventions including reduced or discontinued chemotherapy drugs, oral administration of vitamin B6 tablets, cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitors, and local use of hormone ointments failed to alleviate hand-foot syndrome. Individualized nursing plan was performed for the patient: Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking therapy and massage on acupoints of the large intestine meridian of the hand Yangming meridian and other local acupoints were carried out to relieve the symptoms of hand-foot syndrome. Symptoms of hand-foot syndrome were effectively relieved after treatment. The acupoint massage combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking therapy is effective in alleviating hand-foot syndrome and reduce the adverse drugs reaction of oral administration of capecitabine, and contributes to the clinical treatment and improve of quality of life of the patient with colorectal cancer. (本文观察穴位按摩联合中药泡洗疗法治疗1例肠癌患者口服卡培他滨致手足综合征的效果, 总结护理经验。在应用一系列减量或停止化疗药物、口服维生素B6片、环氧合酶 2(COX-2)抑制剂、局部使用激素软膏等治疗方法后, 患者手足综合征未缓解。为患者制定个体化护理方案, 选择患者手阳明经大肠经穴位及其他局部穴位进行穴位按摩, 同时联合中药泡洗。治疗后患者双手温度恢复正常, 双手指脱屑缓解, 麻木伴刺痛感消失, 色素沉着轻微改变。采用穴位按摩联合中药泡洗疗法, 能够有效缓解手足综合征的症状, 减轻不良反应严重程度, 对确保临床治疗及护理效果、提升患者生活质量具有积极意义。)

    Abstract To summerize the effect of moxibustion therapy and nursing interventions on the peripheral neuropathic pain of lower limbs caused by oxaliplatin. A comprehensive pain assessment was conducted for the establishment of following nursing plan. The combination treatment of moxibustion and acupoint massage was carried out to relive the peripheral neuropathic pain of lower limbs and ensure the completion of chemotherapy. (本文总结1例艾灸疗法缓解奥沙利铂致下肢周围神经病变性疼痛的护理经验。评估患者疼痛程度, 明确干预方案, 先用生姜涂擦, 再用艾灸条艾灸下肢, 并进行穴位按摩。通过肿瘤绿色调护, 有效减轻患者下肢周围神经病变性疼痛, 保障化疗的顺利进行, 对提高患者生存质量具有积极意义。)

    Abstract To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine soaking therapy combined with wet compress therapy on hand-foot syndrome and facial rash caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery, and summarized nursing interventions. The Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking treatment was adopted30 minutes per time, twice a day, and Traditional Chinese Medicine wet compress therapy was applied 20 minutes per time, four times a day. A reduced degree of skin peeling, chapped skin, pigmentation and pain were observed after treatment. The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine soaking therapy and wet compress therapy is helpful to alleviate the symptoms of hand-foot syndrome and facial rash caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery, and improve the comfort of the patient. (观察中药泡洗疗法联合中药湿敷疗法对乳腺癌术后化疗导致手足综合征和面部皮疹的效果, 总结护理经验。采用中药泡洗治疗方法每天浸泡手部, 2次/d, 30 min/次; 给予中药湿敷面部, 4次/d, 20 min/次。经过治疗, 患者手部及脸部的脱屑、皲裂、色素沉着症状改善, 疼痛缓解。中药泡洗联合中药湿敷疗法有助于缓解乳腺癌术后化疗导致手足综合征、面部皮疹症状, 提高患者舒适感。)

    Abstract To summarized the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine packaging therapy in the treatment of phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of anti-tumor Traditional Chinese Medicine and related nursing measures. Based on the concept of Green treatment of tumor, the Traditional Chinese Medicine packaging therapy, in combination with nursing interventions on psychological health, nutrition and daily living, was carried out to relieve the symptoms of phlebitis. Signs of phlebitis had disappeared, skin temperature returned to normal and pain was relieved after implementation of systematic nursing interventions. The Traditional Chinese Medicine packaging therapy, showing the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment, is safe and effective in treatment of phlebitis caused by peripheral intravenous infusion of anti-tumor drugs. (总结中药封包疗法治疗1例经外周静脉输注抗肿瘤中药所致静脉炎患者的效果。采用肿瘤绿色调护技术中的中药封包疗法, 配合情志、饮食及起居调养。经过系统的护理干预, 患者静脉走向条索状红肿消失, 皮温恢复正常, 硬结消失, 疼痛缓解。中药封包技术属于中医外治技术, 无不良反应, 简单易行, 安全可靠, 能有效缓解抗肿瘤中药静脉输注所致静脉炎。)
