Abstract Music has become the main information carrier, and music and its emotional expression are accurately classified to obtain relevant information. However, how to classify music accurately is a problem that needs to be discussed. The concept and feature extraction strategy of the morphology of music are described. Moreover, the feature extraction and morphological classification elements of digital music are introduced. Next, music morphology is recognized and classified based on the neural network and relief algorithm. In the network, by randomly selecting different music types, the audio data is input into the neural network as the original data and processed by the relief algorithm. The classification and recognition accuracy of the Relief algorithm are verified by changing the number of iterations. The results show that the model’s classification accuracy based on the number of iterations is 78.958%. Then, the traditional statistical analysis classification method’s performance is compared with the proposed model. The recognition accuracy of the model proposed reaches 92%, which shows that the model can effectively classify music morphology. This study provides a theoretical basis for music morphology recognition in the wireless network environment.

Abstract A soundscape is a sound environment of the awareness of auditory perception and social or cultural understanding. To improve the subjective initiative of the Chinese classical music students, this study explores new learning modes and methods using soundscape and investigates its learning effect using intelligent music software. To examine the emotional experience of players in playing before and after learning, 50 students from music majors and 50 from non-music majors were selected. Results show that in the positive and negative emotional classical music experiment, most music majors and non-music majors have weak emotional experience at the beginning, and only a few have a strong emotional experience, which could reach 6 points. In the second scoring, most majors have a score of about 7 points, indicating strong emotional experience and a few have a score of about 4 points and 9 points, representing that there were relatively few majors with weak emotional experience and strong emotional experience. The overall emotional experience score is low in the comparison between non-music majors and music majors, and the second score in the entire experiment is significantly higher than the first score, signifying that the learning effect of players is obvious, and intelligent music software and soundscape play a role in the exploration of Chinese classical music.

Abstract Aim: This study aims to explore the effects of home-based remote cardiac rehabilitation on left ventricular function and exercise fear in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
Methods: A total of 232 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI treated in Tianshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the remote rehabilitation group (169 cases) and the routine group (63 cases) according to the exposure factor (home-based remote cardiac rehabilitation). Changes in left ventricular function and sports phobia Tampa Scale in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were compared using propensity score matching to reduce selection bias and confounding factors.
Results: After the intervention, the scores of patients in the tele-rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group in terms of fear of movement, perception of danger, fear of movement, avoidance of movement, and dysfunction (p-value < 0.05). Left heart function was compared between the tele-rehabilitation group and the conventional group. Patients in the tele-rehabilitation group had significantly higher peak mitral valve blood flow in the early diastolic period (E), peak mitral valve blood flow in the late diastolic period (A), six-minute walk test (6MWT), and ratio of the peak mitral valve blood flow in the early diastolic period to the peak mitral valve blood flow in the late diastolic period (E/A) than those in the conventional group (p-value < 0.05). However, the peak deceleration time and isovolumic diastolic time in the early mitral valve diastolic period were significantly higher in the tele-rehabilitation group than in the conventional group (p-value < 0.05).
Conclusions: Home-based remote cardiac rehabilitation instruction can improve the heart function and exercise fear state of patients after PCI.

Abstract Objedtive: Pre-B cell leukemia (PBX) has been found to be associated with cancer, but poorly studied with colon adenocarcinoma (COAD). In this study, the correlation between PBX family and COAD pathogenesis and immune cytokine infiltration was further explored by analyzing online tumor databases, in order to find new biomarkers for the diagnosis of COAD. Methods: The online database was used to analyze gene differential expression, methylation level, gene mutation rate, immune infiltration difference, drug sensitivity, and so on. Results: PBX1 and PBX3 decreased in COAD. PBX2 and PBX4 increased. The expression of PBX1 and PBX2 in different clinical stages was different. PBX4 was valuable for the prognosis of COAD. PBX family has correlation between COAD and immune infiltration. PBX2 was correlated with different pathological stages. PBX3 had the highest gene mutation rate, followed by PBX1, PBX2 and PBX4. PBX1, PBX2 and PBX4 were correlated with the sensitivity of multiple drugs. Conclusion: The PBX family is differentially expressed in COAD and has a genetic mutation, and its protein network is closely related to the HOX family and is associated with immune infiltration of COAD.

Abstract Abstract Background There are several versions of the Breastfeeding Motivation Scale (BMS), which have been shown to measure maternal breastfeeding motivation, but there is not a Chinese version yet. The study aimed to translate the BMS into Chinese and subsequently assess its psychometric properties among Chinese mothers during the postpartum period. Methods The study was composed of two phases. The translation of BMS closely followed the principals of good practices. Phase 1 included a comprehensive translation, back-translation, cross-cultural adaptation, and pretest to develop the Chinese version of the BMS. From 1 December 2021 to 1 July 2022, the Chinese version of the BMS was administered to 206 postnatal mothers in our maternity wards to assess its psychometric properties. Phase 2 involved psychometric property testing, including testing of the internal consistency, test–retest reliability, content validity, construct validity, convergent validity and discriminant validity. Results Minor modifications in four items were recommended after translations. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the Chinese version of the BMS was .887, and the intraclass correlation coefficient was .897 (P < 0.001). The model fit was acceptable (χ2/df = 2.40, P < 0.001, RMSEA = 0.08, CFI = 0.91, IFI = 0.92 and TLI = 0.90) according to the confirmatory factor analysis. The composite reliability values corresponding to each latent variable were 0.733 ~ 0.926, and the average variance extracted values were 0.476 ~ 0.653. The correlations among the five measured variables were all lower than .85 and the square roots of average variance extracted from the variable were greater than the interconstruct correlations among the five measured variables in the model. Conclusions The Chinese version of the BMS has good reliability and validity and provides a reliable assessment tool for measuring maternal breastfeeding motivation. It also provides support to develop culturally sensitive interventions for Chinese mothers’ who are ...

Abstract In previous works, the choice of learning neighbor for an individual has generally obeyed pure random selection or preferential selection rules. In this paper, we introduce a tunable parameter ε to characterize the strength of preferential selection and focus on the transition towards preferential selection in the spatial evolutionary game by controlling ε to guide the system from pure random selection to preferential selection. Our simulation results reveal that the introduction of preferential selection can hugely alleviate social dilemmas and enhance network reciprocity. A larger ε leads to a higher critical threshold of the temptation b for the extinction of cooperators. Moreover, we provide some intuitive explanations for the above results from the perspective of strategy transition and cooperative clusters. Finally, we examine the robustness of the results for noise K and different topologies, find that qualitative features of the results are unchanged.

Abstract Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common type of dementia, and the abnormal hyperphosphorylation of the tau protein is the main component of its pathogenesis. Calpain was found to be abnormally activated in neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) in a previous report. Cornel iridoid glycosides (CIG) have been reported to reduce the hyperphosphorylation of tau protein. Nevertheless, the role of calpain in the reduction tau hyperphosphorylation by CIG remains unclear. In the present study, we investigated the effect of CIG on calpain activity through in vitro and in vivo experiments. Western blotting results suggested that CIG decreased the phosphorylation of tau at Ser 404 and Ser 262 sites in P301S mice. Moreover, CIG inhibited the activity of calpain and glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK-3β) and enhanced the activity of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) both in vivo and in vitro. CIG also inhibited the activation of PP2A and reduced the GSK-3β activity caused by the calpain activator dibucaine. In addition, the main components of CIG, morroniside and loganin, play an equivalent role in reducing calpain activity, as the effect of their combined use is equivalent to that of CIG. The abovementioned findings revealed that CIG improved PP2A activity and reduced GSK-3β activity by adjusting the activity of calpain 1, leading to a reduction in the phosphorylation of tau. This study highlights the remarkable therapeutic potential of CIG for managing AD.
